Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: Amazing

The resort was amazing. It was a great choice allowing us to sit back, relax and enjoy the entertainment they had each evening. The resort was also clean and had a great variety of food. All staff was warm and welcoming. Would definitely plan another trip here in the future. Was happy with the service and experience.

Grand Muthu Cayo Guillermo: Good one

Tryp Cayo Coco: Fantastic resort

We had a lot of fun, great people! The room was a little out dated, but it was still nice. We hope to go back again in the near future! I found that the employees is what makes the resort awesome. Gran Muthu Imperial: Absolutely Beautiful!

I absolutely loved this resort. It was a 40 minute bus ride to the resort that was breathtaking to see. The resort itself is new and clean and had a great atmosphere! The rooms and the views were breathtaking, the pools were great but sometimes a little chilly but to be honest, just dunk right away and you’re good to go! The food was decent. The beach was stunning in terms of water colour, sand, but like others have mentioned, you definitely need water shoes but I did not find this a problem. Sometimes the seaweed would be overpowering on the beach but nothing too drastic so I thoroughly enjoyed my time there! The shows are typical shows but Friday is Cuban day and that was amazing! The entertainment during the day and the crew were phenomenal and always trying to get you having fun or relaxing with stretching, it was a lovely experience! Had an excellent pre-Xmas stay, treated immaculately by all, service and entertainments made this resort a definite return destination for adults only all inclusive, not over crowded enough space to have quiet time, easy shuttle to local activities, super clean, great food, professional staff!!!

Memories Caribe Beach Resort: Amazing beach and poor service

Hello, so...The hotel offers two dinners in the two restaurants. What can I say? We saw a rat at dinner ! All dishes in both restaurants have a terrible taste. Edible food was in the buffet and the one that was immediately cooked for us (meat, omelettes, fish). The cooked meal was previously inedible. Valentin Cayo Cruz: Time you will never get back. Horrible

Never ever ever send anybody to this resort. This was the worst vacation I have ever had. Food was not even edible. Service was non existent- no body cares. Rooms were damp. They sprayed diesel bug spray every night throughout the resort. Air conditioning made me very sick. They rationed towels and water. Restaurants were always late opening. Only one was open. No hot water in my room.

Gran Muthu Imperial: Place exceeded expectations

Just have to start with had a fantastic time at the Gran Muthu Imperial. The place is very clean and nicely laid out. Not a very large resort which I like. We stayed in building 9 room 9109. Second floor. Ocean view. Absolutely beautiful water. Large king bed. Bar fridge always stocked with a couple of pops, beer and a large bottle of water. The maid service was exceptional. Nice Imperial muthu hamburger with fries always hit the spot. Grounds are well kept and clean. 3 pools on 3 levels to satisfy anyone's swimming appetite. The bottom infinity pool overlooks the ocean. Never have to worry about chairs or cabanas. Plenty for everyone. The front lobby bar makes excellent espresso for an after dinner coffee and there's always some form of entertainment. Either a singer, piano or flute at the lobby. Nightly entertainment is good. The buffet is not overly large but has enough to fulfill anyone's palette. Fridays is Cuba day. Place is adorned with palm leaves and flags. The staff is dressed up and they start spit roasting a pig for dinner. The entire staff we met were excellent. Professional, courteous and eager to please. Have to give a special thanks to the gentleman I believe is the manager of the place. I would see him in the morning helping staff at the buffet afternoon planning outside things with other staff and evening looking in on the A la carte's. The guy was a machine. Drinks were very good. Bartenders were good at what they did. The Spanish coffee was a hit down there with many vacationers. The beach is located beside building 4. A 5 minute walk from building 9. Nice Sandy beach. A bit rocky near the beach bar but a little further down and no problem. Playa Pilar is a 5CUC cab ride away. He'll drop you of and pick you up when you want. Just ask the front desk to call the taxi. Playa Pilar is an amazing bit of beach that needs to be seen. What else can I say? Special thanks to Jennifer our travel rep that got us what we wanted. Tryp Cayo Coco: Tryp trip

Well, it's Cuba and you don't expect a lot. The rooms are clean but dated and the a/c works well. The only negative thing was the shower head was original, water came out like a hose, and the toilet required a pail of water to flush. They are still repairing the damage from the last hurricane but it's coming along nicely from last year. Staff are great and polite, always saying Ola and wanting to engage. Atmosphere was great, always something to do, pools are clean and beach beautiful. Do bring bug spray as the sand fleas are voracious as well as a bottle of Benadryl.

Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: Beautiful resort

We loved our stay at this hotel. It's a small resort but the staff and service was amazing! Our room was upstairs in the main lobby, plain jane but ok. Food is alright. There is always something you can find to eat. My favorite is the omelette in the morning but the pancakes are delicious as well. The beach was fantastic!!!! I would definitely return at this resort.

Melia Jardines del Rey: Will return

Clean resort , food wasn’t all that bad , like any resort after 4 days it gets monotonous, great beach , loved the sandbar. Only complaint is the walkways were very dark ... they need way more lighting !

Gran Muthu Imperial: Great vacation

Had wonderful time and would highly recommend. Weather was great, accommodations awesome and staff really made a difference. Was expecting food to be an issue but was great. Plus pools were excellent and went to beach too which was lovely. Would love to come back and enjoy.

Iberostar Origin Playa Pilar: Amazing Resort!

This was my second time going to Cuba but my first time in Cayo Coco. I loved it! The Iberostar had amazing service and is such a beautiful resort! My favourite part was the Dock on the beach! Drinks were amazing & food was good especially at the grill in the snackbar ! On our last day we had to checkout at 12 but our bus didn't pick us up until 7, the front desk gave us somewhere to hold our luggages safely and a place to shower as we spent the whole day on the beach. Melia Costa Rey: Good resort but service needs improvement

The hotel is great and restaurants are better than expected! Only problem is the staff and the expectation for tips. If you don't leave tips at every request, expect a subpar service that is not 5 stars.

Starfish Cayo Guillermo: Not bad for price but lacking in some ways

Valentin Cayo Cruz: Beautiful Resort

The Hotel Pools Rooms Beach and grounds are first class, the staff were very nice but not trained enough, service was very slow and the entertainment was terrible. Management have a lot of work to do to get things up to standard. The a la carte restaurants are a joke. The location of the resort is 1 hour away from the Airport on a straight road with swamps on both sides (very boring)

Sol Cayo Coco is a beautiful great place to enjoy the 2 beaches,wonderful people and very friendly staffs, the room nice and clean,view I the ocean,nice entertainment, it was a great,but too short week,would be nice for 10 days to stay

Hotel was fine. Needs some major upkeep. For a fairly new hotel, a lot of things were rundown. The beds are awful. They kept running out of water so the public washrooms were disgusting. Many people were complaining of illness of which we didn’t escape. The beach and the weather was amazing
