Brisas Sierra Mar: fab four

Great hotel for the price. The pool is in need of repair. Hotel staff are exceptional. The food is good. The soup each night is the best ever. It is very convenient to leave the hotel grounds with horse cart rides available.

This resort is beautiful nice panoramic view. I will be going back again. This is my favorite place tranquil and nice people. This is my 2nd time in this resort.Always good experience. The location is fine i like mountains especially the views.

Brisas Santa Lucia: Run down

Very run down with lot of stuff not aviable. Staff not very friendly....surprise for Cuba Simple things like drinks hard to get .had to go out of the resort to get good food and drinks.not a good value for such a run down place

We visited Brisas Santa Lucia more than ten times already. Again and again we want tp express our deepest gratitude to all the staff for the wonderful time we had at Brisas this May. Your care, responsiveness, kindness and help were the keys to our most pleasurable experience at your resort during our numerous visits here. My husband and myself are looking forward to having our vacation at Brisas next year again.

Brisas Sierra Mar: Beautiful views

The views at this resort are beautiful. It's easy to look past a few broken tiles, boardwalk and missing paint. We enjoyed our stay here very much. We were told before we went that there wasn't a dive shop on site but there is. We swim in the ocean, so not a big deal but the pool was terrible. Food was good at restaurants and snack bars. People were fabulous of course, it's Cuba. Didn't dive on this trip.

Brisas Guardalavaca: Was not impressed by the resort

The resort was maybe a 2 star itself. The only people that were friendly were the bartenders. The beach was great and food was okay. A lot of families with lots of kids. The night entertainment was for kids so I was not impressed at all. The resort also had a lot of fire ants and I was attacked by them. I will not be returning there ever again.

Brisas Sierra Mar: Amazing view from the hotel

This hotel is on need of repairs. The roof leaks and the hall floors get wet when it rains. One of the two elevators works but the buttons on the 4th floor doesn't work.The staff are amazing and the shows at night are entertaining. The food is typical Cuban 3 star food you won't go hungry. The beach is dark sand and there is a bar and lounge chairs. I've been twice and think it's a great place to relax and recharge. I however will avoid traveling with Cubana as I was stranded in Cuba for 4 days  [... read more]as their aging fleet was grounded after the Havana plane crash. Stick to the airlines that have a proven safety record its worth the extra money. Overall it's a great location and worth a visit.

Brisas Guardalavaca: Brisas Good

Enjoyed Brisas Guardalavaca Cuba. Second time vacationing there. Wonderful service from Carol at Trip Central. Unfortunately the timing put us in the middle of the flight cancellations and delays of recent Cubana Air. Carol and Trip Central will be hearing from me again in the future.

Memories Trinidad Del Mar: Beautiful landscaping

The hotel is nice, the arhitecture is beautiful , the bathrooms need refreshing and updated, the water pressure is missing every day, the pool bar is closed forever, the bodega rhum is closed too, the bikes need to have their pumped tires with air but it is missing the pump , the musquitos practically killed us, they are everywhere day and night, the hotel is cleaned , the pools are cleaned , the air conditioning was new and very well functioning, the fridge was very good, we had received every  [... read more]day a bottle with water for drinking , the cocktails are good, pizza and snacks are excellent , the coffee is so-so, cubatur sales rep. had to be in the lobby 2 days per week, he was never there, we bought our trip directly in Trinidad when we did a trip to visit the city, cubatur kiosk didn’t even have a phone number where to call them, PU at the hotel for our trip was late by 1 hour and a half, the reception desk didn’t have any internet cards or phone cards, we bought what we needed in Trinidad , the landscaping around is very beautiful, the mountains are very close , the beach is beautiful, there is a lot of trees and natural shadow , the restaurant a la Carte is very beautiful and well maintained, the buffet restaurant had the air conditioner switched on, only one day in two , the gardens around the pools are very beautiful and the vegetation is beautiful, palm trees are big, the activities inside the resort are almost missing completely, only by night it was the evening show that entertained the audience, the show was so-so, the beach bar was ok, but missing music , missing activities as volleyball on the beach, missing aqua gym, nothing what was written on the schedule was respected, only by evening time and this was everything. The people are very nice.

A very bright and clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Large lobby with excellent WiFi . Many areas for dinning and snacking. Two large pools with swim up Awesome beach with a wide sidewalk that runs the length of it so you can find a spot before entering the sand. totally relaxing.

The hotel was nice the beach was nice, the food ok overall hotel was nice so far from airport though the rooms were good and the beach and service was ok, would not go back there, don't know what else to say I have been at better.

We had a great week at Brisas Guardalavaca. The food was very good, staff was great, the grounds were very clean. The girls who are 3 years old got treated like princess and enjoyed every moment. We recommend this resort to families.

Brisas Guardalavaca: Brisas gets better and better!

This was my second visit to Brisas, was so happy to go back, and will again! The resort is very well maintained and always clean. Having the “boardwalk” right along the edge of the beach makes for very enjoyable strolls when going between the villas and main hotel or to a la carte restaurants. The staff are all very friendly and work so hard. We stayed in the villa section, which is quieter if you want to be away from the “action” of the main pool or lobby. The beach is amazing, we did a [... read more] hobie cat ride, and toured the waters in a pedal boat. The best new addition is the lobby bar upstairs which totally transformed the space to be more warm and inviting! We will definitely return again to Brisas!!

Brisas Guardalavaca: Love, love, love Brisas!

We stayed from April 29-May 6 at Brisas. This is my 6th time to Cuba, but first time in Holguin or brisas. Myself, husband, and two sons aged 14 and 11 stayed in the villas. We really enjoyed our stay and one thing I have to say about the resort is how CLEAN it is. Food, entertainment, pools, beaches, staff, villas, everything was wonderful. I give it a solid 4.5/5 We can’t wait to return! Thank you brisas !

Brisas Guardalavaca: Keep a close eye on your luggage! :(

Hotel is lovely, but watch your bags! After checking in, a man (who we later discovered was Service Staff) 'helped' us with one of our suitcases....he then disappeared with it. :( Unfortunately it contained very special jewelry that my daughter had given me for Christmas. :(

Brisas Guardalavaca: Great place

Brisas is a great place to relax and enjoy your vacation. The people are very helpful and kind. They will go out of there way to help you. The rooms are being up dated slowly but all you do is sleep in them anyways as the pool and beach is where you spend most of the day. My 10th time staying there and would go back again tomorrow but I will have to wait till next year. Brisas Santa Lucia: Awesome resort

I took my 9 year old son here for our first time the week of April 19-26/2018 and we had an amazing time. The grounds were well maintained and clean. Our room was very clean and steps to the beach. Water pressure was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Only downfall I found was they could use 2 bartenders at the pool bar as it is quite big. Other than that we had an amazing trip and will definitely return

Brisas Guardalavaca: Great Trip
