Hacienda Buenaventura Hotel and Mexican Charm: My new vacation home!!!

This hotel is a gem, I am already telling friends this is the place to stay. I can not say anything negative about my stay. From the excellent food, clean rooms, great animal towel arrangement left on my bed daily, and amazing and I mean amazing staff. This was a holiday I will remember for a long time.

Las Palmas by the Sea: Loved the starr

Although dated it is the real authentic Mexican resort…..met many great people who will remain friends……great beach and I wish to thank trip central.ca for always getting me where I want to go and when and at a great price….thanks Amanda!

Friendly Fun Vallarta: Beautiful Resort

The 2 pools, beach, accomodations, service were all amazing. the restaurants were very good with exception of the Roof Top Restaurant, the food was warm to cool, not hot. The entertainment at nights on the beach was great.

Las Palmas by the Sea: Better Than Average Resort

Excellent location. Good Facilities. Great staff. Clean & comfortable rooms if somewhat dated(room 421 is a winner). Food quality appeared to be good but food variety needs some help. Ask for a room overlooking the adult swimming pool.

Samba Vallarta: 14 days of relaxing and great service

Excellent staff always there for anything you want or need.The smaller resorts are the way to go, no line ups and always a beach chair. The outdoor BBQ was a nice touch the staff worked very hard to make it happen.This was our 2nd holiday there and will definetly return.

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Beautiful grounds

Overall a great experience,good food options ,modest rooms ,very very clean and the staff were excellent we met lots of return guests.because of its size every block had access to their own pool area and food options.we found it to be a good resort for good value through trip central

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Amazing Vacation to Grand Palladium Vallarta

The rooms are all well maintained and clean, the grounds are kept very nice, the food is great, the beach is beautiful, and all the staff are AMAZING! There is lots to do at the resort to keep you busy, but it is also good for just relaxing - so you can make your vacation exactly what you want. Giovani is the BEST bartender at Hemminways. Matias and Victor are the BEST bartenders at the Relax Pool. I've been to this resort twice and will definitely be returning again in the future.

Good location. Need secure door locks. Food was average at the buffet. Grounds were nice. Staff were pleasant and helpful . Biggest issue was wifi which had limited availability. Place could use cosmetic TLC and they were starting to paint while I was there

Crown Paradise Club: Great resort

Always something to do for our 4 & 6 year old granddaughters. They liked the food, tropical drinks, pools, kids club and shows. The beach is beautiful, market right next door, Walmart,supermarket and banks very close by,

Delfin Beach Resort Puerto Vallarta: Great location.

This hotel is in a great location, rooms are average nothing great. I wouldn't pay for the all-inclusive the food is not edible at the buffet, there's lots of great restaurants around in walking distance.

Samba Vallarta: " Diamond in the rough"

We very much enjoyed the resort. Facilities were first class and the staff were fantastic. The food and variety was very good. Looking forward to going back again. Would highly recommend this resort for your next stay in PV

Plaza Pelicanos Club: Amazing service!

This hotel is great for the price. The people who work here make it totally worth your while to stay! So friendly and helpful...amazing customer service. The rooms were clean and the food in the buffet was good, but there was not a lot of variety. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends...

Villa del Palmar Beach Resort: excellent resort!!!

could not ask for a better vacation. the whole staff was exceptionally pleasant and service was outstanding. location was great. nice beach area, great swimming pools, outstanding food. would highly recommend this as a winter holiday destination. trip central.ca were very helpful and professional in assisting us in choosing and booking our winter getaway. thanks so much.

Friendly Fun Vallarta: A Very Nice Place to Stay!

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay while in Puerto Vallerta! The staff are so hard working and wonderful to the guests that the name of the hotel rings true. The grounds, pool and beach area are immaculate and the service top-notch. From beach chair service of a tasty shrimp platter for two to the champagne and chocolate dipped strawberries surprisingly placed in our room, who could not but feel welcomed and special!

Plaza Pelicanos Grand: Lovely boutique resort

Attentive service by the staff, well maintained grounds, comfortable and pleasant facilities well laid out. Food good, and offered both hot and cold venues around the pool. We really enjoyed the intimacy and "family like" attitude and feel of this place. It wasn't mass production and yet it offered everything we needed to make our vacation enjoyable. We were able to get moved to a room overlooking the pool part way through our stay and we REALLY enjoyed that. They baked up gluten free muffin mix [... read more]es I brought for my special GF diet. It would have been nice to have had WIFI in the room and around the pool rather than just in the foyer, but, can't complain about the service, amenities, staff, or anything. We would definitely come back!

Barcelo Puerto Vallarta: great spot

staff was awesome from the maids,front desk especially Julius and Lucy at customer service.My sweetheart was the cook at the pool diner who served bbq pork. Location was short bus to town and the beach made for a nice daily walk with great views of the surrondering area

Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta: Good resort

The service was amazing, the beach was good, food was so so!! Love the location between the Malecon and the airport, ocean grill and Le Cliffe was amazing food and next to a beautiful beach, weather was perfect every day

Occidental Nuevo Vallarta: Great Resort!

This was our first time staying at this resort. We purchased the Royal club package and upgraded to a studio suite upon arrival. We were treated like royalty. Food, room, entertainment, beach and staff were excellent. A special thanks to Jorge in the beach area. His service was always accompanied with a smile:) If you are looking for a smaller more intimate resort I would suggest the Occidental Grand Nuevo!

Paradise Village Puerto Vallarta: Paradise Village

Excellent hotel, people were wonderful, food was great, can't remember all names of staff but they were all excellent. Enjoyed the beautiful beach and the nice long walks and all the entertainment and theme nights.

Smaller all inclusive, lobby and reception recently updated, rooms could use some attention. Staff very helpful and friendly. Some good entertainment, one night was a marachi band in the lobby area, another night was a violinist, both good. Kitchen staff put on a beautiful food display/buffet on beach. Had one odd event: upon arrival, had two bottles of water and a bag of chips in room. next day no water, Asked maid and got some. The next day no water. This is after leaving what we though was a  [... read more]reasonable tip in room both nights. Upped the tip amount by 10 pesos, and we started getting water. Hmmm.
