Ocean Blue and Sand: Great resort

Excellent stay at the Ocean Blue. The food, room and amenities are all top notch. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. I had to call the front desk on arrival due to a safe issue. The issue was promptly fixed max 10 min before the repairman showed up. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.

Wonderful resort and the staff were great. Beach was amazing and just a hop to the gorgeous pool. Rooms were very spacious and the comfortable. Staff looked after all our needs with a smile. Will definately go again.

The resort was really nice, the food was awesome, the pools were cool, lots of chairs around pool, didn't have to search for any or wait for one. It was a great experience. The only thing I found wrong was the bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned. I found dried toothpaste on the walls (god knows how long it was there cause it was there the whole week I was) and the floors had urine stains on them all around the toilet that would not come out. They also picked this week fix up the unit we were i [... read more]n and everyday had to walk by paint being sprayed onto furniture.

we thought it was excellent resort,room was clean beach was beautiful and the food was good at breakfast and lunch by the beach supper was not much not enough choices entertainment staff(mini me and the rest of the crew was very entertaining and funny bartender at the main lobby (sexy black)was very nice and really good at entertaining the guest.

The whole resort was beautiful. Only complaint was the A/C didn't seem to be working even after we had it checked by maintenance but everyone seemed to have the same problem. Could not adjust A/C at all.

Ocean Maya Royale: Fun resort with great staff

This is a smaller resort which is great....beach and pool 100 yards away; all dining facilities 100 yards away. The grounds are drop dead beautiful. Food is good (not excellent but good)....but be warned, the recreation staff are dedicated to having a good time. Great foam parties on Sunday afternoons, lots of activities and friendly bar staff. If you are looking for a quiet time, you can probably have it at Ocean, but it is more inclined to the people who like to kick back a little and have som [... read more]e fun. Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Excellent resort!

The resort is beautiful, very clean! Rooms are very large and comfortable. 3rd floor has a great view of the ocean. Food was great! Japanese restaurant was excellent! Pools are wonderful! Swim up bar was too busy to enjoy. But the activity pool was very nice. Entertainment was excellent expecially Jiovanny & Ignacio they were fantastic!

Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Mind blowing!

Food was great, everyone including staff was having a blast, romantic settings and fun activities, room was beautiful and resort was clean and well maintained...best resort I've ever stayed at! Highly recommended!!

Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Amazing

The hotel is nice the people on staff were very courteous and helpful special shout out to Orlando and Gustavo best bar tenders in Mexico The restaurants are also very delicious the swim up bar works very well in it's location

Ocean Sand Golf and Beach Resort: Excellent Resort

The hotel and staff were wonderful, clean rooms, friendly staff, helpful, good english, resort was beautiful. Food was fantastic. However Carrier Sunquest was less than impressive. We had no one on our bus/van to resort, no rep at resort all week and had to call them to ensure that someone was going to pick us up (as our meeting was scheduled for another resort we were unsure that they even knew we were there).

great grounds, amazing food. Will come again. The water is blie, the drinks are cold, the weather is warm. This resort was a great vacation and destination wedding locations! Highly recommend this resort to anyone.

Ocean Blue and Sand: Everything we were expecting and more

The resort lived up to our high expectations with excellent food, entertainment staff, service staff, and amazing beach and pools. The pools were never over crowded, the beach and access to miles of ocean front were amazing.

Ocean Maya Royale: Wonderful time!

My husband and I just returned from a week's stay, we had a wonderful week. The food and staff are amazing. This was our first stay at an 18+ it was a nice change. The rooms were kept clean and the bed was comfortable. The pillows could have been better, but since there were six on the king size bed we made it work. Also the chair and love seat were quite worn out. But the only time we spent in the room was to shower and sleep so we never had to use them. The entertainment in the evenings were [... read more] good. We really enjoyed dancing on the DJ night. The seaweed has affected all of the beaches in the Caribbean this year. It supposedly happens about every 10 years, something about the ocean cleansing itself. It's amazing how hard they work to clean up the beaches. The ocean appeared to be getting better with each day we were there, I'm sure by next year it will be back to its beautiful self. We took a 15 minute walk and swam in the lagoon, it was crystal clear and beautiful. Thanks for a wonderful stay OMR!

From the moment we pulled into the drop area of the resort ,l felt welcomed and was glad to see the bright clean open area of the main building.We have absolutely nothing bad to say about the Ocean Maya.The food and staff not just at the restaurant but through out the whole resort had a wonderful and genuine happy personality.We enjoyed all the the places to dine at the resort and probably for us the Italian restaurant on the water with the cool evening breeze was our favourite.The activities du [... read more]ring the day where always filled with laughs and a great staff .The room was spotless and the housekeeping done well.The beds where very comfortable and thats one thing for me that is a must.The washroom large and clean and always prepared by staff. If you wanted a quieter area it was easy to find not far from the large pool and at the ocean front.The entertainment was fabulous and a after dinner piano player in the main building was nice while the evening breeze blew threw the main lobby.We danced in the evening to the local sounds of a band preforming in the main court yard under the stars.With so much to do at the Ocean Maya with daytime activities we only went to Playa d Carmen one afternoon.It was filled with shops and places to satisfy every appetite.I highly recommend the Ocean Maya but always remember your vacation is what you make it... and only 30min from the airport

We did have to call twice to have our fridge restocked as this was to be done daily; but that isn't a big issue for me to give a bad rating. Beach is nice; bit of seaweed; but nothing to stop me from loving the beach; the employees worked hard to keep it off the beach. Loved the beach buffet also; and beach burgers are very tasty!!! Entertainment staff worked very hard every opportunity to keep customers entertained!!!

Ocean Blue and Sand: Wonderful Vacation

We spent 10 wonderful days at the Ocean Blue. The beach and the pools were great. The food at the buffet and at the al a carts were very good. The line up to the Steak House and Mexican restaurant were long but worth the wait. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening entertainment. We would definitely return to this resort.

The hotel was really nice and the room was amazing! The people at the hotel were so nice, helpful and respectful. The grounds are well maintained and at night all the lights were so beautiful and bright!

Ocean Blue and Golf Resort has beautiful well kept grounds, lovely large rooms and an amazing beach. The resort has a great vibe. The only issue we had was with the Mexican restaurant, we had to try 3 times before we were successful. The experience trying to get a table was unpleasant. The other restaurants seemed better organized and efficient. Mike's coffee shop was a dream, the guys in there were so awesome and the coffee was delicious . Our teenagers loved all the activities, and had a great time. I loved that it was not too big but not too small either. The food was delicious and we never had an issue finding dishes enjoyed by all.

Ocean Coral by H10: Enjoyable Time

The hotel grounds and pool were really good. The room service was pretty reliable and we got new towels and a stocked fridge daily. The only downside was that you couldn't make reservations for a la carte restaurants. This lead to long line-ups for dinner, which made planning daily activities difficult. The beach was mediocre and difficult to find a spot to sit
