Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Loved our vacation!

This is an extremely large resort. Staff were always asking how we were enjoying our stay and if there was anything we wanted or needed. Food was excellent. Reservations for a la carts were difficult to get at times we wanted- reserving about two weeks before arrival was the only way we got the ones we did. Staff tried hard to accomodate any requests we had, for the most part, speaking very good english. Rooms were clean, bedding and towels changed daily. Although you can snorkel here, there is very few fish to see - excursions are necessary for a good snorkeling experience. Shows and nightly entertainment were well done - we especially enjoyed The Lion King and Burlesque. Local vendors wander the beach, but a "no thanks" has them moving on quickly. Overall, one of the nicest, cleanest resorts we have visited.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: A must stay

Food was amazing, staff was friendly and very professional. Resort is gorgeous and equipped with lots of amenities that is very accommodating! Went with a group of individuals which consisted of family and friends and we all enjoyed ourselves. The kids loved it and did not want to leave. Looking forward to a next time!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Everything we wanted! Great resort!

The resort was outstanding. Our room was ready right when we arrived. Quick and easy check in. We had a ocean view room for the first time ever and they gave us the highest floor. Amazing sunset views, along with views of the ocean and resort. The food was great and we enjoyed the specialty meals. We loved the beach and always had endless choices of beach chairs. Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Amazing stay

The hotel is clean and beautiful. The grounds are well kept and picturesque. The staff was amazing and on point. Alcohol was bountiful. The rooms were clean and the walls were thin and I hear kids in the next room. The housekeepers were nice and pleasant and willing to direct me around as this is a huge resort I did not care for the service from the front desk. The staff huddles and giggles. Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Great Resort

Great service from most staff members, rooms are decent, nothing too fancy. Good reservation restaurants and enough space on beach and pool. Could have more night light events until late past 11pm. Great time overall.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: One of the best!

This is our second time to Jamaica, first time on the north side of the island. We were not disappointed! All staff, including front desk reception, butlers, concierge, wait staff and bar tenders were all extremely helpful, friendly, and if you can believe it..TIMELY! Never had to wait long for food, beverages, even the room service was stated to be "45 minutes' and usually came within 20-25 minutes! We loved the Brazilian steak house they put together, but it was bested by the a la carte "Pi [... read more]casso". Buffets were themed and always replenished, short lines at the omelette stations in the morning and the lunch buffet at the best jerk chicken and pork I've had! We were lucky enough to have a corner ocean view deluxe suite, with 270 degree views off our balcony, looking at the ocean and the mountains of Jamaica, really breath taking views to wake up to and watch the sunset over the mountains! The resort is huge, as with the Luxury Bahia side, you have access to the Grand side as well, opening up even more possibilities and activities to enjoy during your vacation, as well as the quiet solitude of no children at the Luxury side.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Will definitely go back!

The level of service from the front desk to the house keeping ..dinning staff and beach bar was phenomenal... it was our first visit to Dominican and this hotel blew our expectations right out of the water!! The resort is beautifully manicured and so clean.. the food was exceptional and the beach was beautiful.. can’t wait to take our children back next year! The grounds and pool beach was amazing. We had minor problems with the bathroom door handle falling off. Towels not replaced some days. The food was great. The tours offered was amazing, we enjoyed it tremendously. Love it ..I will go back...one day soon.

Well kept facilities and grounds. Staff extremely pleasant and welcoming. Beachfront resort and amazing view from upper balconies. Entertainment sounded good although I did not have enough time to get involved much.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and spotless. The staff were very good and very helpful. The butler service was just amazing. We received turndown service most nights. They celebrate your special occasion with you and make you feel special. The pools are clean and well taken care of. The beach is okay for a man made beach.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Amazing stay!

My Husband and I spent 9 nights here for our honeymoon. The resort was amazing, very well kept, and the staff was friendly and helpful! Food was excellent, and the service was always fast. Great location to visit Tulum, Playa Del Carmen, & Cozumel for day trips!

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Beautiful resort.

Everything is so well maitained, the grounds, rooms. Pools and restaurants. We loved the staff as they are friendly and helpful. Lots to eat and drink and plenty to do I felt safe walking around the grounds but remained cautious when my husband was not with me.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Amazing week at Bahia

We spent a week here, well organized, staff incredibly friendly and all went out of their way to make our week memorable. There were some issues with a plumbing but the staff was working hard to get the issues worked out. Pool cleaned frequently. Recommend highly.

No complaints at all - from the staff, to the food, to the airport transfers - everything went smooth and really ensured a perfect vacation. Would definitely recommend this property to friends and family

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Fun resort

I really like this resort. The airport immigration was too long. Almost 3 hours. Don't know why. The air conditioning wasn't working right in both rooms and the filling of the fridge didn't happen. The cleaning of the rooms was excellent and the food of good quality. The resort on the whole was good but will be needing an update soon. Will definitely return.

This is my 6th visit to this hotel. Every visit I have received the same quality and service. The hotel is aging a little bit and the villas could be kept up a bit better.Pools and great and the food!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Ok resort

Hotel is very big, too much walking so was very exhausting to walk to the restaurant and beach from our room. Food was ok, was expecting more and very disappointed how difficult it was to book the al la cartes, tried booking them the night we arrived and 3 out of the 5 were unavailable. Air conditioner was broken in the restaurant one night. Buffet dessert was terrible, very disappointing. Wifi was terrible, unacceptable that it was only available in the lobby. The room was nice, however, someon [... read more]e did try to walk in while my daughter was napping even though I had the do not disturb sign on. The housekeeping lady also seemed to be hanging out in our hall all day. Wouldn't go again to this resort as it was way too much walking.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Beautiful Swim-up Rooms

We went to Ambar from September 28-October 7 in a swim-up room (our second time) Food was amazing, Staff are beautiful people and very hospitable. They have changed a few things since our last visit such as more activities at the pool which we did not partake in, we just wanted leisure and relaxation. Its not a 5 star its a 10star. We had one problem checking in they lost our reservation and I wish while they fixed the mistake they would have offered a cold drink after the long flight and a [... read more]t check out they said we had a pool towel which we didn't and he seemed to not believe me.

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: amazing resort

quiet. nice beach, good food, transportation was fast and very easy. very nice beach. ocean water was very warm. very good entertainment every night' catered to all ages. rooms were good, cleaned every day. Had to call room service a few times about getting mini bar restocked however they did restock shortly after I complained.

Cayo Levantado Resort: Another Excellent Vacation at this Beautiful Resort

This was our second trip to this beautiful island resort and surely not our last! The island and the hotel are absolutely beautiful. As for the staff and management they are really wonderful as well, going out of their way to make your stay that more enjoyable and memorable.
