Grand Oasis Cancun: 10/10!!!

It was my first vacation in 5 years! I had the best time ever , the locals and workers were very friendly and the people staying st the resort were fun and very social , and the food was great! I recommend buying black wristband . I will definetly be back!

Grand Oasis Cancun: Gorgeous Resort!

Everything was awesome! Loved the beach, loved the pool area, every staff member was so happy and so nice to chat with. The food was amazing. I would most definitely go back! The grounds keeping was incredible and so beautiful... miss it already!!

Smart Cancun By Oasis: Oasis Smart

This hotel is often confused with its adjacent hotel, "Oh! The Urban Oasis" which are mainly sharing the same amenities. the latter is a better hotel than Oasis Smart due to noise from traffic and cleanliness. Though both hotels are sometimes reviewed on various known websites as one hotel. One wonders why Oasis Smart hotel has a high rating if 4 but should be a 3 star hotel at best. 1st Night: they ignored our request at booking to have a quiet and upper floor room facing away from traffic  [... read more]noise but we got the exact oposit. More, we had a very noisy air conditioner. Rooms were specious and clean. 2nd night: no electricity. Can't blame the hotel managenent since this was the city problem but the worst part was the hotel managements had no backup plan (generator!?) to accommodate people. So things such as elevator were dysfunctional during the day. 6th floor lobby was often noisy and could hear people yelling and slamming doors after midnight. 3rd through 6th night: we changed rooms and things got better but one wonders why management would give a room with a super noisy air conditioner? Drinking Water: 5th and 6th nights, Room cleaners did not leave any water for us. We called several times even went to the front desk and we did not get anything. We ended up buying water. I think maybe because we didn't tip the last two days! Location is very central to everything but I would never go back to this hotel as I think if I pay a few hundreds more, I can stay at an all inclusive hotel near beach with free food and of course more quiet.

Excellence Playa Mujeres: Fantastic resort!

We stayed at the Excellence Playa Mujeres the week of May 19th. From the first moment we arrived, until the time we left, our expectations were exceeded. The grounds, staff and food were some of the best we have experienced at an all inclusive resort. I would highly recommend this resort and will return.

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Great family resort

- Hotel was clean, staff was friendly - Would suggest more shade around the pool area - In the morning staff located at the Mexican restaurant could be less pushy with their sales - activities for children were great, a lot of choices to keep them entertained

Grand Oasis Cancun: Not Bad!

Very large resort, hard to see all of it even in a whole week. Food selection was great with many "a là carte" restaurants to choose from. Overall goood resort but the service by the personnel working there could be improved, especially their speed.

Excellence Playa Mujeres: Best resort ever !!

Everything was stellar Super clean Extremely accommodating Always made sure u had what u needed Food was very good and good variety Beach service drinks etc . Was superb Lazy river was awesome Coffee and snacks were excellent including room service

Excellence Playa Mujeres: Great Resort

Beautiful resort. Staff is very friendly, helpful and willing and ready to help when needed. Pools and pool area clean and towels always stocked and waiting to be used. Rooms are beautiful, spacious and clean.

Finest Playa Mujeres by Excellence Group: All around 5 stars

We just had an incredible family vacation! Beautiful resort, fantastic food, excellent service and a play area for kids of all ages! I would highly recommend this resort especially the swim up pool! It was so nice to be able to do something while our LO napped.

Moon Palace Cancun: Moon Palace did it again!

We went to Moon Palace in October 2016 and we picked this resort because of the unlimited golf. We fell in LOVE with this place and went back May 9-16th. Moon Palace didn't disappoint at all...still the same beautiful resort, amazing food and even more amazing staff. The week flew by and we can't wait to back again...later this year!

Grand Oasis Cancun: Best place in Cancun1

The all inclusive hotel was fantastic and we enjoyed the many restaurants and clubs. So much fun here we didn't have to leave the resort, as it had everything! We would come back to the resort again with our friends.

Grand Oasis Cancun: The best resort if you like to be among young partying people.

The Oasis Cancun is called the entertainment resort for a reason , because its nothing but entertainment, If you like it quiet than this is not the resort for you and I recommend the Oasis Tulum called the quiet resort. If you travel with Teenagers and children this resort might be for you but I would recommend the Oasis Palm. We like to party and be around people half our age because it's fun. We have been to this resort 7 times in the last 4 years. This Resort also has a lot of restaurants, Ba [... read more]rs and night clubs. We can't associate with people our age. If you are young at heart you will be accepted by people half your age.If you like to be just among Adults with little entertainment than the Oasis sens is what I recommend. We have been to all of them but the Oasis Cancun does it for us. I have absolutely no complains when it comes to any of the Oasis resorts neither in service, rooms or food at the end of the day everything is in relation to what you pay and what you expect. The Rooms are Ok but we only use them to sleep in it for a few Hours that is not our priority when we choose to come back over and over. We will return In April 2018 for our 8th time.

All Ritmo Cancun Resort And Waterpark: Good family resort

This resort is very kid friendly small nice quiet good food nice pool with jacuzzi the beach is nice but also small..overall good resort good people..it's a little bit far from downtown cancun but it's okay

The Pyramid Cancun: May Visit to Cancun (First Time)

The resort was excellent overall and we (two late 20s males) really enjoyed our stay. Food was outstanding and the views and amenities were great -- definitely exceeded our expectations. Transportation to and from was convenient and easy, we didn't have any trouble going to the airport and in to town. There were only a few minor complaints: A/C in the room wasn't strong enough, room cleaning missed 1-2 days, and some of the staff in the shared facilities (i.e. with the other Grand Oasis resorts) [... read more] were a bit rude at times. However, overall the vacation was amazing and would gladly stay there again!

Occidental Tucancun: Great Food and Clean Resort

The grounds are perfect and the food was great. The only con would be the large size of the resort and lack of beach area. Walking from your room to the main lobby, waiting for the correct tolly to take you for dinner, disco or beach was just too time consuming for a holiday. You want to get away from lineups and enjoy your time.

Secrets Playa Mujeres: Beautiful resort with excellent service!

The service was exceptional from the restaurants, bars to the entertainment team, the room was very clean. The grounds were very well maintained and the food and drinks were amazing. I enjoyed a very relaxing vacation and would certainly go back!

Secrets Playa Mujeres: Breathtaking Everythjng

Our experience was 5 star everyday. We were fortunate to experience great weather, impeccable service, and the food and amenities were fantastic! I hope we can travel to this resort again! We used the pools, beach front was awesome and the hotel gym. I'm sure the entertainment was good, as we were told, however we were in bed early most nights, and early to rise to see the fabulous sunrises. Seadust Cancun Beach Resort: Amazing resort for all ages

From the time my husband and I arrived we were amazed with the beautiful layout of the hotel, fascinated with the open interior concept from main promade all the way up to the twelfth floor. We do want to give a shout out to the Restaurante Michelle, the food was class five star, from the time we were greeted at the door by the hostess Sandy Vazquez the staff could not do enough, our waiter Christian Morales treated us with a friendly smile and great conversation along with the best service.

Occidental Tucancun: Very Nice Resort

The grounds and public areas were always very clean. The staff at all the restaurants were amazing, always polite and helpful. We had a young girl at one of the pools serving drinks, she was so wonderful, very good with all the guests and had a great sense of humor. The only part of our time at your resort that I hated was when we went to this boardroom the day after we arrived, they offer all these free gifts and they tried to sell us time at your resort, I don't like these sales tactic [... read more]s. Also in the middle of the night the ceiling outside our room collapsed in hallway. I realize things get weak and rusty with all the humidity they have in Cancun.

Occidental Costa Cancun: Great week!

Wonderful rooms, great staff and being upgraded to first club upon check-in was amazing! Food wasn't great, the queso and guacamole was watery thin, the desserts bland and spices were either through the roof or non-existent. Oriental restaurant was by far the best. Mario and Walter with Go Natural Excursions were amazing and we felt safe. Consuela at the lobby bar was a super hero when a wallet was left behind on top of being an awesome waitress.
