Grand Palladium Vallarta: Amazing location

Loved the setting & surroundings from the first day on. With a few disappointments the first day, the food just got amazing afterwords. The people were amazing, the friendliness of the Mexican people was just great. :) The ocean was sometimes a little "rough", but just so amazingly beautiful. Our Favorit was the beach and the ocean, that's why you go there... ;)

Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta: Excellent resort

This resort was very clean and the grounds were kept nice and comfortable. The workers seemed like they enjoyed working there. There is some construction going on to improve the decking and the floor of the restaurant by the beach but they worked around it as to not interfer too much with the guests.

Riu Flamingos: Great Holiday

Just returned from 14 days at Riu Jalisco,had a fabulous time.Our only complaint was our assigned room after check in.Had it rectified following day.my second stay here in a year.Great hotel,great service and good value.Beautiful grounds and beach and spotless will definitely go back and had great service from Laura at Trip Central 🤓

Villas Vallarta by Canto del Sol: It was a okay resort for under a $1,000.00 Canadian

We slept at Villas Vallarta and ate and played at Canto del Sol, which is across the road. Our room was basic and was in need of major updating. Since we only slept there we didn't care, it was clean though and maids did a great job. They have some updated rooms at villas but we didn't see any. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and smiling all the time. The facilities at Canto del Sol were fairly new well maintained and clean and they have two pools and indoor and outdoor t [... read more]ennis courts, the Villas have one small pool. The pools at Canto del Sol were excellent. The beach is narrow and brown sand and hard to walk through. The resort is off an 8 lane highway with no speed limits, the side walks in places are quite narrow and broken up so care must be taken when walking because vehicles are travelling various speeds and close to the sidewalk. The local bus service can be caught just outside the resort and is 7.5 pesos, which is about 60 cents canadian, a good deal. All in all we enjoyed our week there and provided you were not born with a silver spoon you will enjoy yourself.

Grand Sirenis Matlali Hills: amazing staff and a good workout

Grand Sirenis Matlali Hills is a lovely resort for adults looking for a quiet vacation. Three lovely pool areas and four a la carte restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and spoke English very well. The shuttle to the beach area is 10 minutes and allowed us to get to know our fellow travellers. Drinks were never left empty at the adult only pool near buildings 5 and 6 where you can also get a bite to eat. Their guacamole was excellent. The Japanese restaurant needs some fine tuning and we were unable to get reservations at the Brazilian restaurant. We enjoyed breakfast with daily omelettes made by Lucia in the Italian restaurant. You can request a cappuccino if you prefer stronger coffee in the morning. This vacation spot is a little out of the way and requires mobility to walk up and down stairs and steep terrain. Alternatively you can call for a driver to shuttle you. We often walked down hill and called Carlos to drive us up the hill always with courteous service and a smile. We stayed in building 5 that was recently opened with a beautiful walk in shower and view of the water. Tipping is optional however greatly appreciated by staff that work hard to make your vacation pleasant. The Sunday market can be driven close to by the beach shuttle and is well worth your time. If you are looking for quiet vacation with top notch service you will enjoy your stay at Grand Sirenis Matlali Hills.

Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta: A+ for Customer service

This hotel goes over and above for customer service. They are there to make you happy. The food, the grounds and most of all the staff is excellent. We just got back and cannot wait to plan our next vacation back to Fiesta Americana.

Villas Vallarta by Canto del Sol: Recommend!

Clean, quiet, good food, family friendly. Large rooms! Great staff, very accommodating! Staff always reminding us that they're there to make sure we're happy! Our second visit and we'll go back again!

Decameron Los Cocos Guayabitos Ramada: Friendly Resort

We love this hotel. Clean, friendly, good beach and water to swim. Food was OK too. 90 % people was around 70 years old and very friendly. Show was every day and best what I see in last 10 years. There was not to many kids except domestic kids so I would say it is more for older people resort. Nice walk on beach make your day good start.

Delfin Beach Resort Puerto Vallarta: I was very pleased

I felt the service was Brilliant and the food exceeded my expectation I have been to PV many times and never experienced San Marino. I highly recommend . The location is perfect for exploring Old Town and in the heart of the Gay district

Grand Marival Emotions Resort and Suites: Family Vacation

We found booking with Trip Central a great experience. All the agents were helpful and very knowledgeable. The Marival was a much different story. We were constantly hounded by "Time Share Sellers", who would not take "no" for an answer, which became very annoying. The food in the buffet was ok, however became the same after the first couple of days. We booked Ala Carte restaurants on-line, only to arrive and find out the restaurants were not open on the days were booked and no other ti [... read more]mes were available. Very disappointing! Flamingo Vallarta: We had a good time!

We had a good time. The food was great! The staff is wonderful and friendly. Transfer between the airport and the hotel was on time. Check in and check out very smooth. If you are looking for a small, quite resort then this is for you. The only issue was the last night is not included in a package. Our check out time was 1 PM and our flight was 2 AM next day. Secrets Vallarta Bay: great food and service

Well run hotel. can be a wait for a table at the restaurants,but a bar nearby is a good place to wait. Like many hotels,it suffers from inconsiderate guests reserving deck chairs by the pool hours before they occupy them.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Family vacation

We had a great family vacation at this resort. We loved how geared to kids it was, and the kids loved the hotdog cart and popsicles by the pool! The salt water pool was nice for us although it was far from all the bars and food so we had to pack everything up that comes with two toddlers for meals. Staff were friendly and resort was well kept. Our stroller did not fit through our room door which was a hassle, coffee is no easily accessible if you are an early riser. Bar service was exceptionally slow even more so if you didn't tip. I often found myself waiting at the bar 15-20 min before getting to order and that was with pesos visibly in hand. Balconys are small especially 3rd floor ones. My inlaws were on the third floor and their balcony had one chair. And it hardly fit. Food was good, the buffet repeated itself nightly. In order to reserve alacartes they tell you to use the app which didn't work. So we'd wait in line to get a table. The small zoo was great entertainment for the kids as well as the splash park with pools ! Overall a great holiday as it is what you make it :)

Riu Flamingos: Beautiful beach

Enjoyed the beach either in the sun or under palm trees shade. Plenty of room to chose a spot on beach or by the pool. Good entertainment. Hotel grounds are well kept and refreshing touches can be seen on daily basis. Staff very friendly and helpful. The all inclusive has a good variety for every taste. The alla carte is good, interestingly open to all without reservations. Though Italian restaurant no espresso coffee available. The room was well kept including Mini bar. Excellent shower and hot [... read more] water. However, ventilation controls didn't allow for good nightly comfort. We Almost froze first night, and had to request a blanket. Required to turn off ac at night. Good mattress, but pillows uncomfortable. The towels at times had a bad moldy smell, soiled sticky glasses not replaced with clean ones. Besides some of these negative comments, we did enjoy our stay.

Canto Del Sol: Very relaxing vacation

If you are looking for a great beach this place may not be right for you. The resort is older but very clean and has a friendly, fun atmosphere. We found the food to be great, the omelettes in the morning were very good and the variety at the buffet was adequate. The walk into downtown is approx. 30 minutes, we found it to be quite worth it, just to look around a little. Grand Sirenis Matlali Hills: Wonderful trip

While there were a few small hiccups (our coffee pot leaked the first night, slow room service on the first night), over all we had a fantastic time at this resort. The grounds are stunning, the staff was wonderful and the food was good.

Sunset Plaza Beach Resort & Spa: Home away from home!

Our 4th stay at this exclusive resort. The staff are all genuinely willing to help. The food is fresh and nicely presented. The resort is small so you get to know your neighbors enough to say 'hi'. Sunset Plaza Beach Resort & Spa: Sunset Plaza always a fabulous time!!!

Sunset plaza is our favourite resort, we go there every year with our friends. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. This is a resort you go to relax and feel safe. Food is well above average, and they serve premium liquor for those that care to imbibe.

Riu Flamingos: Very nice resort !

We enjoyed our stay there in the second week of January . Rooms are clean and the beach is great. Food is good too. We had wifi but it is only accessible in the public areas. One had to pay extra if you want one in your room. Rates vary depending on how long you want it (1, 3 days). One can go to Puerto Vallarta proper by taxi and in our case by bus (a lot cheaper) which you can catch at a corner just outside the hotel. We went to Malecon - a tourist spot in P. Las Palmas by the Sea: Very good value!!

A very good resort for the price!!, good beach, good food, fantastic service people, entertainment ok, rooms and views are good, pools are a bit too shallow, close to everything, will come to this resort again!!
