Couples Tower Isle: Exceptional resort

We chose this resort as not only for a holiday but for our wedding as well. They went above and beyond. The resort itself beautiful and private, yet plenty around to do if you want to do excursions. The staff and service were phenomenal. The food was amazing and plenty of restaurants to chose from. The grounds are beautiful....from front ocean view to the back garden area. A big thank you to the spa whom did my hair,make-up and complimentary massages. Definately returning in the future.

Grand Decameron Montego Beach: Pretty darn good

The resort was mid size. Everything was close. The food was good. There were few lineups at all. The food was a bit on the spicy side. The drinks were ok. Beer, Red Stripe was good from the taps. The coffee was good. 5 minutes from the airport. A good value resort for Jamaica.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Amazing place

Hotel was beautiful and well kept. Service was exceptional and the employees were friendly. We would definitely return to this resort. The only thing that could improve is they only had espresso coffee in the lobby they should have a machine at every restaurant

Grand Decameron Montego Beach: Perfection

We loved this resort. It felt like home. It is small and not a big party place. There wouldn't be much for kids to do. But if you want a relaxing stress free resort, this is the place for you.We loved all the staff. So friendly. Food was awesome. Beds super comfy. Rooms were large and so clean. Weather perfect. All and all a great vacation. God willing, we are going back next year.

Sunscape Splash: Resort needs Maintenance

Rooms are clean and well maintained . The resort needs a new coat of paint on most areas especially on some restaurants the pools are clean but tiles need to be replaced and maintained . the staff try to be helpful and are friendly. the pool areas need more loungers and chairs as the number of guests vs the number of chairs and loungers can be very frustrating .

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Loved it!

I love to travel and have been to Cuba, Mexico, Dominican and now Jamaica. So far I have I to say that I enjoyed Jamaica the best. The people are welcoming and friendly. The resort is not so big and kept clean. I enjoyed the food and beach buffet that served jerk chicken. The nightly entertainment was nice, if you just wanted to stay back and listen to music by the lobby every night or enjoy the different themed entertainment at different of locations. Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Amazing Resort

From the time we arrived till the day we left, we had an amazing family trip! It was our first time in Jamaica at the Grand Bahia Principe. The food was good as well as the la a carte, they had lots of variety and different themed nights. The best was the Chicken we all have to say. The hotel wasn't to big, the staff was very friendly, very clean resort and rooms, and easy to get around. Leave the rest for a surprise. Very entertaining for the kids! The beach, was the best part, and the main reason for going. Wasn't from from the hotel or kids water park. Kids enjoyed the beach, playing in the sand and swimming with the fish.

Grand Decameron Montego Beach: Very relaxing vacation

The hotel is dated, however, it is very clean and well maintained, the food selection has improved from our first visit in Feb. 2018. The Entertainment Staff where awesome, kept guests involved. I would suggest more fogging, one our first visit, in Oct. 2017, over the course of 7 days, they fogged 3 times. This time we spent 14 days, and the property in front of the lobby got fogged, and nothing else.

Melia Braco Village: Amazing Staff, Amazing Hotel

I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel and it's staff. The property is beautiful and the oceanfront rooms are really oceanfront. Sitting on the balcony was like watching a movie. It was so peaceful The food and service were superb and all the extra perks with the level are well worth staying there. We unfortunately had to leave a few days early to return home. The staff spent all morning on the phone trying to get us a flight and a ride to the airport.. Without all their h [... read more]elp, the situation would have been a lot harder to deal with. I can highly recommend staying at this beautiful place.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Fabulous Place to Vacation

The gardening exquisite. The People beyond friendly and hospitable. The food..wow..what a variety. You will not go hungry and If you do. The chefs are more than happy to whip something up or find a special request on your behalf. The resort is absolutely beautiful!

Grand Decameron Montego Beach: Good Resort

Small resort with beautiful beach, very private. There is room to improve for the appearance of the resort, such as broken stairs, broken docks, unfinished painting....Great entertainment team! Very disappointed as there was no WiFi!

Sunset at the Palms: a Fantastic Couples Resort that caters to you

We had a great vacation and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful especially Linette and Carson who did that little extra. We found the Hotel to be very efficient and there was never any big lineups for the fabulous food. Speaking of the food we only used the Buffett in the evening it was great and we also enjoyed the meals at the beach, you never had to worry about starving. Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Excellent resort but housekeeping sucked

The place was larger than I had expected and someone was always cleaning or painting. The grounds were well kept and the people were very friendly. I enjoyed the food and the restaurants very much. The only complaint I have is the housekeeping staff. The first day, someone was watching TV propped up on 3 pillows on one of the beds and seemed to have left in a hurry without finishing cleaning the room. Another day, they took the face clothes off the sink and didn't have any to replace them.T [... read more]hey are only supposed to take what you leave on the floor. When I asked for face clothes they sent me bath towels instead. I complained and was told all face clothes were in the wash. We went 2 days without face clothes so we had to use bath towels to wash our face. Another day, they left only decaf coffee in the room. I want regular coffee in the morning. On the last day, when we returned to our room at 5 pm, it still wasn't made up. It took 4 phone calls before someone finally came in and the room was cleaned by 7:15 pm.

Club Ambiance: Friendly staff!!!❤️❤️❤️

The resort itself was definitely a 3 star but the staff were more than helpful and went above and beyond during my stay to make me comfortable!! The pool staff entertainment people and the food and beverage staff were all amazing and housekeeping was the best they decorated my room for my birthday!! The resort was very quiet and relaxing and we had s great time !! Would definitely return !!!

Riu Reggae: Amazing time!

Everything was spotlessly clean with great food and amenities. Staff everywhere were friendly. The entertainment team were great and put on the best dance shows that I've ever seen in an all inclusive resort. Grounds were compact and small including a small beach but it didn't matter at all in the overall experience. Had a fabulous time! Usually don't return to same place on vacation but I would for the Riu Reggae.

Secrets St James: ''LOVELY RESORT''

This resort has pretty well all the amenities you would want...but no Buffet at night which forced you to go to 6 ethnic restaurants AND WAIT TO GET IN.This was a first for us as we have been to many, many resorts. Italian 1 night, French 5 nights, Jap 2 nights. We don't like Mexican, Jamaican Andrea had a bad fall walking over a small wooden bridge ....like an escalator the bottom piece broke apart as it was rotting....''accident to happen.'' Scraped her left knee badly , slight sprained rig [... read more]ht ankle, and bruise right knee and right toe cut.. At 74 it was a shock to Andrea. We helped her up and then went to see Nurse. Nurse was good ( independent of Resort ). Staff member came, to take pictures, said she would get back...45 minutes staff PHONED Nurse to tell us that they were not obligated for any accidents. Secrets 'PHONED US ???? That was their response ?? Long story short, we could not get the top man Hotel Manager..given the run around. Went to lunch buffet...had talk with buffet staff member....then she said' the Hotel Manager was in the buffet line with his wife. 'WELL, I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT.' His name is FRANCESCO. Been there 4 months, travels every 2 years to other Secrets. Really a good talker but no responsibility taken for the money we spent. Secret's very disrespectful and own up to nothing. Called him over, had him talk with Andrea and I over lunch. Security cameras showed Andrea's fall....still no response except 'sorry will look into it.' Nice listener, friendly, gave us two wicker bags to take home ?? Also, we had $5.00 stolen from our room as Andrea leaves $5.00 for the maid everyday. The drawer below the locked safe was open, the room was not done etc. No one claimed responsibility...security was informed, notes taken and we have heard absolutely nothing. Andrea was very lucky that no bones were broken or Skull fractured. She was in pain for the last 3 days and I had to arm her when walking....very sad holiday. Nice resort but indifferent to it's visitors with problems . Lobby staff gave us run around from one staffer to another....then we see him at lunch ??? What luck that I had been talking to the buffet cook and he was pointed out to me.Otherwise who knows ? Spoiled trip for Andrea and I ....they showed lack of sincere concern and responsibility. Unbelievable pretense. Won't go back. Dennis and Andrea.

Riu Reggae: Fabulous resort!

This hotel was great! The food was amazing..especially the jerk chicken! I can’t say enough about the entertainment team..they made the stay with their energy and warmth. The service was impeccable and the staff always helpful.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: AMAZING RESORT, SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE.

We had a great time at this resort, rooms were very nice, staff was super, food was good, and so was the entertainment. They keep this hotel spotless, the landscaping is also so beautifully taken care of. Would definitely come back and highly recommend this resort

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Amazing getaway!

We found the hotel was very clean, staff were amazing and the grounds were beautiful. The rooms were well laid out and the beds comfortable. Having the room restocked each day made for a relaxed stay. The evening entertainment was fun and the music made you get up and dance. Can’t wait to see you again!

I loved everything. The food was excellent. The people were great which makes a huge difference in the stay. The beaches were fantastic. Everywhere was clean and well kept. The rooms were comfortable. Room service was a bit of a problem. Our room was not booked correctly so we had to change rooms the next night. From there on we had housekeeping issues. Air Transact was great. We had a great flight there and back and the airline representatives were very plesant and informative
