JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar: This is a grand resort!

This resort does not disappoint, the rooms are wonderful with the wicker swing and couch on every balcony. The grounds are beautiful and the pools are gorgeous ( a little cold but nice). The food is exceptional and the New Year’s Eve Buffett was spectacular. Very decacadent with ice sculptures and the most amazing display of food I’ve ever seen. The resort was full so you had to get up early  [... read more](before 7:30) to reserve a chair by the pool or beach which was ok if you’re an early bird. You can eat breakfast and lunch in the restaurant on the beach which had a lovely buffet and a killer view of the ocean! The restaurants are all outstanding and all the guests raved about the food all week. It’s certainly good for older people as they close the pool bar at 6 pm and the resort becomes quiet and serene and alive with tree frogs!!! We found the people super nice and the service very good. Please tip these hard working people as they really go out of their way to make your stay Fantastic!! The golfing was spectacular with breathtaking views and the caddy very helpful and knowledgeable.The men and women at the front desk were always helpful, our butlers were helpful and friendly and room service was excellent. The ladies who serve both at the pool and the beach were incredibly attentive walking back and forth in the sand with large trays of drinks for us to enjoy. The bartenders are also great and full of humour! We will be going back most definitely.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Fantastic Time

The resort was fantastic. The hotel room was clean, and spacious for a family of 4. The common washrooms by the pool And beach were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good with lots of options.

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: nice resort but service needs to be improved

fairly new resort with great facilities nice pool but mediocre beach service is not comparable to Mexico and Dominican Republic, probably due to local culture, so don't set your exception too high rented Cabana but was very disappointed by the service as the cooler did not arrive until afternoon and they took it away earlier than supposed to. food at the buffet is good but do not expect much from the restaurants, food truck and jerk bbq station by the pool are decent.

Fun Holiday Beach Resort: Worst resort

Horrible service bartender gary is rude and does not have customer service skills at all if i was the management he be right out of there management is very accommodating if you have a concern but takes 3 days to address any issues but follows through. Best part of that resort is Jeff the bartender goes out of his way to make sure u are good with what he has on hand. Watch when you drink the vodka we caught them serving us water and we addressed it they said they run out food is gross no selecti [... read more]on at all and if you try to order from the kitchen you would starve before you would get served watch the sugar it is full of ants would not recommend this place even if it is cheap to go there i would not pay more than 300 for that place beware is all i can say

Sandals Negril: A little disapointing

I'll start on a positive for this place. The wait staff at this resort were amazing and extremely friendly, we couldn't ask for better. Now the rest. We were very shocked to find that we didn't have a balcony with our room, when we talked management about this were told this is what you paid for so get over it. A couple that we were traveling with that also booked through you got the same type of room and same response from management. We have been to 5 Sandals resorts over the ye [... read more]ars and have never been treated like this before, when we asked to talk to speak to a superior we were told that they would come and talk to us. This never happened, right up to the last day when we were getting on our bus ride home we were told the same and of course never happened. So we were disappointed with our room and because of the lack of concern by management it put a damper on what should have been a great holiday. We will also air our concerns with top Sandals management, but doubt we will get a response. We will never go to a Sandals again especially since we paid a great deal of money for this.

Mangos Boutique Beach Resort: Mangos Resort

The resort was nice. We were in block 10 ocean view. Hearing the waves at night was nice. Food was okay. But always cold. Thr grill was great. Rooms were good and clean. Pool was fun with the water slide. Staff was great. Christine and O'Neil were awesome.

Dreams Rose Hall: Nice Resort

Good service. Good food especially on Jamaica night. The buffet was a little repetitive and didn't have a large variety of items for children. Entertainment was average. I think it is best to go when the price is cheap. The beach was rocky and had seaweed. Lazy river was great. Pool and lazy river were well supervised. Kid friendly resort. Safe for kids to roam by themselves which is a plus. Overall, we had a great time there and enjoyed ourselves.

Royalton Blue Waters: ROYALTON BLUE WATERS - JAMAICA

We were at this resort over Christmas and had a fantastic holiday. We are return clients and have never been disappointed. We were assigned the Diamond club and had two outstanding butlers: Tannisha and Laceyann There were no issues with hot water or air conditioning. The pools were clean. We had a cabana for a day which was well maintained and well serviced. Restaurants were all open and the food was very good with a wide variety at the buffet. We would highly recommend this resort.

Royalton Blue Waters: Great Family Resort

This is a great resort recommended for families. Beautiful rooms and beach and many a la carte restaurants without requiring reservations. Mostly families with tons of kid activities and that is why I would not recommend for couples.

Couples Swept Away: Stunning OMG!!!

Best resort ever!!! Will always go back for anniversary. Romantic place and very quiet. Staff is the best in Jamaica. Exceeded our expectations when we were married and upon our return for our 8th anniversary! Thank you!!!

Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach: Amazing resort!

Everything was great! Location from airport, super cozy rooms with ocean views and decor. Buffet and a la carte restaurants were fantastic. Staff was overall friendly...and the resort aimed to please the guests with special details like Champaign on the beach in the evening, coconut drinks cut open during the day, prizes and excellent bar food. Also, we were there on Christmas eve and the food presentation was over the top!! They really went above and beyond. Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Beautiful getaway

The resort was immaculate, staff super friendly, service outstanding and food/restaurants delicious. Definitely recommend this resort. When we arrived at Grand Bahia the staff upgraded us to the Luxury Bahia. Simply incredible.. we are forever grateful.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: 30th Anniversary Celebration

Had a fantastic time celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary with our two adult sons (21 & 24). We picked this resort for the size and amount of activities. We weren't disappointed: did water aerobics in the ocean with Rolando (super instructor and engaging), tried Archery for the first time with Power Man (excellent teacher, very patient), fun time playing pool and Foosball at the Sports Bar, also enjoyed kayaking, stand up paddle board and snorkeling (note: $30 usd deposit required for snorke [... read more]ling - fully refunded upon return of equipment). All restaurants were great but thoroughly enjoyed Chef Ching Ching for teppanyaki. We couldn't stop laughing. He got everyone involved and excited for dinner. If you would like to try it, this is the only meal that requires a 2 day reservation. Also, FYI, the Sports Bar is open 22hrs a day in case you need a late night snack. Every night there was new evening entertainment at both the theatre and the Infinity bar. We really enjoyed the Michael Jackson show and had a blast at karaoke. The pools and beaches were very clean, many Palapas for shade and always available seating. Daily activities at the pool and beaches: yoga, dance lessons, bar-tending lessons and beach volleyball. Note: You receive a towel card when you check in, exchange them for towels at the various towel huts. You can exchange those towels for new towels whenever. We had two rooms in building 26. They were both well appointed, well stocked and very clean. Note: as this building is beside the theatre and pool, you heard the Infinity bar entertainment until midnight. So, if you would prefer a quieter stay, ask for a building further away. However, if you like to be close to everything, this is the perfect building. We also did a family photo shoot with Orane. He was very professional and had a great eye for detail. Our photos were fantastic, couldn't ask for better. Note: After your photo shoot and once you pay, you receive your photos that day! This should also be booked 2 days in advance in case of weather. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation, all the staff were exceptional (always smiling, helpful and provided excellent service). Would definitely recommend this resort to anyone.

Rooms on the Beach Negril: Great stay!!!

This was our third time at rooms Negril. I would have expected to get an upgrade to a ocean view but instead we paid. The manager Sieanna was very approachable and helpful. Our second room was amazing. The grounds were kept clean at all times. We would return again.

Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites: Fantasic stay

Every thing was fantastic. The resort is beautiful and kept very clean in every possible way. Staff is cautious, well mannered and willing to help. Cleaning service did a amazing job of cleaning our room everyday and leaving gifts in our room. Entertainment is very friendly and put their 100%. Staff round the pool and on the beach were serving the guests. Beach was kept very clean. Christmas decoration and gala was outstanding

Catalonia Montego Bay: The best resort ever

The Holiday inn has to be one of the best resorts I have been, the people are so kind and the food is amazing, I feel so at home there, been twice and will be back for a 3rd time in 2019. I would recommend this resort to all.

Excellence Oyster Bay: Beautiful resort on your own private pinisula

The hotel itself is stunning. Because it is situated on a private beach you have no one trying to sell you things every 5 minutes like other resorts. We stayed in a beach house the views were amazing. Our air conditioner stopped working one day I called the front office and someone was there to fix it within a couple of hours. The food is by far the best we’ve had at an all inclusive. The staff is so friendly and accommodating we never ran into a person who wasn’t smiling or trying to please [... read more] us in some way. We were treated like royalty. The main pool is also the warmest main pool we have swam in in the Caribbean. It is a new resort that has some issues but with time I believe they will figure out want needs to be done so that things run smoother. One more thing we had the best couples massage that I’ve ever had. I usually am waiting for the massage to be over but this time wanted it to go on forever. Very relaxing!

If you want to be pampered and enjoy a 5* experience, this is the place for you. As repeat guests over the years, we continue to be amazed with the service and hospitality shown towards all guests of the resort. A welcome back greeting and a “see you next week” hug when you leave makes you feel safe and right at home your entire stay. A huge shout out to all the staff from Junior (front desk), Keneesha (beach service), Judy/Ofilah (breakfast/lunch buffet hostesses), Duran (butler), Kieno (pool bar), Andre (lobby bar) to Thunder/#Hashtag/Vanessa/Pistachio (star friends), as well as the housekeeping/grounds workers/lifeguards/security personnel and concierge and kitchen staff. Thanks to all of you, we had an amazing holiday with no stress, no worries and no problems. We stayed at the resort leading up to Christmas and enjoyed the elegant decorations throughout the hotel. We also took advantage of the complimentary golf at Cinnamon Hill and White Witch – a great bonus for those who enjoy golf as the courses are beautiful. An afternoon trip to the Rosehall Shopping Centre on the complimentary shuttle was also fun and a great option if there are a few raindrops falling to chase you off the beach. The water was calm and clear; perfect for a sunset snorkel cruise. Pools were a bit cool for my liking at this time of the year but the ocean was perfect for swimming. Our room was kept spotless and any issues were dealt with immediately – the room safe was not working upon our arrival and after a quick call, someone was at our door to replace the battery within 5 minutes. When the safe stopped working a second time, the safe was replaced immediately with many apologies from public relations. Special thanks to O’Neil who assisted in our Trip Central booking and ensured our trip was perfect – we were celebrating my 50th birthday and our 25th wedding anniversary, which were both acknowledged by hotel staff, along with our specific room request. We enjoyed our island time and will definitely be back – Ya Mon, Jamaica is Irie!!

The people were wonderful the rooms were very nice, very comfortable with the exception of the beds. The beds were quite hard. The grounds were well kept the food was good. I would definitely go back again.
