Bel Air Collection Xpu-Ha Riviera Maya: Great family resort

I wasn't sure what to expect from reading the reviews on trip advisor, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's a small resort so if your going for the food there isn't the variety as at a large resort but what they have was great for my family. The rooms were great, the kids loved the jacuzzi in the room and the deck with the hammock and lounge chairs were great. There are animals all over the resort which is cool(they are fenced in), the cenotes are amazing at the resort which you can kayake with  [... read more]manatees or snorkel as well. They have a new attraction which for a fee you can swim with a sea lion, we purchased the cd which was suppose to have the pictures on but to my disappointment was blank:( but overall we had a great time.

Isla Mujeres Palace: Love the staff!!

We were treated like royalty. The staff made our stay perfect. We did not want for anything. The food, wine and tequila were fabulous. The rooms were tidy and wonderful. I recommend this place. Thanks

Moon Palace Cancun: Amazing Resort

This hotel is luxury at its best. The staff at this resort are amazing they truly want to please each and every guest.Hotel is beautiful inside on a Grand scale. When you walk into the one of three lobbies, Nuzic, Grand or Sunrise it is beautiful. Check in was easy and fast. Our room had a King Size bed with a in room Jacuzzi large walk in shower and fridge which is stocked daily. All pools were clean and easily accessed. The overall cleanliness of this resort was impressive. I have stayed at several other all inclusive and this one is by far the best. The staff are on top of their game. Always looking to please and always smiling. It is a large resort however it is easy to get around. Shuttles move people to and from the resort sections quickly. This resort is totally amazing and we are already talking about returning next year.

Sun Palace Hotel: Worth Going!!!

Very clean, friendly staff and GREAT beach!! Loved how small the resort was - we didn't feel overwhelmed with too many choices. Our view from our room was just beautiful. The amenties in our room were great as well!

Moon Palace Cancun: very nice

Well kept grounds with excellent service all round. We went down for a family wedding, everything went smooth! Love the Pub!! The beach food was very good, pizza, burgers, hot dogs, philly cheese steak, fish tacos etc. The fries were good as well......Brazillian....delicious! We loved the fact that you dont book restaraunts just walk up, get your beeper and go for drinks, wait for the lights! Perfect, we never had luck booking ala carts at other resorts. Moon Palace Cancun: Very Good time, truely a 5 star resort

The resort was very large but overall it was well maintained and looked after. The food was also very good and the service was some of the best I have ever seen at an all inclusive resort. I would say that I really enjoyed my stay and hope to come back sometime soon.

Moon Palace Cancun: Best resort we've been to.

The resort itself is beautiful. How we were treated was even better. Friendly efficient, warm people. We did the all inclusive golf and it didn't disappoint. The guys at the course were amazing and we got to golf a gorgeous course for minimal cost with this package. Little touches meant a lot. Our adult sons were pretty excited about the beer at the course being included in the all inclusive! Also, the best food I've had at any resort. AND you could ALWAYS get a lounge chair at any time of day.  [... read more]It may not be right beside the pool but at least there were enough for everyone. The first resort I've been to where that was the case! We would definitely go back.

Moon Palace Cancun: Great place with nice perks

Newly updated, very clean, amazing service all around, many choices for eating and food good. Lobby in Nizuc is amazing. Resort credits allowed us to do many things, golf, spa, swim with dolphins, wine upgrade, other attractions - you just pay the taxes. This made it very worthwhile. Very large resort with a lot of walking and also lots of options for pools, eating, shows, etc. Nice pools - only 2 or 3 are heated. Able to visit other palace resorts was also nice. Sun Palace Hotel: Great location and amenities

Beautiful beach with very comfy beach beds, room was attractively decorated, food was good, resort credits were a bonus, staff were very accommodating and happy to provide great service. Would rather have a sitting/lounging area instead of the large in-room Jacuzzi in the middle of the room, and don't love the open concept bathroom. Had a concierge level room with a larger balcony, many of the concierge level rooms only have a small balcony with 2 chairs. Great quiet adults only resort. Hotel was full but never seemed too crowded.

Moon Palace Cancun: Not quite as good as expected

Moon Palace is a very large resort. Although you know this going in, you don't quite understand until you are actually there. I stayed in the grand section which included only one al la carte restaurant and no real night life. To enjoy anything the resort has to offe, you either had to walk for more than a half hour or take a shuttle bus. The shuttle bus comes around every 15 minutes, but if you just miss the bus because it does not run on a specific schedule, or if the bus is full, you'd have  [... read more]to wait for the next bus. This could mean travel time up to a half hour to get to the restaurant for dinner only to wait another 45 minutes to get into the restaurant. Our room in the moon grand was beautiful and very large. More than we could have asked for. The only complaint about the room was thay our beds were uncomfortable and we woke up with back pain every morning. I did understand, from talking to a few couples, that the rooms with one king sized bed had much more comfortable beds. When our concierge asked how are room was, we advised we were a bit uncomfortable and mattress toppers were put on the bed. This only helped a little but was very much appreciated. The food at the resort was hit or miss. We had some great food. However, a lot of the food was a bit below the 5 star standard. The drinks were great and the premium alcohol is a nice touch. The service at this resort is probably the best service I have ever received Anywhere. This service is provided to everyone with or without tips. I always tip but the service was great before I could get a tip out of my bag. Because of the resort credits, we decided to have a massage. The massage was much better than expected and I was asked about how I like the pressure if the massage. The massage was the only thing we used the resort credits for. The beach, as everyone should know before going, is awful. the great thing about palace resorts is that you have access to other resorts when you stay at one location. We visited the Beach Palace where we were able to swim in the ocean. the ocean at the beach palace is beautiful and what you would expect at a cancun resort. The pools are what I'd supposed to make up for the lack of beach. This resort did not lack in beautiful pools. The only issue is that of the 5 or 6 I visited, most were too cold to use. I did notice that as much as the staff was there to help and serve there were so many things no one told us about. Here are a few for future guests: - Moon grand has an additional room service menu only available if you stay at that section - the disco is only open certain days and if you are staying in the grand section, you will not get the sheet of paper that lists the days - when going to the spa, you have use of other areas including hydrotherapy and sauna. This can be used before or after So plan some Extra time there. - if you are unhappy with the section of the resort you are in, they have no problem switching you to another section. Overall, I think this resort is a solid 4 star resort. If the food was a bit better and the service spread out better, it may have felt more like a 5 star. The owners are growing the grand section so I would expect more restaurants within the next couple years.

Moon Palace Cancun: Amazing resort! Excellent food and service.

I loved the variety from all the different places to eat, different areas of the resort to visit, the pools were so clean, top notch drinks and service! The rooms are so nice, fully stocked bar in the room, nice big jaccuzi tub, excellent shower! The only complaint I can think of is the location. The resort isn't right on the Cancun strip, so if you are thinking of just walking around, it is a 35 dollar cab ride. But the resort does provide a Shuttle to and from Cancun. We went to Playa Del Carmen for the day and ate at the palace resort there instead of paying for a lunch. They are very helpful with anything that you need, we didn't find an excursion to Tulum that fit our needs, they set up a private van for us to rent with a driver! I would go back to this resort for sure! I miss it already!

Moon Palace Cancun: Best service ever imagined !

The Moon Palace is a great experience for all family members. The large complex gives you plenty of opportunity for dining, swim, sports and excursions. The service level surpassed our expectations. The staff are kind, humble and fun to be with. The Golf course is stunning and the spa is clean and provides a relaxing journey. A sunny stay at the Moon Palace.

This is the best resort I´ve ever been. The staff was helpful and very nice. Everything was very clean and tidy. The room was absolute luxury. The food was just excellent. Pool area was nice and clean.

I and my husband spent 8 nights in this wonderfull place. We stayed in the simpler room and it was magnifique. The service is great, as the food and the pools. Only the beach is not nice and we could not bathe.

let's start with the location 15 minutes from the airport no two hour drives the quality of the booze top notch the food in each and every restaurant is outstanding the rooms are top notch marble Jacuzzi you couldn't ask for better the golf course which is located on the grounds is a fantastic

A large variety of possibilities: bars, restaurants (both inside and outside) great pools and nice clean beach. Very helpful personnel. Excellent place for relaxing vacation as well as good facilities for business meetings

Moon Palace Cancun: Hands Down Amazing resort

Moon Palace is a large, well kept hotel with amenities for EVERYONE. There are kids clubs/areas, fab restaurants for the foodies, nightlife, plenty of activities and the rooms are to die for. This wasn't our 1st all-inclusive and the attention to detail surprised us. The beach does have seaweed (which they clean up daily with a tractor) but it's a sanctuary so that's not surprising. They offer baby turtle releases May - Sept which is a MUST DO. You can travel to their sister resorts on a free 1 [... read more]0 min shuttle for a sandy white beach with the Caribbean green waters if you're looking for a beach. The spa couples massage was wonderful, the FlowRider was fun and the pool choices are endless

Beach Palace: Good resort

Except for messing me up for my room resort was good. I attended a wedding. Experience was good. Beach is very nice and clean. Japanese restuarant so so. Terrace pools great place for party. Easy access to shopping.

Bel Air Collection Xpu-Ha Riviera Maya: A Local Zoo NOT a Resort

The room was okay but the staff could barely speak English. They re-keyed our room card three times with no explanation. The beach we were shuttled to was okay but the food they shuttled out was scary to eat as sometimes it was not on ice. The one main restaurant was good but became repetative. Using the animals in the Zoo for pictures to get money...wanted $20 to take a picture and the smell of the animals throughout the resort...bad. They even had local children doing a Zoo tour. This was not  [... read more]a resort. Just a local hotel and Zoo trying to make money. We will never return and will not recommend this resort to anyone.

Moon Palace Cancun: This resort checks all my boxes!

I was surprised to have such delicious food ,service, and entertainment. Easy access to anywhere you want to go....and swimming with dolphins was practically on the resort! So well done. The people (staff)were just delightful, very accommodating and even try to remember your name. We will be going back.
