Couples Sans Souci: Can’t wait to go back!!

This is the third time we have visited Couples San Souci and it definitely won’t be our last. The grounds and views are breathtaking. The staff are the kindest, most hospitable people we have ever come across while on vacation. Our meals have always been top-notch. I can’t think of a single negative when I think of Couples San Souci - all I can think about is when we can go back. I’m missing it already.

Riu Reggae: Excellent resort

Hotel was very clean with lots of staff keeping it that way throughout the day. Food was very good and you don’t have to make reservations.Pools were clean and always plenty of lounge chairs available. Shows at night were great, the entertainment crew were fun and engaging. Beach was clean and lots of lounge chairs, paddle boards and canoes available. Great resort would definitely visit again.

Riu Reggae: Great holiday

Very nice resort well maintained and clean Great animation team with activities through out the day keeping the guests entertained . Great jerk chicken every day at the beach hut and no need for resos for dinner at any of the restaurants. The beach is a little small but always found a chair to sit and relax. Overall was a great week and would return.

Riu Ocho Rios: Disappointing resort

The grounds of this resort were very nice, beautiful palm trees, and beautiful pools, although they were too cold (not pleasant). The rooms were average and housekeeping staff very good. We stayed in the deluxe wing but don't think it was worth the extra money. No entertainment during the day and the evening shows were not good. Did not enjoy the 90 min drive from the airport to the resort! Food was just okay. Overall I would give our experience a 5 out of 10.

Riu Ocho Rios: We love this place!

This was our 4th vacation at this particular resort and we have enjoyed it every time. We usually visit with family members (this time there were 7 of us) and that makes the holiday that much more fun. I think all of the others (4 of them had not been to the RIU chain of resorts before) would agree that the experience was well worth it. Our only regret was booking for 7 days. We would have preferred 10 days but the travel firm we used could not/would not arrange that.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Simply Incredible

My fiancé and I had an amazing time staying at the Lady Hamilton. The views were breathtaking, the food was great and the staff was extremely friendly. We now plan on having our wedding at the resort!

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: You will love it there

It very clean there lots stuff to do very friendly there you will love it I did I will go back again it that nice there the food is so good there I put ten pounds there lol so people go there you will love it

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Awesome time

The resort was beautiful! The grounds keepers don’t get enough recognition for that. Staff was so friendly, food was great, and drinks were cold. The ocean was nice 👍 but beach wasn’t the greatest. Pools were clean. Rooms were very clean and stocked very well with all toiletries...never ran out of towels, coffee, drinks etc. Would totally recommend this resort! Only complaint I had is that there is no reward for being a return guest.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Best vacation ever, Loved Grand Bahia, 5 stars all the way

We travelled on a family vacation to Grand Bahia in Runaway Bay. There were 9 of us including three children ages 1, 8 and 10. We had an amazing time at our stay. The hotel went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Customer service was exceptional. Hotel booked our dinner reservations in advance and our rooms were decorated with balloons for our anniversary celebrations. Rooms were fantastic with breathtaking view of the ocean. Beach area was always clean and great for families. This was our first time to Jamaica and we would return in a heartbeat. I think what makes this place special is how friendly and accommodating the staff is. We loved Jamaican people and cannot wait to return. Thank you Grand Bahia Principe for making our stay fantastic.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Great experience

We had a great experience at the Grand Bahia Prinicipe. The food was excellent, the room was beautiful and clean, the hotel grounds were beautiful. Very large resort, with lots to do. Lobby area was very nice to enjoy the evening, it would be nice to have refreshments available later into the night.

Grand Decameron Montego Beach: Repeat Guest

Just back from the Royal Decameron Montego Beach All Inclusive Resort in Jamaica. We have been to this property several times. It feels like home. We love the size of the resort, not to big. Close proximity to the airport and right on the ‘Hip Strip’. You can walk right off the resort and do some shopping. The staff is great, food is terrific. Rooms are big, beds are comfortable. Oceanview rooms with large balconies. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed🇯🇲

Riu Palace Tropical Bay: Great resort

The resort was clean, great food and very nice, fun helpful Hardworking Staff . If I had to make suggestions on how to improve here they are. 1. Sunwing planes are way too small , not sure could handle that again even with purchasing seats with extra leg room. 2. Why are there not more garbage cans on the beaches? 3. The resort has one set of bathrooms on lower level that serve all pool and beach goers they also serve all the restaurants . 4. There should be elevators or dumb waite [... read more]rs to take luggage up to the top floors. Each morning we heard people leaving very early to catch buses for the airport and luggage being dragged down hallways and stairs. Woken up at 5 a.m daily due to that racket. 5. Most important thing for all hotels everywhere is signs on the hotel room doors educating ignorant and inconsiderate guests who let their doors slam when entering or leaving their rooms no matter what time of night . What is wrong with people ?? It’s impossible to Get sleep in hotels especially with tile floors when people just let their heavy room Doors slam behind them plus their sliding balcony doors. The signs should be posted on both sides stating something like “ hold door when closing , do not let doors slam, be considerate of others “ The company that makes these signs and sells them to all hotels will make a fortune and have very happy guests!!

Beaches Ocho Rios: Fantastic family vacation!

We had a fantastic time at the Beaches resort at Ochos Rios! Our kids (ages 6, 3 and 1) particularly enjoyed playing at the beach, pirates island water park, the kids club, evening entertainment and endless treats available at the restaurants. The in room babysitting service allowed us to have a few date nights where we could enjoy a relaxing dinner and drinks together as a couple. Our room was nice and clean and able to fit all 5 of us. We would obviously have preferred a bigger room with a door separating sleeping areas but that costs quite a bit more. We were out of the room all day anyway having fun, so all good. The service was impeccable during the beginning of our stay when the resort was a bit quieter (any and all requests were catered to including providing us with an iPhone charger, restocking the fridge with beer for my husband and milk for the kids etc.). There’s a lot of staff around the place and always someone to ask if you need anything. We felt very safe and well attended to at all times. The resort was at maximum capacity towards the end of the week and the service got a tiny bit slower, but was still very good. Also, they provide a complimentary photo shoot and you can purchase a print/digital copy package- not cheap (eg. 5 prints, 10 digital pictures and a photo frame for $160 usd), but worth it for the memories. We loved our trip so much we are already planning on going back again once the weather gets bad here at home!

Riu Reggae: Good Vacation!

Really enjoyed the pool! Beach is next to pool which makes for a great view!! Found that the servers didn’t come to chairs, had to get up and get drinks - which was fine. Jerk chicken is amazing and food in steakhouse was delicious. Small resort which we enjoyed. Could have been better if it had a disco but you could walk to the resort over and go there.

Grand Pineapple Beach: Amazing Resort

This was a great resort, the people were very friendly and very helpful. It was a little smaller than we thought but still had all of the essentials. the water and the beach were awesome. Would go back to this resort anytime,Had a lot of fun.

SeaGarden Beach Resort: Great value

This is a smaller resort, locally owned .... we were impressed, food was decent and lots of variety, some areas are older but still in great shape... they work extremely hard to keep it clean and it is very clean. They don’t have much restaurants but don’t worry they offer lots of food and always rotating. We talked to other people and they were impressed as well. Excellence Oyster Bay: Top Notch - Great Resort!

We travel at least twice per winter and must say this newer resort was great. The staff were all very friendly, wanting to make everything perfect. The grounds are very clean. There was little to no wait times at the dinner restaurants. We tried most of them and didn’t find any to complain about. Buffet for breakfast and lunch had enough variety for any one picky. This is the place to go if you want a quick meal. We liked the Italian restaurant at the main pool for pizza lunches if you didn†[... read more]™t want to sit down. They give you a pager/buzzer so you didn’t have to wait and can get it to go. The rooms are nice, pictures are accurate based on the beach house we had. There were absolutely no beach vendors to pressure you to make a purchase. The spa is top notch. One of the best ones yet!! If you are going for a beach, really look at the photos, Excellence section had larger beaches but the maIn area didn’t have much of a beach. Overall, had a great vacation and would recommend it.

Riu Montego Bay: Amazing Resort and

Everything was amazing GR8 service and support staff weather was GR8 Sunwing was awesome. GR8 value for your money! What a superb vacation can't wait to go back and see all the best staff again!! Can't say enough about how GR8 everyone is there it's superb one of the best places ever!! I highly recommend the Riu MONTEGO BAY Resort

Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites: Outstanding resort.

Unbelievably well managed resort. Superbly clean in all respects -- beach cleaned of seaweed and debris every morning! -- grounds manicured. Outstanding service personnel --especially "PINEAPPLE".. You never have to ask for a drink or anything--staff continuously ask if you need anything without any intrusion. Food is excellent except Oriental restaurant which is more like a cafeteria and inconsistent with other excellent restaurants. Couples Swept Away: Nice Resort for busybodies

Vacationing is expensive so I want others to get the facts. Trip from airport is 90min. Check in is uneventful but courteous. The food was fantastic even though food selection tends to be better at many other resorts. The staff were very friendly and provided exceptional service. The public beach is beautiful with plenty of chairs. Lots of vendors walking the beach but not overbearing. Only have 2 very small pools by restaurants including 1 small swim up bar. You have free access to all the w [... read more]ater toys like paddle boats, sail boats, cayaks, catamaran.. Nice added feature of a tennis academy, 8-lap pool and lounge area across the street. Entertainment was good with mostly singing acts at buffets. The VERY BAD- No sleep since many of the rooms are by the road. You can hear the busy traffic. If your closer to the ocean, you can hear the waves slam all night. Either bring ear plugs or White Noise App to help somewhat. If you love the water activities and like access to a very nice fitness area across the street, while accepting less sleep, this resort is for you. There are many other resorts out there that can provide me a better experience for less money but I’m still glad I stayed here (once).
