Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Overall great experience

My girlfriend and I stayed at this resort for 10 days in November of 2019. This was a great overall experience. Food was amazing, Ala Carts were delicious, rooms were very clean and the resort transportation was efficient and quick. A little rocky beach however it is not a deal breaker. DO NOT go to the Matis Jewelry "Tour" aka pushy sales pitch. Cannot believe the RESORT suggested we go to this place. They have to be paying the resorts nearby the bring unsuspecting victims here. If you want to go to Playa Del Carmen please save yourself the time and take the $3 USD bus rides along the highway.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Relaxing trip

Loved the resort, the staff - especially Carlos and Omar. Lots to do. Only thing I think needs improvement is the night time entertainment. I would definitely go back to this resort again and felt very safe.

I travelled with my adult daughter and we had a great holiday. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. The employees were very friendly and helpful. My daughter found the bed too hard and they immediately brought us a pillowtop for the mattress which helped a lot. Food and drinks were great. We found a quiet area at the beach where we spent most of our time. The resort is very big so you have to allow yourself extra time to get to any of the scheduled activities. Everything that I had hoped for in a vacation. We had a swim out room Harom was our concierge he was so great. The resort is beautiful and everything is so well maintained. Will go back again as some as we can .

The Eurostars Grand Cayacoa: Beautiful

Took my sister to my happy place. I have been here 5 times now. I can’t get enough of the beautiful view from every where you look . The resort is beautiful.. clean and there is always someone to help you if you have any questions. The staff are amazing. The assistant manager Edward was extremely helpful and always available. The restaurant staff are always with a smile and there for your every needs. The buffet manager dady was always helpful and he always is there to assist. The locals that work beside the beach are amazing and we made several trips to town to support as many businesses as we could. It’s a beautiful place to go. The shuttle service was fantastic. If you love to go in the water it is warm clean and very gentle. The beach is small but kept exceptionally clean by the staff. The bridge that goes into the ocean is lit up at night which makes the scenery at night even more beautiful. Town is a few minute walk and all the houses are built up the hillside so at night it reminds me of Italy . Great entertaining in the evenings as well as their disco. The rooms are situated where there is a beautiful view wherever you are .We have been to many resorts in many places and this is by far the most beautiful scenic resort we have ever seen. Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Great resort!

Resort was very clean. Awesome beach and beautiful water to swim in. Lots of choices for restaurants and all are very good. Entertainment in the Esmeralda was a little weak but to be fair we didn’t go to the other areas where entertainment was available. I will definitely go again to the Esmeralda.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: A vacation for anyone & everyone!

This resort is Amazing to say the least! Our family had a wonderful stay. We did as much to as little as we wanted. Staff were great and helpful. Resort is big enough that there isn’t a problem finding seats or any line ups. Beaches are gorgeous and relaxing! If you need to get away and relax totally recommend it!

Everything is absolutely beautiful the pool the beach really well maintained the hotel is really nice clean the view from hotel balcony is absolutely breathtaking The dining is awesome beautifully set tables

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Quality and Service at its best

My wife and I were at the Ambar from Oct 27/19 thru Nov 3/19.We booked a swim out room that was ultra modern and cleaned every day.We ate in five different a la carte restaurants and all were very good.The pool and the beach are amazing with lots of loungers every day.The service at this hotel was some of the best we have received and we travel twice a year.We were at the Ambar 4 years ago and the people working here are the best.If you are looking for a adults only with impeccable service then  [... read more]I would highly recommend the Ambar. Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Wonderful Resort 🌞🌞🌞

This was our 6th visit to this resort. The renovations are spectacular. The grounds are always kept prestine. Food is fabulous. We were there for our anniversary and our butler concierge had our room decorated and a lovely cake set out for us. Thanx again for a wonderful stay. See you again soon 🌞☀🌞☀🌞❤

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Paradise in Punta Cana

The resort was absolutely wonderful! The food and the beach and the swim up room made for a relaxing and fun getaway! The resort staff were friendly and helpful. An email to the resort ahead of time was a great idea as all of our a la carted were booked in advance. Highly recommend!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Beautiful resort with great beaches!!

Hotel, staff, grounds & beaches were the best we have seen! Love the snorkeling in the “cove” beaches!! We saw three weddings during our week stay and noticed a plaque when checking out that it was ranked the best “Wedding and Honeymoon Resort”, I would agree 100%!! I would highly recommend this resort! We are booking for October 2020 and bringing our 3 children, significant others and our granddaughter because we loved it so much!!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Great Resort

We loved this resort. It’s not too small and not too big. We loved being able to move around. The beach is great as well. The grounds are very well kept. The food was really good: there were all kinds of meat, several types of fish, tons of vegetable options. The service was good as well, majority of the staff members were friendly. We found that the only unfriendly employees were the omelette cooks at the buffet and bar attendants at the lobby bar. The only downside were a bit outdated rooms. [... read more] Especially the bathrooms. The bath tub was grayish because of its age and overall the bathroom looked like it needed some renovations. Also the curtains in the room were a bit dirty. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Much luxuries

Pros: service with a smile Great food, great pool activities, attentive majordome service, every times we walked out of our room it was cleaned and well cleaned (we've tested it three times one day) Cons: no French Canadian tv channels. 36 hours without Any tv Service. Very little nightly entertainment while we were there. We were allowed 7 restaurants but the.only available times was 9:30pm at 2 restaurants all the others not available.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: LOVE the updates!!!

We hadn't been back to the Luxury Bahia Principe Ambar for a couple of years, although we have been there for 6 vacations. Since our last visit, there have been many updates done. I love the swim up suites and the new room decor. It's fresh and clean in all the rooms. The food is still as good as ever and the buffet rocks!!! We will be back again!!!!

The hospitality and cleanliness was the best I have ever seen. The rooms were very spacious and clean.The food the buffet was very good.The only downside, more staff is required serving drinks by the pool and jacuzzi and mors bars needs by the beach serving drinks. I definitely recommend this resort to all travelers

The resort is beautiful and very big. The restaurants for the most part are in the same area which is convenient. The beach is not great for walking. The service was excellent as long as you tipped. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The resort has been undergoing renovations but there are still areas that need updating. The carpet in the hallways where the elevators are need to be removed. all was good except the staff was on edge not very happy. Also the westjet rep not on time the day of departure we missed our shuttle i went there multiple times nobody there they could of left the book out?? it cost 100.00 us for a ride to the airport

Beautiful resort. Great service, food and rooms. We were placed by the beach which was great. Our room was nice, clean. The staff was polite and friendly everywhere we went. Loved that you could take a shuttle between resorts. Only thing we had an issue with was that the buffet food was cold alot.
