Smart Cancun By Oasis: Nice hotel

The hotel is well located. It's clean. Our room was spacious. The AC worked well (this is really important in Cancun). Breakfast was good. The pool is gorgeous. The service was courteous and friendly. Worth the money we paid for.

Temptation Resort & Spa: Great vacation

Thank You Thank you Thank you, it was an awesome trip, the time we arrive till the End. Food was great nonstop entertainment. Hat off to the hard working hotel workers, always smiling trying their best to service. Debbie you the best. Nothing bad to write

Hotel Dos Playas Faranda: Dos playas

In general the hotel was okay I mean to be a three star hotel was pretty good but there are some aspects I didn't like, like the pool floor was peeling and because of it I cut my toe. From 1 to 10 I would say it's a 7. Although I highly recommend the place beside in the beach is a snorkel place and it's amazing .

Grand Oasis Cancun: Good resort

All around good resorr food could be better. The security gaurds wanted us to tip for some stupid shit!! but overal kool resorrt Food was bad .. life was good. fun times with people ... u kno lots of guys .. not enough gurls but that kool im bi sexaul at the night time lol... haha just kidding

Moon Palace Cancun: Overall - OK.

We chose this resort for the golf course - so that worked out well. Overall though....food was disappointing - very much so actually. We would have been in Cuba for all I knew. Customer service makes this resort though. The people are outstanding. Beach terrible (which we know), pools - ok, spa - excellent. No Mexican character...very disappointing from that perspective. Moon Palace Cancun: Third time in Mexico, least favorite spot

We chose this resort for the golf course and for that reason it worked out well. Overall our stay was pleasant as we were not expecting a spectacular beach - but the pool areas ended not quite as expected. Sunrise is too crowded, never a chair.... Disappointing: 1. FOOD - definitely not even 3 star - except the Italian place at the golf course - it was exceptional. 2. Didn't once see a Mexican band. We could have been at any destination....no distinct Mexican character. Sadly, we came back missing Mexico. 3. Communication RE entertainment - nothing displayed on TVs or handouts...had to seek out the info daily...not so fun on such a huge property. Trip over to Beach Palace was worth it - nice little spot over there, but busy too.

Isla Mujeres Palace: Isla Gem

The Isla Mujeres Palace is outstanding on many levels. Friendly, efficient staff make every effort to make your stay exceptional. The resort rooms and public areas are well designed and beautifully decorated. The restaurant buffets and à la carte are varied and delicious. I was very happy to find an array of hot sauces in a range of heat for all tastes. The beach area is lovely with Palm trees, a long dock with a palapa along with a view of Cancun in the distance. The bar mixed excellent drinks with fresh fruit where required and even mixed our own creation of coconut icecream, banana, Baileys, Kahlua and Cognac! More dessert than drink and as yet unnamed. Location is great as well. It is very close to the turtle farm, Dolphin Experience, Punta Sur, Casa Mendaca, Garafon Park and several beach clubs we didn't try. It is a fabulous resort and easy to reach from Cancun. We loved it.

Finest Playa Mujeres by Excellence Group: Great Family Resort

This resort was amazing! Food was great, the service was amazing, and facilities were first class! I would definitely go back to this resort! Also for those who have kids not to worry the Finest has an excellent Kids Club that is fun and engaging.

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Great resort for your kids!

This hotel was very clean and staff was super friendly. It can be difficult to find a good resort to keep small kids entertained, but our 1 and 5 year olds had a great time and did not want to leave. When they aren't taking part in the daily activities set up for them there are pools, water slides and the ocean! The food was excellent and great for our on-the-run lifestyle. The nightly shows were an added bonus after a fun filled day. The staff working here are A+. They remembered our kids names [... read more] after the first day and always greated with a smile. Loved our stay at Crown Paradise!

Riu Caribe Cancun: Overall great resort

Resort was great. The beach was amazing and the food was good. Pools got loud and rowdy some days but it is Cancun... Service was great and rooms were clean and spacious. Overall good resort and would go back again.

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Great Resort

Great Resort, Beautiful beach, staff is amazing from waiters to bartenders to concierge and front desk staff. Clubbing promoters could be more accomodating at the clubs themselves instead of leaving you there, Had a good stay.

We went to moon palace on July 13 and stayed for 7 days with 14 family members. This resort was amazing for us! It is very large, the largest resort we have been to! However the buses and carts are fairly easy to access and we loved walking after the large meals! We would give everything about the resort a 5 star except for the beach. The water is murky but there is an area where you can walk out into the ocean for a fair length on a sandy floor. The food and drinks were very good. Our fav [... read more]ourite restaurant was Momo's (especially the tempanyaki table). Some of the shows in the evening were good, and others were just ok. My one recommendation for the resort is to have a better teens club. They need to have more activities that are suitable to specific ages (eg. 13,14 year olds) and different programs for 16,17 year olds). All in all, from the ages of 9 to adults into the 70's, all had a good time.

Royal Solaris Cancun: Royal Solaris

Un muy buen hotel, excelente servicio, alimentos de alta calidad y una playa privada sin comparacion, olas grandes arena blanca muy fina. It is a great resort to spend vacations, great rooms, great beach and great food. customer service is great, employees always willing to assist you with your inquiries and questions. I for sure would return to the Royal solaris.

Excellence Playa Mujeres: Amazing Time

We have stayed at a few other AI resorts (Sandals Whitehouse, Secrets Silversands, Excellence PC) and have been on a few cruises. This is by far the best resort we have been to overall. The staff was incredible (especially the waitstaff at the pools) and the food ranged from ok to amazing. Chez Isabelle was our favorite restaurant with Basmati a close second. Our only disappointment was The Lobster House for dinner. Service was not as good as other restaurants and food was just ok. Moon Palace Cancun: Overall nice resort

Beautiful resort that was well maintained and exceptionally clean. Rooms were nice however beds were very small not 2 queen size so not ideal sleeping for family of 4. This was huge resort that seemed like 3 resorts in one. It might not be ideal for elderly and with really young children if you want to explore all the restaurants at 3 sections. If you go after 7:30pm it was very long waits. The time spent during check in process was atrocious and needs improvement. Beach was beautiful and did not smell like seaweed as I saw in other reviews. There was seaweed in water but my family still went in and enjoyed. They had huge tractors that tried to remove some seaweed.

Finest Playa Mujeres by Excellence Group: Very relaxing resort

The grounds were beautiful and beach was clean hourly. The food and service was first class. The room was comfortable and clean. The morning biking was a great start to the day. The beach service was fast.

Grand Oasis Sens: Great vacation choice

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing!! The hotel experience was top notch, the food was amazing. Couldn't have had a better time. If you are looking for a great place in Mexico to take you significant other this is the place for you.

Royal Solaris Cancun: Great resort!

The resort overall was great, no complains! The food was amazing, entertainment was fun to watch, the rooms were pretty modern as well! The only thing was all the activities and games were by the pool
