Sunscape Cove: Beautiful location incredible staff

Stayed in the Cove side, which was quiet, but had access to all of Splash which had more children, and was higher energy. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, epitomizing the phrase 'Jamaica, no problem'. Food was quite good on both sides, definitely ask for the specials of the day in the sit down lunch and dinners as these are usually more traditional Jamaica (only thing we missed on site were 'patties') We used the watersports area, for me, an almost non swimmer, booking Kelly's priva [... read more]tely ($80 US for the two of us) was worth it as we had a guide specifically for us to snorkel on the reef which is just off the resort. Just a heads up and depending on your point of view avoid or embrace the Amstar Ultimate vacation program, they will offer you breakfast and a tour of Secret Orchid understanding that this is a sales pitch for you to join (it is not a good fit for us, but others have spoken well of the program). We will definitely be looking to go back!

Breathless Montego Bay: Breathless

The hotel: is more for the young at heart music is loud and not good. Food: is good in all restaurants a big variety. The World cafe is a great place for breakfast Buffett and lunch which is at secrets next door to breathless. Rooms: not the cleanest need improvement always had to ask for wash cloths etc. Employees: most were helpful and kind there were a few that had an attitude!!! Beach: is at Secrets gorgeous. If you are going to any excursions ask many questions most importantly are pictures permitted on all my excursions many areas were not permitted very discouraging. The bewitched tour skip!!! waste of money. Dolphin cove excellent. Tips: was on going everywhere you turned the bus driver the guide, employees at the excursion they all tell you would be nice to get a tip but if not it’s ok they make you feel bad!!!! The owner needs to speak to all the employees of breathless to make sure that all visitors are getting A#1 service it is a costly place I paid $6,500.00 for 10 nights. Would I go back no . Would check for more options.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Gorgeous Resort

Resort was beautiful grounds were kept very clean housekeeping services were also very good One thing I did not like was the constant requests to book an appointment at luxury side they were quite insistent Also the temperature of the food could have been warmer

Catalonia Montego Bay: Great hotel

Clean and well kept hotel. A little dated. Maid service was great. Had good entertainment every night. The buffet was incredible. Lots to choose from. And meals were different everyday. The staff was friendly.

Riu Negril: Amazing Resort

The resort was great. From start to finish. A thanks goes out to Jairus Maus. Highly recommend Jairus and tripcentral. They always look after us. Thanks again. And we'll be in touch for our next trip.

Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach: Great resort with clean beach!

Fairly new resort with nice, clean, all ocean view rooms! Food excellent and bar service awesome. NO seaweed on beach!!! Beautiful pool and all of the bartenders/staff VERY friendly. The employees REALLY make a great effort to ensure your happiness. Only 4 minutes from airport!!!!!!!! I will go again BUT for more than 1 week next time. I was there Nov. 22-29 Steve McGregor

Melia Braco Village: Intimate resort

We returned to Melia Braco for our 2nd time. This is a smaller intimate resort great for kicking back and relaxing, although there is still much to do. The beach area has been improved 100%+ lots of sand has been added easy to walk barefoot. Great food and staff. Felt like going home.

Hedonism II: Sexy Fun

Lots to do during the day.Scuba diving, snorkeling, paddle boarding , sailing , kayaking,tennis. Many pools wild or quite. Nude pool lots of fun can get pretty wild. Very large hot tub also can get pretty wild late afternoon or after midnight. Food is average entertainment is very good. Nightlife is quite.Disco Club is always empty which was my main complaint during our stay.Overall a very enjoyable time. All shapes and sizes . Young and old.Average age 45.Long drive from airport 1 1/2 hours or  [... read more]more depending on the time of day.Driving through little towns that gives you a good feel of the Jamaican people.

Catalonia Montego Bay: Amazing Resort

We just returned from a beautiful week at this resort.This was our first time in Jamaica and it sure wont be our last..Loved everything about it from the hard working and caring people..one thing i really loved besides the.beautiful hot sun was the soft icecream..Food was very good here and entertainment was top noch..we shall be returning next yr..

Grand Muthu Runaway Bay Club Caribbean: Good Value

Great staff here. We have mostly stayed at 5 star places. There are some differences though. I wish the room had a fridge, and that our room was further from the noisy road. Also, late at night snacks are limited to hot dogs and hamburgers. The bed was more comfortable than home. The property is very small, but overall we would go back.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: very nice resort

the hotel is very nice and clean all the employees are very friendly the food were excellent pool is very nice and clean,,,we are planning to go again next year i really enjoyed staying in this hotel,,all the entertainers are very approachable and all games are fun we joined some of the games and we really had fun

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Amazing resort

We've been travelling south every winter for the last 14 years and this is the first time we've gone to the same resort twice. The selection at the buffet was amazing. Foods from around the world to accommodate the variety of nationalities. The gourmet restaurant was outstanding.The resort was immaculate and sparkling clean. The music at night on the veranda was lovely and we looked forward to the nightly line up. The water on the bay side was pristine and the snorkeling was good. We all loved our stay. The only thing I didn't understand was why we couldn't go to the 5 star section on the east side of the complex. I was curious and was wandering to see if its somewhere we would come to next and promptly got chased off by security! I wasn't in the pool or eating the food, I was only exploring. I didn't like the feeling of being a trespasser after crossing some invisible line. Other than that, we all had a great time.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Superb Resort!

Hotel was as good as it gets. Clean and very nice rooms, friendly professional service oriented staff Beach was fantastic. Restaurants were great quality in most cases with extensive choices of different cuisines. Overall, one of my best experiences for an all inclusive resort in the Caribbean. P.S. The daily fresh jerk chicken in the beach restaurant was amazing. ;) Will go back again when the chance comes Sharad Sood

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Amazing Resort!

Very clean resort, staff was entertaining and personable making you feel welcomed and appreciated! Shout outs to: Chocolate, Angel, String Bean, Macaroni, Spongebob, Lego, Kevin Hart and Richard at the pool bar. The buffet had a variety of options, was always fresh and delicious! The room fridge was stocked with refreshments. Pool area and beach was nice and refreshing. Only downfall was check in at 3pm - we arrived in the morning and had to wait around as no rooms were available.

From the moment we arrived the staff was ready and the fun began. Service was complete and no one was concerned if you chose to relax or seek adventure. I understand Jamaica from its' people; friendly, dedicated yet carefree! On and off the resort we felt safe and fulfilled. Take advantage of what is offered you won't regret it!

huge resort, very nice people,great jerk chicken. I prefer smaller resorts with less crowds.resort is starting to show its age. Seems construction, upgrades have started. Beach service would be a bonus. be prepared to walk a lot..

Couples Tower Isle: Great staff. Great food

We had a problem with a mildew odor in our room. I know it happens in the tropics, so they moved and upgraded us. The only difference we could see was a better ocean view and no odor. We didn't seem to have any control of the temperature in the room, you could adjust the thermostat but it never seemed to shut off causing some cold mornings. We never addressed the problem with the hotel so im not blaming them we just wanted to relax in the heat outsde and enjoy our trip. I've never had better ser [... read more]vice and food anywhere and the fact the staff are not allowed to take tips (we tried) makes it that much more relaxing. I would highly recommend this place.

Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall: Overall Amazing Experience

The hotel was great. We were greeted upon arrival with drinks and great service. Unfortunately a bit of a mix up with our room booking so we had two beds instead of one king bed. The next morning it was all sorted and we were moved to a new room. Food was wonderful. Amenities were updated and well kept. It was a luxury experience and would definitely go back.

This is my second time staying at the Holiday inn resort and I will definitely be back again! The rooms are amazing! The service is wonderful! The food is delicious!! Everything is more then incredible! I wish I could stay forever!!

Moon Palace Jamaica: Potential in the luxury!

Our vacation was from Nov. 28th - Dec.5th and we found there was a lull in vibrancy and entertainment. The staff seemed bored and some, even kurt/rude. There was an initial room error that was only recified after we were given ample attitude from a front desk staff member. The highlight of our stay was the food and physical appearance of the property - very clean and luxurious. Great spa.
