Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: What a Trip!

This resort left nothing of beauty, comfort, dining, and service untouched. We had such a great vacation. Everything you could ever want and more is available, always. So accommodating and created such a beautiful wedding ceremony for my friends. I’m coming back for sure!

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Fantastic Trip

Resort was beautiful and our superior junior suite was perfect,the beds were so cozy although I wouldn't recommend garden view because of a main road close by. The restaurants and night life were ones to remember. The pools and grounds were in top shape and the staff were the friendliest I have ever encountered

resort was very clean food was amazing staff somewhat friendly however the locals that cruise the beach can be VERY disruptive and a nuisance-they bagger the guests and unfortunately the security does nothing to stop them! everything in this hotel was in slow motion...room service states upto 45 mins however it would take much much longer over 1 hour to come... breakfast was not available for early risers...I noticed a lot of the older guest just wondering til buffet would open last [... read more]ly...I had a $75.00 massage on the beach for 40mins which I paid for in cash($80.00American) I asked for receipt after payment and she told me the desk on check out will provide me with proof of purchase...I believed her! The masseuse billed it to my room anyway! I even tipped her $5.00 grrrr...but on check out morning I was delayed from getting on the bus on time, and the rest of the guests waited until the hotel was able to reach there staff (who was off of work) to confirm payment. I felt as though I had to prove I paid her and it caused me much distress. eventually the hotel apologized and stated that she was new and did not know to report cash...she stated that she believed I tipped her...I felt she tried to rob me and the hotel...in hindsight she asked many questions about my itinerary and felt like a victim however despite that I did have a lovely time

Hedonism II: Profound Life Experiences

This place is truly amazing! I came here to find myself and even as a single guy I had the time of my life and met some of the best people in my life. The staff were awesome and the whole resort was one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. I highly recommend Hedonism 2 and will be a repeat guest for life. Congrats Hedo you got everything right!

Melia Braco Village: Beautiful Resort

Kevin from Tripcentral was amazing and very helpful throughout the booking. We had an amazing time and awesome view from our room, the service was great. We had fresh towels and housekeeping in our room every day, bar fridge re-stocked on a daily basis. Grounds are very well maintained and food was awesome. Plenty of room to sit at the pool and the beach with plenty of beach towels every day. Hoping to return one day.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Poor entertainment/bedbugs

The food was great but they need better entertainment throughout the day. Had no Jamaican music playing (reggae or island music) and a few of us were bitten by bedbugs in different rooms and rooms spelled moldy. Awful experience!!

It was an amazing adventure to the Hotel it was clean beautiful on the inside rooms were great the views were great food atmosphere all over a great hotel clean beaches staff was friendly only bad part not alot of smoking areas

Coco La Palm: Comfortable second home

My wife and I have stayed at Coco Lapalm several times and the staff is always accommodating and friendly. Once again a great trip. The beach and water are always the best part of our vacation. I would recommend this small boutique hotel to anyone look to relax and escape of hectic everyday lives

Sunset at the Palms: Unique Resort

We stayed at the resort for one week last month in October and I must say the resort itself is beautiful and very small. It seems like one is living in a tropical paradise surrounded by lush greenery. Each suite has lots of trees planted around, so there is lots of privacy. Some of the suites are in need of updating as we found the shower didn't work properly. We had to have our room changed twice and ultimately they gave us one of their best suite - it was nice and clean. The food was a bi [... read more]t cold for our pallet when it came to the buffet. I found the variety was not there as we had expected in terms of seafood. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bug sprays don't work there and I ended up with mosquito bites which still haven't healed. The beach grill was a great place to eat lunch, and the beach was beautiful indeed. Anyone you wants to experience a unique resort should go there.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: very nice resort

This resort was well run. clean. Friendly staff. pools were great. The beach was not great. It is man made. Too many rocks and too much seaweed for me. Others seemed to enjoy it. food was good at the buffet. We did not try the a la carte restaurants. The bus ride fro the airport was 90 minutes. too long for me but there is no option.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Amazing resort!

Loved this hotel. It was clean updated, food was great diffrent type of food every night and the staff was always friendly and willing to help. The beach was amazing crytal clear. I would love to stay at this hotel again.

Sandals Montego Bay: Honeymoon in Montego Bay

Hotel was good (bad location because of the airport noise), very nice, spacious beach with many water activities, food was clean and made okay but, not much variety. for Adult resort I was expecting activities until at least midnight, all activities finishes around 10 pm and it wasn't that good, Beer selection is very poor, they only have their Red Stripe and Heineken considering %75 of their customers are from US and Canada. Their staff is very poorly managed, anytime I look at a Supervisor or a manager I see them playing with their phones and in the mean time their employees running around and not knowing what to do even at their a La Carte restaurants. most of the mornings I had to go out of my room and ask the employees to keep it down because of the joking and noise they are making at early morning hours. I was calling room service daily because they forgot to refill soap, shampoo, fridge....etc. I spoke with one of their club Sandals managers and she said she will have it corrected and Apologize, same day the cleaning lady came over and forgot to place Body shower and hand soap (which they didn't place a new hand soap for a week). The resort is right behind the airport and I would not recommend anyone to stay their because of the noise all day long from airplanes take off.

Riu Reggae: Amazing resort!

Above and beyond our expectations. Grounds were kept impeccable each day all staff was so friendly from bar staff to the cleaners to the grounds maintenance. Entertainment staff was friendly and each morning they went around the entire resort to say good morning to everyone. It was a nice touch! Buffet was awesome for every meal. Would definitely recommend this resort.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: A relaxing vacation

We had no issues at all this trip. The grounds are well kept, the rooms were simple but clean and there was no lack of tasty food. As a wheelchair traveler we occasionally run into the odd curb or entrance that is an impediment to travel but this was not the case here. While the ramps may be steep and not always close, they are there and usable. There were no issues entering any of the ares of the resort we wanted to visit. There are a couple of floating beach wheelchairs available but we d [... read more]id not use them this trip. We saw several guests in wheelchairs and never heard any complaints. The beaches are small and inaccessible near the Luxury side but on the Grand side they were hard packed and usable. The food was tasty and plentiful and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. We had issues with staff cellphone use last time we stayed here but it looks like that has been addressed. We have other places to try but would happily return to LBPRB.

Riu Ocho Rios: Fabulous Resort

My family and I went to this resort for the first time. At the front desk we were greeted by Leighton he was super helpful and had an amazing personality. The beach was amazing, and our room was perfect for my disabled sister and so was my parent's room. Everyone at the resort was pleasant. The food was amazing and tasty. As for the jerk chicken on the beach it was delicious. As for entertainment it was top notch. Crazy Jerry was fabulous as well as all the other entertainers at the Riu.  [... read more] We had a really good vacation and it is a really clean resort.

Secrets Wild Orchid: Disappointed

The hotel and grounds were fine. Room was very nice. Minus the extremely dark elevators. Service across the entire hotel was horrible. Including daily stocking of room fridge. There’s confusion with regard to tips. Site says gratuity included and as such not budgeted for. However, tipping is allowed and service goes from bad to horrible if your not tipping. I love Jamaica and usually love the people of Jamaica. I can tell you that the shuttle ride back to the airport was full of very unsatisfied customers. A few of which said they plan to never return to Jamaica at all. Never mind a secrets resort. Not good.

Jewel Paradise Cove: Amazing stuff

Hotel is nice, however there is some things that can use improvement. Bad is hard, also smoking area can use some cushions on stone bench, as it is not pleasant to sit on the stone. Food was good, but we were expecting more choices of Jamaican food, sea food. Hotel is very clean, room is nice, specious, balcony can have chairs with cushions. Sunscape Splash: Good resort!

The hotel was good. The room was clean, comfortable beds and pillows. The food was good, buffet can get a bit repetitive but no complaints. The a la cartes were mediocre, the sea side grill for supper was my favorite. Drinks were very good. Beach was great but our last few days there were jelly fish so we didnt swim in the ocean. We are repeat customers and noticed a few things not as good as previous visits. All in all it was a good vacation

Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach: Very good

Perfect size. Grounds lovely. Would go back.food was ok. Breakfast bar was good. Disappointed with your choice of white wine, not good.there was no Canadian rye whisky. Drinks of the day very good. Staff were amazing, they were great. I would recommend it to friends.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Amazing Resort - Adult Only

This is our second time at this resort. It is difinitely a 5 star! The resort is beautiful and the service is excellent. They go out of their to help you. Food is excellent and the Steak House is to die for. Nightly shows were awesome 👏 Beach is very nice but we were at the pool each day. Daily entertainment was good.
