Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Wonderful way to begin 2016!!

Excellent vacation! Beach was beautiful,soft white sand and great for long walks! Seaweed issue only one day out of eight, the hotel did a great job at keeping on top of the seaweed. Grounds very clean and week kept! Rooms nice and clean no issue with dampness. Food was excellent and drinks plentiful! Great time would definitely go again.

Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: An amazingly beautiful resort

We spent 7 days at the Ocean Coral & Turquesa, & couldn't have asked for anything more.. the Ala Carte Restaurants food & SERVICE were excellent, the grounds gorgeous, the room ( we had ocean view) absolutely topnotch.. the fridge constantly stocked, the bathroom with the etched glass breathtaking, a convenient in room safe.. Loved Mr. Mike's coffee, the Mexican, Italian, French ala cartes had excellent food, the buffet restaurants had everything you could think of.. I have been to many all-inclusives and resorts over the years. This one was definitely my favourite!!The accommodations and services were awesome but we found the food amazing, which really put it over the top for us! We did not have a single complaint.

Ocean Blue and Sand: Wonderful resort

The hotel grounds were clean, staff were friendly and there were a lot of activities to participate in. The food was very good, lots of variety and well presented. I felt safe and well taken care of. The pool and beaches were lovely. The sand was lovely and the sea very warm for swimming!

Had a good vacation. Felt bad for some staff as they were overelmed with work because there were not enough staff. The staff at the pool bar were amazing! The hotel put on an amazing midevil theme party.

Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Wonderful holiday!

We just got back from staying at the Ocean Coral and Turquesa (December 25, 2015 - Jan 1, 2016). It's a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. The rooms were big and clean and there were lots of restaurants, bars and nice pools. It rained a little bit for a few days but only for a couple of minutes. The weather was around 30 degrees Celsius everyday so even when it rained it was still warm. The hotel has a nice beach which the staff worked very hard every day to clear the seaweed. The water was a little murky and the winds a little strong but that just goes for the time of year and it didn't stop us from sitting on the beach every day. There were lots of lounge chairs so never a problem finding a spot. The food was very good at the restaurants and the buffets – there was lots of variety and we never went hungry. It was hard though trying to get into the Japanese restaurant. It filled up very quickly so we never got a chance to try it. We went into Playa del Carmen one day which was a lot of fun - make you sure you check out Fifth Street - very vibrant and busy with lots of shops and restaurants. We also did an excursion into Tulum and Coba. The ruins are amazing and climbing the pyramid in Coba was very cool - the view from the top was breathtaking. The resort had nightly shows which unfortunately we never got around to seeing as we were too busy or just wound up having late dinners. The venue always appeared full though so I’m sure the entertainment was great. The resort has a few photographers that go around and take pictures if you want. We got our pictures taken in the Italian restaurant and on the beach – the beach pictures turned out great. Well worth the money and a wonderful keepsake to have. The New Year’s Eve party at the resort was amazing. It was a Medieval theme and they went over the top in decorating the resort. The food was endless - lobster, crab, salads, desserts - you name it, it was there - so much variety. The wait staff were so attentive. They had a huge beach party with DJ, great music, tables, chairs, bars and staff everywhere to accommodate you. It was a very beautiful, relaxing vacation!

Ocean Sand Golf and Beach Resort: Amazing Resort

This was our 4th time at this resort IT gets better every time we go. They are constantly up grading and making positive changes. we have been to other resorts in Punta Cana but like this one the best. Everything is within easy walking distance. Great choice in restaurants, especially the steakhouse, Japanese, and coffeehouse.

Ocean Maya Royale: Perfect for my taste and preferences

Lovely grounds, easy and convenient to get around entire resort. All eating places/bars terrific with food/drinks being first class! Specialty restaurants outstanding and liked not having to make reservations. Staff highly attentive!! Best I have been to in Mexico.

Ocean Blue and Sand: Beautiful resort

The grounds were kept in amazing shape. We found that the room was not kept very nice, it smelt mouldy. The night that we arrived there were towel swans on one of the beds, we took the towels and put them on the dresser, this is where they stayed all week, they never got folded just left in a bunch. Nearing the end of our stay I put them with the dirty towels and housekeeping left them on the bathroom floor. Other than our room I would say that our stay was excellent

Ocean Coral by H10: Overall great resort

My wife and I booked this resort for our 3rd year anniversary. We went for 10 days and we're not bored once. The resort was very clean, staff was awesome. George at the blue moon restaurant was amazing! He found out if was our 3 year anniversary and brought us champagne and made us some amazing martini drinks after desert. I was happy to w [... read more]ait because everything was so great, but they could definitely have used another person in this spot to speed things up but the staff did the best with what they had. We met a lot of awesome people from around the US. So if you are into socializing and meeting new people, just hang out st the swim up bar, everyone was really friendly. The pool contests were a blast. I ended up getting the nick name "Canada" because I was the only Canadian in these contest. The loungers inside the pools are awkward and I think they would benefit well to put a curve in the base to keep you from sliding down. I found it impossible to lay in them. I'm not sure why at the buffet they were seating customers. It put a delay in getting in to the restaurant and seemed strange to me. I would personally like to just walk in, eat and leave. The beach in the entire cancun side of Mexico was riddled with seaweed at this time and we found this resort did the best at cleaning it up. I also found the resort catered really well to every age group and interest. Whether you were young or old and wanted to party or relax, they did it all VERY well. The rooms were very spacious and well kept. Although the shower hardware is probably due for an upgrade as it was definitely showing its age. Puerto Morelos is a 1 hour walk down the beach. Which is a nice way to spend a morning or afternoon.

Clean maintained grounds, professional and friendly staff. Great entertainers and shows. Great variety and flavours available in the buffett. Rooms were clean. Resort seems big at first but easy to navigate Disco is fun.

Terrible resort... Filthy rooms, not cleaned at all, sheets not changed from previous guests, poop on light switch in bathroom, hair on sink and in tub, blood on wall, dirty pair of underwear left from previous guest. New room was cleaner. Had to request sheets to be changed because I saw some blood on them. Cockroaches in hallways. Food was good at a la cartes and ok at buffet. The beach was gone. Eroded away. All the chairs had been pushed so close together it was awful. Smoking everywhere. In [... read more] rooms, at beach, pool, entrances to all restaurants, on patios...everywhere you walked. For a non smoker it was awful!!! Spa well ... Lol they get very close to personal areas. Expensive and I am still sore from my deep tissue massage. Air transat rep was useless. No help at all. Management doesn't care if you are happy or not. And beware of the time share guys.

Ocean Sand Golf and Beach Resort: Excellent Resort

Everything was wonderful except for the beach. They have had so much erosion and apparently haven't bothered to fix it in years so it was a mess of sand bags and men working. Large diggers going back and forth all day planting trees to save the beach. Pools were fabulous.

Ocean Blue and Sand: Good Resort

We had a comfortable stay at the Ocean Blue and enjoyed the large variety of food. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the beach and the pools. Although there were a few passing rain showers, overall the weather was great and we got plenty of sunshine.

Ocean Coral by H10: Absolutely Incredible Trip

The resort in its entirety was amazing. The hotel grounds are very nice. The landscaping and the pathways are perfect. One of the main concerns we had before going was if the food will be good or not. The food at Ocean Coral at all the restaurants was also incredible. The bars were very good, and the pools were also perfectly placed and nice. Most importantly, the staff at the hotel went beyond what we could have imagined. They are so friendly and helpful.

Great resort!!! Food was fantastic! Rooms and restrooms are kept clean and staff are very friendly. Francisco the pool bar man was outstanding. The beach is beautiful minus the seaweed. Overall a great resort for couples and families. Lots of a la carte restaurants and the resort cafe was awesome. La Brisa buffet by the beach was beautiful and served great lunches. Ocean Blue and Sand: Fantastic Resort

We had an amazing time at Ocean Blue!! The rooms were nice, modern, and clean. The pools were fantastic as they were both huge and there was never a shortage of places to sit- like there usually is at most resorts. The entertainment staff was an absolute blast and there was always something fun going on if you don't feel like lounging. They had games in the morning, and afternoon, as well as dance lessons. There were karaoke nights and beach parties, and the disco was never dull and always a goo [... read more]d time if you plan on staying at the resort in the evening. My only critique would be the food service.. When at an all inclusive I expect to be able to eat when i'm hungry, whenever that may be. We arrived on a Saturday night and slept until 10 the next morning.. We woke to find out that there is no food available between 10:30 and 11:30, because apparently they flip all of the buffets at the same time.. It was also difficult to find anything to eat after the dinner buffets closed in the evening.. the only thing open all night was the sports bar that supposedly serves pizza all night, but they were always out of pizza. If you like to stay out late and enjoy the night life, make sure you store your own food in the fridge for late night and late morning snacking!! They also do not have coffee stations in the restaurants, which can be frustrating to those who need there coffee first thing, as it was often difficult to get the attention of a server. I would like to see this change by my next visit, but I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Ocean Blue to a friend. :)

Ocean Maya Royale: Great Vacation

I vacationed with my partner May 21-28 and had a great time at this resort. The resort is small which is to my liking. Grounds are immaculate with staff constantly cleaning and making sure things are perfect. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff bend over backwards to satisfy all your needs and wants as an example we didn't like our room originally given to us and when we requested another, no fuss, no muss was given another. Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Fantastic hotel accommodations !

This hotel was gorgeous. The staff were great, they had plenty of activities on site and the food was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to relax and have a great time.
