Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Absolutely lovely

Great staff, clean grounds, rooms were good. Nothing to complain about ? Not the place for singles. Lots of hot water. At times chairs were a bit of a challenge to find. Beach was fine sadly too many jelly fish in the water.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Very nice resort !

We found the hotel was very clean , the grounds were kept quite beautiful ❤️ we enjoyed our room , swim up king ... Perfect for us ! I would like it if they would improve on the food. It was ok ..not great by all means !!! But not bad. The service was hit and miss. Some staff were great and some a little rude. Shout out to Sandra who looked after us all week. Bahia Principe Explore Legend: Worst experience ever

The service was absolutely the worst. I have never seen a place have worst food and service from staff. The food was always undercooked and had the worst taste. All family fell ill because of it, and we've never felt I'll on any of our other vacations. Worst still, the resort was so big - I was literally working on a to-do list to take carts from one place to another and rarely got a chance to sit and relax which is the purpose of a vacation. Never going back.

Tough start with check in.. took almost an hour, got bribed that I would get the best room but I already paid for premium? Overly crowded. Gotta wake up at 6am to reserve a pool chair. Few of us got sick

Bahia Principe Explore El Portillo: Nice surprise

This resort was more than we expected. The front desk staff were outstanding and went beyond their regular responsibilities. Special shout-out to Danny, the general manager. He bent over backwards to help with resolving a reservation issue that we had. The entertainment staff was top notch and Victor was the best. Lots of fun.

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Definitely a 5 star resort!

This resort explefies a 5 star experience; with its attention to detail in all services provided. From the gourmet food, and the diversity of the menu, to the amazing waiting staff, pool entertainment staff, and helpful front desk staff. The landscape, rooms, pools, beach and bars were all super clean and picturesque.

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Amazing Resort!

We love this resort, we have been there 3 times just returned this past week and plan to go back next January and extending our stay to 10 days or 2 weeks. It's a beautiful boutique style resort, small everything close is close by, the rooms, restaurants, two pools and beach. The food is amazing at the a la cartes and buffet with lots of choice and all delicious. It's well kept up and staff are constantly cleaning around the resort. Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Great food

We were unhappy with the room that was offered to us, so we upgraded to a brand new room, WOW it was just beautiful. Food in Buffet was really good, although the line up to get in at times was more than 20 minutes, I understand that was because they are renovating another buffet restaurant, so it was doubled in guests. We had steak, japanese, and greek ala cartes- they were all exceptional!!! I would go back again!

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Quiet, luxurious resort with access to all facilities at 4 other hitels

Sian Ka’an offers large rooms with complimentary fully stocked mini-bar, 24 hour room service, the possibility of reserving a different gourmet restaurant each night, 24 hour snack bar, different shows every night with the possibility to going to other shows at the 4 other hotels, shuttle service to the other hotels and Hacienda Dona Isabel, a charming shopping arcade . Bahia Principe Explore La Romana: Great Value for Money

Hotel was very clean in a well gated location which made me feel very safe. Food was fantastic! Beach and pool areas were awesome. Staff were very courteous, helpful and friendly. Night shows were good but a couple seemed a bit unorganized. Could be fixed with better communication ie location and content

Bahia Principe Explore El Portillo: Excellent Resort

This resort is spotless. The staff are amazing. The grounds are beautiful. But the best part is the beach - the miles and miles of beach you have access to and can walk freely, explore the reefs, enjoy the palm trees.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Second time around ?

After 3 years we returned to Bahai Príncipe Grand Tulum as we enjoyed it so much. The second time around was just as enjoyable with the exception of the food. In all aspects, buffet and a la carte, the quality was somewhat disappointing. Also we felt we would try the Sian Ka’an Tulum ( part of the same complex as it is adult only and quieter Not to say we didn’t enjoy Grand Tulum but as a couple of oldsters we feel next time a more sedate environment would be better. Everything was just perfect. I would definetely recommend Bahia Principe Fantasia A Family oriented resort with a touch of Fantasy. Staff are Nice, Resort is top knotch and everybody is happy and caring.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Lousy

I have stayed at Bahia resorts maybe six times. I was very disappointed this time, the television was not working, no fan, noisy etc. The people were very nice. I don't know why has the quality dropped.

The facility is very nice. Friendly staff, very clean and overall well maintained. The rooms are clean although they have started to look a little tired. I was a little irked over the lack of hot water. After a five minute wait, the best I could get was tepid. Nice to get home and have a hot shower. Beach and pool area were great. Bahia Principe Explore La Romana: Winter get away

The staff are accommodating and pleasant. The buffet offers a large selection as well delicious food. The coffee machine offers fancy coffee drinks like cappuccino, The nightly entertainment was good. All 3 al carte restaurants were amazing, many choices served by pleasant staff. The grounds were well manicured. The facility is close to the beach. The premise is clean. It’s a bit dated and can use a facelift.

Everything is great, prefect, cleaning and friendly. We stayed there for 7 nights, and enjoyed our time and very happy with everything. We recommend all restaurants except fish market and indian restaurants.

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Simple, Clean, Friendly Resort

The resort is simple, clean and the staff are attentive and helpful. The grounds and rooms are well maintained as well as the pool and beach areas. We have come to this resort twice now just for it's simplicity. The food selection is good, we never had a concern and the freshness and using local products is cool.
