Riu Reggae: Fantastic Resort

This hotel and property were immaculate. Buffet was fantastic, only did 1 al a carte, which was very good. Rooms were very clean and well stocked with anything we needed. Lots of staff on all fronts. We always seem to see somebody cleaning, from walls to doors to floors. Jerk chicken on the beach is a must, it was so good.Entertainment group were alot of fun and very talented. Most seemed to be there day and night and friendly. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Loved every minute!

The hotel was beautiful, clean and our room was amazing with beautiful water views. The food was delicious. Several a la carte restaurants to choose from. All employees were there to make your stay unforgettable. Such nice people. Can’t say enough about how kind they were! Would go back in a flash👍🏖🥃🍺🍷

Melia Braco Village: Beautiful Resort

Awesome resort! The staff is friendly and always making sure you have want you want and need. Food is great with 24/7 room service available! WiFi works great around the entirety of the resort. Beach is nice however I would recommend water shoes when swimming as there are some rough spots in the water.

Sandals Dunn's River: Loved it, going back

We were really impressed with this resort. Friendly staff, great food, lots of activities if you choose to participate. We had a Lanai room which was literally 50-100 feet to everything. We are definitely going back. Having a Sunwing rep at our resort was really helpful. Thank you Carole (Trip Central Sudbury) for your recommendation. Unfortunately due to weather, we were delayed leaving 6 hours which meant arriving at midnight. We missed dinner and activities as a result. Grand Decameron Montego Beach: Our home away from home

We are repeat guests at Royal Decameron Montego Beach. We love the staff and we love the location. The resort provides a great variety of entertainment and nightly shows ... love that!!! We have been vacationing in Montego Bay for over 11 years now and it took some time but we believe we have found our home away from home at Royal Decameron Montego Beach. As we noted in our comments when leaving the resort, we plan on coming back time and time again. The few suggestions that we made were  [... read more]that they need to keep up on their maintenance around the resort as it has slipped a bit, keep it up and keep it beautiful. Better wine selection as the white house wine was not very good at all. Also if repairs are being done and water needs to be shut off temporarily the hotel should let the guests know so that they do not come back to their rooms and find out at the last minute that the toilet will not flush and their is no water for a shower. We also wanted to mention that it was disappointing that so many Cornwall Guest took over so many of the beach chairs beside the Grill Restaurant, it made it very difficult for Montego Beach Guests to get a chair and relax in the smaller main beach area they are provided with, especially since the Cornwall side has such a big beach area and several chairs available to them on the Cornwall side. I understand they have full use of both sides and that we have use of their beach area but as I said it was very difficult to get a chair unless up at 6:30 am and we were their for 15 days and had this issue every day. Just a few little call outs but overall we love this place. We look forward to going back to Royal Decameron Montego Beach again next year and many more years to come. Royalton Hideaway Negril: Beautiful resort

The resort was very easy to get around, the rooms were very comfortable and always clean. The staff and their service were top notch. The food was really good and the buffet had a large variety of different foods to try. I enjoyed the beach and the snorkeling. Overall this is a great resort to chill out and relax.

Rooms on the Beach Negril: Great Location!

This is my 3rd time at Rooms Negril. I will continue to go there annually but it does have a few minor issues that aren't even worth mentioning. Most importantly the wi-fi is an issue. It did not exist! So if this is important to you, you should keep this in mind. It was always going to be "fixed tomorrow". Other than that it is at a great location. But be forewarned, this is NOT a fancy all-inclusive. That is a different type of vacation. If you want to meet the people of Jamaica and taste the actual cuisine of the island and the wonderful restaurants in the west end then this is the place for you!

Melia Braco Village: Beautiful

The resort was beautiful the food was delicious and the staff was excellent. Only a couple of things. The shower would just go hot and when we showed up they did not have our reservation. Also they did not offer a place for people who were departing a place to shower and get ready. I have never been to a resort that didn’t have that as an option.

Breathless Montego Bay: Terrific!

This resort is gorgeous and offers so many options - pools, beach several restaurants. Sat and watched a pod of dolphins feeding before dinner one evening. But the best of all is the staff who go out of their way to make your stay memorable. We were so very impressed. Never return to same location but will this time! Only negative is a lack of quiet spaces. Truly caters to a younger crowd.

Couples Negril: Couples Negril

Great beach, friendly staff, great food and many guests have stayed there before(repeaters). Entertainment was amazing at the piano bar, thanks Donovan, an hour wasn’t long enough. Security keeps an eye on you! Snorkelling and sunset cruise included with your stay, lots of water sports, paddle boarding and hobbie cats to take sailing with staff of on your own.

Riu Reggae: Awesome vacation

Resort was so clean, workers were constantly cleaning the grounds. I didn’t see one bug during my visit! Food was good, people were friendly and very helpful. Entertainment crew were so awesome! Lots of fun activities during the day around the pool and then they put on the best shows every night! Shout out to Short Boss and Barbie Girl.....so friendly and Jaguar....such a beautiful dancer! Had a great time!! Thanks Riu Reggae!

Riu Ocho Rios: Adequate

Dated, needs work. Power issues and 2 mornings in a row no hot water. Entertainment not up to snuff. If all you care about is never ending drinks and an abundance of just ok food served buffet style this is the place for you. If you are looking for consistent delicious hot food that is served to you go somewhere else.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Beautiful

My wife and i spent 5 nights at grand bahia principe Jamaica and absolutely loved it. The food was amazing, couldnt get enough of the the main buffet. Pool was huge and pool bar staff were great. Favorite bar was the lobby bar. Always got great service. The beach was large and always found lounge chairs no matter what time we went down there....the beach near the nude beach was our favorite...and the nude beach was very relaxing and private. We will definetly be back for another stay.

Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach: Nice Resort

This Resort was small, easy to excess all of the grounds. Needs more entertainment. Did not like being approached by staff upon reaching resort while waiting for check in. Asking if we'd mind going to sister resort next door, which I had been in past. I waited 2 years to finally get to go to Cornwall Beach, and was not happy to be asked to change. This resort was well worth it the friendly staff...the food delicious...the entertainment abundance.....beach beauriful......weather was awesome the groynds are so beautifully manicured icwould love to return.

Catalonia Montego Bay: Holida Inn Montego bay review

I took my 2 adult children and my adult Grandaughter to this resort on Feb 16 to Feb 23. When we arrived the girl at front desk was rude with us. Then on Mon Feb 18 our room got flooded out we were moved to a suite but our luggage was all wet from toilet back up there was feces everywhere on luggage ,we had to do laundry and throw all snack food we brought with us. The food was awful we all had a hard time finding something to eat at all meals. The staff were not friendly at all very rude. Tr [... read more]yin to get coffee in the morning was a battle had to ask numerous servers before we could get coffee. Our room was never cleaned we would have to wait for maid until very late in day to get towels etc. I will not recomend this resort to anyone i was very disappointed in all areas. Riu Ocho Rios: On the fence but still enjoyed Jamaica

Just arrived home from a week at the RIU Ocho Rios. Pros - The beach is amazing. Entertainment staff is top notch. Hired a driver from the front desk to show us Jamaica....amazing! Cons - 2 hour bus ride from the airport to the resort. The hotel is huge, needs massive Reno’s (starting in April). Service was terrible. Was not served a single drink at the pool or the beach. Staff were not that friendly. Food was hit and miss. 2 “a la cart” restaurants were buffet. Felt like we were e [... read more]ating buffet meals all the time. Oceanfront room compared to ocean view room was no different except a jump in price (we had both rooms in our group).

Samsara Cliff Hotel: We loved it!!

This hotel is not for everyone but we absolutely loved it. If you are looking for a big, busy, bustling, all inclusive with tons of activities, then this is NOT the place for you. If you are looking to rest, relax and enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean and stunning sunsets, then this is the perfect place. Never had to search for loungers, great snorkeling right in front. I would have to say that I would not recommend this hotel for young families as I would be nervous with the cliffs and the narrow roadway in front, but it would be great for families with teens and perfect for adults. It isn't a 5 star hotel so things are a little rough around the edges but nothing that could not be overlooked and it was very clean.

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Beautiful Resort

Resort was great. It's a 5 star and it showed. Workers very professional and helpful. Truly a calming place to be. The food was great, and there were many options for food. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice 5 star resort in Negril!

Riu Negril: Riu Nigril Jamiaca

A good 3.5 star resort. Could easily be a 4.5 star with some small changes. Good staff rooms are very clean. Supposed to be non smoking but not enforced at all, so butts are everywhere. The beach is beautiful but muddy as you walk out further in the water. The Riu Palace is a butter choice.
