nice and clean, food awesome, staff friendly, beach clean and great for swimming and lots of choices for shade or sun worshipers. Only problem was my wife bit into a piece of plastic in one of the desserts, they made her sign a waver but no compensation or apology. They said they would inspect kitchen and grille staff....

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Great experience !!

Just got back from am amazing vacation here at iberostar rosehall beach!!! The weather was amazing, the service was fantastic and the resort is beautiful, but what really made this trip over the top was the unbelievably hard working entertainment crew!!! They really went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a good time and that everyone felt included! Sparkles, leggo, chocolate, and macaroni were phenomenal but a HUUGE shout out goes to Mr. neat Kevin Hart and Angel!! They, and the  [... read more]whole entertainment crew, all seem to really love their jobs and help people come out of their shells to enjoy their vacation and have fun. Angel ran things beautifully, and I will miss them all terribly. I Will definitely be coming back !

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Huge Resort!

The resort is very big. There is something for everyone. The pools and beaches were well maintained. The jerk chicken was awesome, we ate it every day. Favourite meal was lunch at Sunset Cove, got a have the snapper. Travelled with a group of 8. Ages 15 to 50. We had a great time. We got lots of exercise. The rooms were huge and the bath tub was awesome. Staff were great, inparticular, the security and spa staff were attentive and helpful. Grand Palladium Jamaica: Excellent 2nd Visit

This was our second time at this resort. We travel at least twice a year and this is the first time we have ever wanted to return to a resort for a second visit. The food was excellent the grounds and public areas are very clean. Our rooms were always clean and housekeeping friendly. Majority of staff are very friendly and helpful. There is never a shortage of chairs around pools or on the beach. When calling reception for any maintenance issues be prepared to call again. When maint [... read more]enance does come out they are extremely helpful, I m just not sure they get the messages in regards to needed repairs. We did have to call regarding our shower several times before it was fixed.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: 4th time here, must be great

This was our fourth time at this hotel, we obviously love it, but this time was the best, they are continually striving to meet guests needs. Hotel is spotless and well maintained. Food at all areas was well prepared and delicious. They treat returning guests like family...they put a welcome home banner on our door, gave us private VIP check in. Bottom line there might be small issues, but certainly the pros outweigh the cons....this is why we will keep returning. Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Amazing Resort

The resort is very beautiful, every thing is very amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good. The location is perfect , the beach, room service is very good. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Couples Sans Souci: Fabulous all around!

This hotel was stunning. A smaller resort which was great for avoiding large crowds. The food was excellent and the service even better. The beach was gorgeous, and the grounds immaculate. Another highlight was the Dunn's River Falls excursion which was included in the price.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Top Notch

This hotel was is so big and had so many different options for activities that I can't see how someone wouldn’t find something to enjoy it. The location is great, sharing the beaches with only the sister hotel (Lady Hamilton). The grounds were very well maintained, there were always gardeners/pool staff/beach staff keeping everything clean and in good shape. In October, the place never felt crowded. The rooms are beautiful, very spacious, clean and comfortable. The first room we stayed in h [... read more]ad a connecting door to another room, and there was zero noise isolation. After a couple of nights we moved to another room without a connecting door and then we could sleep through the night. But the room itself was great, no complaints. The food was good, with tons of places to eat and a lot of variety. The specialty restaurants were hit and miss: the Mexican is not good, the Italian was great, with the others in between. I loved that no reservations were required! Too bad the Jamaican restaurant was always closed. The best food was the jerk chicken hut by the pool, delicious. There are 3-4 beaches to choose from, all beautiful, no waves, and clear water. The main pool is enormous and really beautiful and there are plenty of activities to keep you entertained. Archery, Mini Golf, Kayaking, Kids Pool, etc. We also loved the smaller pools closer to the rooms. I found the drinks to be very inconsistently prepared. Depending on which bar you were, it would go from delicious to not-drinkable. The main bar above the pool was always the safer choice. That said, if you were having something like a beer/wine, then it didn't matter. Wi-fi was surprisingly good, but there was only one place in the whole hotel where we didn't have a signal: on our bed, which was unlucky (the other areas in our room had a signal). The downside of having wi-fi throughout the hotel is that a lot of people are just looking at their phones all the time, which obliviously is their choice and not the hotel's fault. Finally, we made good use of the mini club for our toddler and the service there was always good. The ladies there were lovely to our son and we were very comfortable leaving him there every once in a while. We even used the babysitter service, which also worked well. I would easily recommend this hotel to anyone, as there were all types of guests there (families, couples, children, elderly, weddings...), and they all seem to be having fun.

Sandals Ochi Beach Resort: wedding anniversary at Ochi Beach resort

This was our fourth time at this resort in the last 5 years. Numerous improvement were done and some more are in the works. Ochi Beach resort is Sandals biggest resort with 2 separate sections and hop bus system that is wonderful. The staff at this location are still amazing and so are the five star restaurants. On ou [... read more]r anniversary day, open the front door to see roses on a white towel with happy anniversary written, spent day at our semi private pool then cap of with a tremendous supper on our patio. Spent 7 glorious days with little rain on 1 day in the morning,pools were cleaned and very soothing, plenty of drinks around (would recommend Caribbean Blue which is made of vodka, less sugar so you don't blow up) Entertainment every night whether at both auditorium (outdoors) or watch a movie on soft sofa while getting some nachos,popcorn or pizza and our favourite is at Mama's house (Rabbit hole) she sounds like Adele. I would definitely go back again, lot's of water sports to do, contest every day if you wish, beach or pool volleyball,rock climbing,croquet,basketball,tennis,golf. The staff in this location are extremely happy and helpful no matter your issue. Best thing is put your wallet away, no tipping at all.Fantastic food throughout the resort at any time....

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Fantastic time

My husband and I just returned from this resort and had an amazing time. The grounds were kept immaculate. The pool was the best part! It was so large and clean. It never felt crowded. We loved the food and all the staff were amazing. We would definately return!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Best trip to date!

This resort was amazing! Big enough that there was lots of space and most importantly it is set up to make it feel inclusive and easy to get around. The beaches were gorgeous, the food amazing and the rooms clean and up to date. We’re already planning our return trip!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Average resort

Front desk staff very rude wouldnt accomdate an hour of extra check out. Lots of walking. Only 1 buffet on such a big resort. Evening shows are completely ridicuals and horrible beach is fake man made with fake sand hard to walk on lots of dirt and rocks,bar tenders unless you tip them dont expect service. Drinks are watered down very weak.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Beautiful resort

We just got home from a fabulous week at this beautiful resort. The food was awsome. The beach was gorgeous white sand with lots of loungers available. Pool sparkling. Every worker greeted us pleasantly and we got to know one of the bar servants quite well. The only small complaint we had was the mini frig in the room was promised to be restocked daily and wasn’t. Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Fantastic Stay

I’ve stayed at the Grand Bahia on the luxury side and was hesitant about booking the other side. However, along with 12 other family members we all had a blast from the ages of 6 to 78. There is something for everybody and the staff were accommodating to all of us! Will definitely go back!

Sandals Dunn's River: Lovely resort

The resort was lovely. The people were very friendly and went out of their way. The food was good, but we were disappointed they closed the buffet a few nights, and we didn't like the 7 course meal that substituted the buffet. It was called dining under the stars. All in all it was an awesome stay and we will definitely be back! Very good massages and service. The beach was amazing, as well as the entertainment.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Amazing resort

We spent a week here with our 6 year old and 4 month old. It was fantastic. The beaches are beautiful, the water is calm. The rooms are clean and gorgeous. Having a stroller I do wish it was a bit more accessible with more ramps. There are ramps but you have to walk a lot further to get to them. The buffet was good but hot and seems like the air didn’t circulate well. The a la cartes were fantastic. The room service of the Royal Golden was really handy. Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach: Relaxing Getaway!

My husband and i traveled to Royal Decameron Cornwall beach from October 13th to October 18th. We flew with Air transat and were delayed by about 3.5 hours, missing the dinner buffet. It wasn't a big deal because the snack bar had just opened for the night. We were offered the following menu items: Hot dogs, Hamburgers, Jerk chicken, Jerk Pork and French Fries. Our room was clean, A/C worked perfectly and the room had the most amazing view (which we got to see the next morning). It wasn't a big deal because we just soaked up the water with our used towels, but I could see how others would be annoyed by this. Let me just say that the bed and pillows were very comfortable and we had a great sleep experience. Food was good. Not great, but good. I thought that there was pretty good variety at the buffet, food always seemed fresh, and I never had an issue finding something that I wanted to eat. My highlights were the pork chops at dinner, omelette station and bacon in the morning, and the oxtail at the Jamaican a la carte. We only went to one of the a la carte restaurants, and it was quite good. I heard that the other a la carte was very good as well. The resort grounds are kept very clean and nice. The pool is immaculate and the water was always the perfect temperature. The beach was beautiful; soft white sand, warm water, etc. It's a smaller beach, but that didn't bother us at all. This is not the resort for you if you are looking for a party atmosphere directly on the resort. The resort was very quiet after 10 or 11PM. You can access the disco, but we never did. The other option you have is going to the hip strip and partying off of the resort. There is a free shuttle that will take you. Overall, we had a really great stay at this resort. We wanted to relax and enjoy some drinks and food and that is exactly what we did. This resort isn't luxury or overly fancy, but it is very nice and a good bang for your buck.

Grand Decameron Montego Beach: Great place. 100%

This is a wonderful place. We would go back in a heartbeat. The people are truly amazing. The food was always wonderful with something for everyone. The entertainment staff is very interactive. We went for a city tour with Darren (with the help of Anne Marie from Air Transat,she is a amazing and always willing to help)great guy went above and beyond, we would recommend him to anyone wanting a taxi ride..honest and knowledgeable. Couples Tower Isle: Great Resort

This was are fourth time at this resort. It still meets are expectations. The grounds are well kept and the resort is clean. ( Even though it was off season and they were painting ) We ate at all the restaurants and the food was fabulous. The staff was friendly and helpful if we needed anything. Will go again next year.

Riu Montego Bay: Riu paradise away from home

Grounds were wonderfully kept by hard working staff. Super friendly.. and clean.. food was great.. lots of variety. Spent most of our time with chop chop at the Jamaican jerk shack. Rum is great. Beds are horrible... But rest of stay made up for it..
