Royal Solaris Cancun: Geat trip

The staff was awesome, met fantastic people. They could redecorate the rooms. Pool and ocean kept nice and clean. Price was right, great deal at this hotel. Entertainment staff are lots of fun and entertaining.

Moon Palace Cancun: Clean, Nice Staff, Fantatic

Food was amazing, staff was great, and the room was clean. It was a little far from some of the items, so there was a bit of a bus travel on the paid trips, but really was a great time. Although the resorts are split up, the bus's are always there to pick you up.. You're never waiting more then 5 minutes.

Isla Mujeres Palace: Great resort for people wanting total relaxation

Small resort, great food, beach, pool area. Great service. No line ups anywhere, no waiting for a shady spot on beach or pool. No real entertainment to speak of, which suited us fine. Not a place for young people unless you like to leave the resort. Was great for us, not looking to party. Would definitely go again some day. Grand Oasis Sens: Beautiful Location

We spent the first week in May at the Grand Oasis Sens. Its a beautiful resort, but not for the mobility challenged. There are stairs everywhere. There is an elevator for the rooms, but the main buffett is in the basement, with no air conditioning and accessible only by stairs....32 steps. To get from the lobby to the beach, there are 3 sets of stairs.There isn't any mention of stairs in the overview of the resort on your, or anybody elses web page. Our rooms were clean & bright....no issues there. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Because of the stairs, I won't recommend this resort.

Finest Playa Mujeres by Excellence Group: Wonderful Resort

Everything about this resort is great. It is a more expensive resort and smaller in size but that means nothing too far away. We never had trouble getting into a restaurant or getting lounger in the sun or in the shade at the pool or at the beach. Food was great. Room was great.

Excellence Playa Mujeres: Great place to vacation

Everything was very clean, beautiful grounds and wonderful service. The room was stunning and all of the restaurants we tried were delicious. Overall this was a top notch five star resort. Will definitely book again when there is a promotion available.

The Pyramid Cancun: beautiful location and hotel but disappointing

The hotel was gorgeous, the rooms were clean and well kept. The resort grounds are truly lovely but everything else was a little disappointing. The food was very plain and not good at all. It was hard to find anything without a map as the resort is massive. There were no loungers that you could take to a spot on the beach either which I thought was odd. It's definitely a bit of a party place and not for someone looking for a quiet holiday.

Riu Cancun: Great resort

Very clean resort with amazing staff. Every room has a beautiful ocean view. Pools were great ranging from a waist deep pool bar to 5'5" deep infinity pool looking over the ocean. The buffet was great, everyday lunch seemed to be the same but there was so much to choose from you couldent go wrong.

Grand Oasis Sens: Not great for mobility challenged

Good hotel, however there were too many stairs with the elevator not going down to the floor the buffet was on thus 31+ steps to get there & no A/C in that area. People were calling this "The sweat box". I passed out at the buffet my first night there because of the heat! Service/rooms/restaurants were all good. Riu Cancun: Nothing to complain about!!

This resort was amazing, it was clean, well staffed and they were all so great and the amenities were all so good as well, they had a show every night that was always entertaining, and the place although busy was not overcrowded which was nice. The pool fun staff were so enthusiastic and all the activities were a lot of fun. The rooms were nice with all rooms having a great ocean view with a private balcony. Overall great vacation!!

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Amazing resort

This resort was great, the staff and entertainment staff really do make this resort a number 1 on our vacation list, we plan on going back. The food was good the hotel is great, great for families with children.

Sun Palace Hotel: Nice resort with good service

The grounds were clean well maintained. The grounds were rather small but beach was beautiful and can take long walks along the beach. The food and service in all areas was excellent. All very friendly.

Beautiful and very clean rooms also lobby and bar very well-kept. Excellent service from staff , very good variety in restaurants and food . The best all-inclusive resort I've ever stayed at. Would you recommend this to any couple.

Dreams Sands Cancun Resort and Spa: Beautiful resort

Great resort! Incredible staff, good food, very clean, really good entertainment, and great beach! Everything was wonderful! The only downside was the shower in our room - needs an upgrade. Well worth the money. Would definitely recommend this resort.

Grand Oasis Cancun: Nice Resort

A great hotel with lots of facilities. Beautiful ocean view but room and balcony are too small in size. Restaurants and food are good. Staff are nice and helpful. Regular maintenance work seen ongoing.

Grand Oasis Palm: ok spot for families

I did not overly like any of the buffets. The sushi was great at the suchi bar and at maki taco. I dId not like the reservation system for booking a la carte dinners. Having to wake up early to wait in line for an hour daily to not even be guaranteed a spot was kind of stupid. Didn't like how rooms didn't have balconies. Room service should be included. The hotel didn't have gucemolie ??? isn't that mexican??? Nightly entertainment was great and same with daily pool activities. Kids club was lar [... read more]ge and well thought out. Lots of options for kids to do. Kids buffet looked kind of gross. OVERALL NOT BAD Still enjoyed our holiday lots.

Motel was good service in restaurants was excellent and the beach excellent the swim up bar smelled like urine and they washed down the patios at night with pool water which made it all smell like urine I would never get into that pool again

Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa: Great value

If you're on a budget and just want an all around comfortable resort , this is the one. Beds were very comfortable. Furniture a little dated and no extra frills unless you upgrade, however I really had no complaints for the price. If I had to express a needed improvement, that would be better lighting in bathroom and a little better selection at breakfast.

Paradisus Cancun: Perfect Mexican vacation

Beautiful resort right on the most beautiful beach I've ever seen. This was my first trip to a southern destination with my boyfriend and we were nervous about what to expect. The service was impeccable - all of the resort staff were very friendly and helpful. I rolled my ankle on our second day at the resort and within minutes there were two resort members there to make sure I was okay and to look at my ankle. We ate at three of the on site restaurants during our stay and the buffet. The market grill was amazing and our favourite experience but be prepared to leave full! We also went to the market grill for pizzas at lunch - delicious! The blue agave was also a good experience experience - the tacos were so delicious! Mole was the third restaurant we visited and that war the only disappointment we had. The food selection just wasn't our type of menu. Most nights we visited the buffet for supper. There was always a great assortment of food and everything was delicious. Even the pickiest of eaters can find something to eat here! During our stay we spent most of our days on the beach with regular visits to the pool for a swim. The beach was so beautiful - it will leave you speechless. The white sand was never too hot on your feet and the turquoise ocean was great to swim in as long as you don't mind some waves. On top of all this, the view was just stunning. Every morning we went to the beach it was as if I had forgotten how beautiful it was the day before and was just as breathtaken with it the next morning. As soon as you walk out of the resort doors to the beach, you are wowed. It's amazing to see water that blue. There was plenty of space and nice beach huts you could put your chairs under. Each beach hut had a table where you could put your drinks while you lounge in the sun. The beach staff were incredibly attentive and there was plenty of water available for order while you were on the beach. The staff would also bring you blender drinks so you never had to leave your beach chair! The majority of the blender drinks we had were Delicious! The bartenders make a great blue Hawaii, pina colada and Bahama mama. If you prefer, you can also pay money to lay on a beach bed. We didn't do this during our stay. We found the beach chairs comfortable. There were showers at the beach level then foot showers at the top of the stairs which was particularly handy for us because we regularly switched from beach to pool. At the top of the stairs you could also visit the sunset grill if you felt like a light lunch or afternoon snack. The pools were a very well laid out so that it wasn't overly crowded and you could have your own space to swim. The pool was also a great temperature and the chemicals weren't too potent. Taking a dip in the pool after spending hours in the sun was one of our favourite ways to cool off - always so refreshing. There were also bathrooms near the sunset grill which is handy if you plan to spend a lot of time on the beach - not a far walk. There is a second set of bathrooms near the hut at the bottom of the resort entrance facing the beach which is equally close. At this hut you can book activities for your trip and also get fresh beach towels. The big purple towels were think and a perfect size. We stayed in a room on the lagoon side and a couple we went with had a room on the ocean view side. Neither me, nor my boyfriend is an earlier riser so this suited us much better than an ocean view. The sun rises on the ocean and sets on the lagoon side. We got to watch the sunset every night before dinner while our friends who are morning people watched the sun rise every morning. Something to keep in mind when you book. Our room itself was beautiful and very clean. The floors and walls are all marble. The bathroom shower has a rainfall style shower head and everything else in the room was very modern. The bathroom came complete with all the usual toiletries for guests but also with cotton swabs and some other handy items which was nice. We had a king bed which was very comfortable and the air conditioner did a great job of keeping the room at a comfortable sleeping temperature. The cleaning staff kept our room very clean each day, even taking the initiative to organize our items on the sink a little neater which was much appreciated. On our sixth night, our air conditioner stopped working. The resort staff was very helpful and quickly moved us to a new room in the same tower when this occurred. While we weren't able to get another king bed, the double beds were much preferable to our broken air conditioner. Although the resort states you don't need to tip, we tipped the cleaners each day, and each of our servers including drink service on the beach. We didn't tip large amounts. Just a dollar or two each meal depending on the level of service, a dollar or two each morning for the cleaners, and a dollar every few drinks on the beach.We found this made a big difference in our service as observed to people around us who weren't tipping. The staff were more attentive to us. Overall, we had an amazing first destination vacation experience. We loved cancun and parsdisus. We are already thinking about planning a trip there next year!
