Memories Caribe Beach Resort: Best resort for the Cayo Coco beach!
Had a great time at this resort once again! Fantastic clean beach with no seaweed with tuquoise waters. Unlike other resorts, there was no shortage of food and the pastas, stirfries with chicken, beef or pork, always tasty. Breakfast eggs done your way a great welcome to the day in the morning. I’ve been to Cuba many times and this has been the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Beach was rocky and full of seawood. Rooms were great Food was okay Bus driver drives crazy and doesn’t help you with your luggage No eggs, coffee or pop Staff just stands around and doesn’t work and talks

My 3rd time to Cuba, 1st time to Holguin. Resort lived up to my expectations. Great staff, Great Housekeeping, Great Cuban Resort Food, Great Beach!!! The size of the resort was perfect. All amenities were within a 5 minute walk. Flew in from Vancouver to meet up with 8 other girls (family & friends) from my home town in Ontario. Royalton Hicacos Resort and Spa: Amazing resort
Everything was nice - clean, lots of green areas, people are very nice and attentive. Beach area is superb! THe only problem I had was mosquitos, didn't use the pool areas as beach was great and very short walk from the hotel.

Vila Gale Cayo Santa Maria: Highly recommended
I would go back to Geand Sirenis Cayo Santa Maria in a heartbeat. The hotel was really nice, the grounds beautiful. We enjoyed to white sand beach and pools so much. The staff was beyond exceptional! The staff was amazing including a top notch management staff.

The service in the hotel is mediocre, probably lacking the staff especially in the restaurant. Sometimes it is difficult to find the clean table. Due to the current issues in Cuba coffee is only available in the morning before 10am. On the other hand people are very friendly the room is good and cleaned regularly. Grand Aston Cayo Paredon Beach Resort: Great Resort!
This is a great resort, great beach, food was average but still a big variety of beef stirfry, pork, chicken, lamb, fresh eggs every morning, bacon, beans, rice, pasta, fresh fish on the grill, fresh fruits mango, watermelon, papaya, guava, pineapple, ice cream, and of course assortment of cuban deserts. Rooms were clean, water everyday, definitely bring mosquito spray and afterbite!!!! Over all great resort would definitely go back again!!!

Gran Muthu Imperial: Never again
First (and last) time staying st the Gran Muthu imperial in Cuba last week. Hotel is run down, checked into a room that stank like mold, took some convincing but eventually got another room. Housekeeping didn’t change the sheets the entire week, same with towels and pool towels. Food was sparse and very repetitive (I understand it’s Cuba and bad food is to be expected). Pools were dirty

The Adult Only section of Sanctuary with private beach section is a bit small and uneventfull, but thankfully the main "Family" section called Grand Memories located a verry short walking distance away was much bigger, busier and active. Food was above and beyond expectations having been to the other end of the island twice in the past. No issues with food shortages.Only Cola on two occasions. Grand Memories Holguin: Superior experience
A lovely new, quite large resort, in fact 2 resorts in one. Many pools, dining rooms, generous beach and interesting new shops & entertainment facility within 200 yds. It is in excellent condition, kept so by a marvelous staff. The 2 hour ride from the airport was in daylight and provides a wonderful view of both town and countryside.

Memories sanctuary is a lovely clean resort, rooms are spacious the beach is nice a bit of seaweed and rock but other than that it is okay Food selection was okay as well I didn't starve. A lot of walking from room to lobby no coffee in the room but great ice coffee at the lobby. Enjoyed the air conditioned bar lobby nightly.

Ground crew worked hard on maintaining. Rooms were nice and clean. Cleaning staff were amazing. Staff were very polite. Drinks were limited. Food was limited but good. Beach was clean. Pools were kept clean. Bar staff were good.

Paradisus Rio De Oro: Beautiful Resort
The food/grounds/ the rooms/ the pool and especially the beach was stunning. Above all I must say this front desk worker Julio Cesar was such a great help from the moment I arrived till the moment I left, he had answered all my questions with such kindness and so attentive with being very professional and needs to be rewarded, I'm surprised he hasn't been promoted to a supervisor/manager because he holds all the qualities to be one.
