Excellence Playa Mujeres: Best resort ever!

The food, service, cleanliness, drinks, garden and ornaments, pools, and bars were top of the line luxurious and excellent! Would go back in a minute and/or try the other 'Excellence' resorts. It's an elegant vacation!

Iberostar Selection Cancun: Rooms need serious attention - old and not so clean - but resort is beautiful

Just back from the Iberostar Cancun ,the food is wonderful, all good from buffet to specialty restaurants. The steak house restaurant was amazing, great tenderloin. The beach is a 5 star beach for sure!! Staff are really nice. The pools are great and not cold. We were glad we insisted on a superior, ocean view room, overlooking the pool. Some of the rooms overlook a construction site, and the lower rooms overlook the air conditioning system. Yuk! We had a wonderful time despite the room - more like a 3 star room - and would go back if the rooms were renovated, but beware, it is not 5 star hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to a friend because of the rooms.

Grand Oasis Cancun: Odd all-inclusive resort

My family and I went to Grand oasis Cancún for seven nights from Dec. 28 to Jan.4. The resort is extensive, having two very different side to it. One side, building 3 and 4, is the quiet side. It has a swim up bar but no dry bar so, if you want a drink, you have to either get wet or walk to the nearest dry bar. The other side, buildings 1and2, is a party land. Every day was like Spring Break. Music blasting from around 11am until 3am. If you want to sleep, ask to be in the other side. As for th [... read more]e restaurants, I have never been in a resort that didn't take reservations until now. The lines are long to get a table so if you are hungry, good luck. Over all, we had fun cause we went with three kids over 19 so we met lots of people front all over the world and we were ready to have a good time but, if you want peace and tranquility, this is not your place.

Wyndham Grand Cancun: Very Nice Resort!

The hotel was very nice and the beach had white sand and aqua blue water. I would recommend this hotel to others as a family resort. The food was good but didn't like that you had to make reservations for dinner. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Moon Palace Cancun: Moon palace

I was very excited after speaking with Susan. After she went down 1 month before we did she answered some of our questions. I asked her to book some restaurants for us. She said that she emailed our info. To Moon palace and that it was looked after. When we went down we were disappointed to find out that you can not book a la cart restaurants except for two. When we got there we found out they were already booked. I called Susan and spoke to her that night we arrived. She explained that she w [... read more]ould contact the rep at Moon palace and get right back to us. I never heard from her again. We had to wait 1 1/2 to 2 hours to eat dinner every night. I am surprised that Susan did not know this....she should have!!!!!!I I would not recommend Moon palace at Christmas ..it is too busy. Susan explained that our room wouldn't be that far from our kids.. She booked them in the cheapest area at the far end of the resort. She should have explained this. I would have gladly paid more to have them closer. Susan did do a great job putting us in an area with our own pool, The public areas were so busy you couldn't get a seat so the kids had to sit at our pool. Do not go here at Christmas!!!

Beach Palace: excellent resort

The hotel, beach and service were excellent. The food was typical for an AI resort but lots of variety and dining options. the roof top pool and view were awesome. travel from the airport was quick and efficient. option to visit sister Palace resorts was also good. the resort credits are a bit of a production, best for spa and upgraded (marginally) wine list. Trip central did a great job booking and providing information to ensure our trip went smoothly

Grand Oasis Cancun: Grand Oasis - not bad, not great

Great entertainment. The food at buffets was not amazing. The restaurants that require a reservation are better and worth waiting for. The showers in the room are ridiculous. Water spraying all over the floor. Maid service is consistent but not amazing.

Seadust Cancun Beach Resort: Great kids club

Fantastic kids club which allows parents some relaxing time. It's not a 5 star but has everything you need. No reservations required for dinner (which is huge for us) I love that everything is in close proximity to one another. Will definitely be returning.

Excellence Playa Mujeres: Beautiful Resort!!!

Great vacation over New Years!! Excellent food and service!!! A big thank you to the ladies at the buffet that seated us and knew us by name and all the servers in the restaurant that took excellent care of us and my daughters who were vegans and catered to their likes!! I'd go back for sure and am looking forward to it!!

NYX Hotel Cancun: Decent place

The beach and proximity to the ocean are great as is the distance to the flamingo mall and shopping for suvinears. The palm trees are a nice touch on the beach as they are the only ones on the beach. The food gets a little repetitive as there is only one place to have lunch and dinner. Nice staff and clean hotel do make it a nice stay

Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf and Spa: looks great and promising, but they transferred us (voluntarily) to Dreams Tulum

Dreams Playa Mujeres looks great, but we didn't get to stay there, we were voluntarily transferred to Dreams Tulum, which we enjoyed, the icing on the cake was their offer of a free 7-day stay for going to Tulum

Grand Oasis Cancun: Worst hotel experience

Food was blend and not good at all, it says 28 restaurant but they consider three side to side kiosk by pool three restaurant. We were party of 25 and each of us had issue with our check in and our rooms.

Grand Oasis Cancun: Lots of Fun!

Great week with great peoeple and service. Cant wait to return and continue the party. Service was okay and drinks where basic alcoholic drinks, would like to have seen more options for drinks. Lots of excursions to see and participate in, i wish I had more time to do more. Overall i would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to party.

Melody Maker Cancun: resort was great

Hotel was good after a upgrade to ocean view we were not happy with the first room offered because it was above the restaurant and all we could smell was the food we asked for a new room and were given one

The Pyramid Cancun: great stay

I have been to this resort 6 times now and as always pretty good. my only complaints are the pool bathrooms smell realy bad. now i have went into some nasty bathrooms before but the smell was almost unbarable.the bathrooms were clean but really need some air flow in them,problem solved.A/c did sound like a freight train but called the front desk and when we came back was better.we are from northern alberta so a warm room didnt bother us we turned it off and opened the door at night. all good. t [... read more]ime share people got annoying after awhile but whatever.so other then that hotel was great always lots of food didnt starve thats for sure. food was good.hotel room was clean. now martine with trip central tottaly awsome probably the best agent i have ever delt with. i highly recomend her very helpfull. did not try to over sell us but sent us all posible deals she had. well thats it.

Paradisus Cancun: Wonderful family resort

We loved staying at the paradisus, the views were gorgeous, it was the nicest resort we have ever stayed at. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed their activities and all the food was delicious. There was plenty of entertainment, the grounds were all very clean and well kept, we had a wonderful family vacation and the kids never said they were bored once. The staff went above and beyond during our stay, always friendly and eager to help.

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: nice resort, rooms need work

Location great close to airport and awesome beach. Hotel in genral was nice... nice bars , pools, baby club, huge kids club with tons to do, big kids water slides, great pools, and restaurants. Great entertainment and kids staff, I'd have to say top notch. Kids loved them. Nice shops, lobby, theatre and shows. Lots of Specialty restaurants and a few buffets as well as the main massive buffet. A great family resort with a ton to do for kids of all ages. Also a nice area and sections for adults on [... read more]ly. But our rooms both needed work in the hotel. First room AC leaked water everywhere from the roof. Not a big deal they work hard. Our safe also quit working had to wait and get it fixed and room cards didn't work as much as they did work. Also got a good shock in the bathroom when I nicked the roof with my hand while hanging a shower towel. Then they moved us and the next room the belconly door did not lock or even close right. Not exceptable with a 2 year old in our room. But every time we had an issue they dealt with it on the spot the best they could. All and all I would go back and was more than pleased with this hotel and its staff.

Grand Oasis Sens: Perfect Vacation!!

Our trip was from December 5th to the 12th, 2016. Had a great time at the Sens, the food was amazing, especially the Sakura Sunset and the Black hole. The staff at the front desk, the servers, the entertainment crew did all they could to ensure that we were well taken care of. We stayed on the 6th floor, ocean view and was well worth the little bit more for a balcony. The perfect cappuccino from Coffee and Me while watching the sunrise every morning.... there's no words :) Always something to  [... read more]see and do, the resort is big enough to find a quiet spot after too much fun, and small enough to meet new people and make memories. I love Cancun, the transit system is easy and cheap. The restaurants, bars and markets are a great day trip and seriously the Walmart is something to experience ;) We would love to visit again and it's on our short list for next year. Who needs Cuba and the Dominican, when you can visit stunning Mexico!!

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Good resort

The hotel was very nice. The hospitality, pools and the beach were amazing. We especially liked the kids sections - baby and kids paradise. No hidden charges were involved all inclusive. One thing that could be improved is the room facilities, some more English channels on the TV will be appreciated.

Sunscape Cancun Resort and Spa: wonderful place

everything was very good .clean beach, food was good, service was very good, entertainment was ok, hotel in general was very clean, arrangements for tours was good, a little more English would have been better.
