Riu Palace Las Americas: Wonderful Resort

The Riu Palace Las Américas was absolutely wonderful. The staff were outstanding, extremely helpful and friendly. The food was fantastic at all the restaurants. We enjoyed our vacation very much and would return in a heartbeat.

Sun Palace Hotel: Exceeds all expectations

Everything was superb and the staff at the hotel made it even more sensational. Every couple deserves a vacation like this. We'll be back again next year. The dining, the view, beach, rooms, spa, service and the pristine cleanliness made it a fabulous holiday.

Hotel Dos Playas Faranda: Great value

This resort is great value for the price. In no way was my room luxurious, but I wasn't looking for luxury. It was a comfortable stay away from home. The grounds of the resort is absolutely beautiful and the beach is fantastic.

Hotel Dos Playas Faranda: Second time visiting......last time visiting !

We stayed at Dos Playas back in 2008, it was ok, but last week on our second visit, it was terrible. We booked again 7 days all-inclusive, me my wife and daughter: Arrived last Monday-only 2 towels in the room, 2 bottles of water, we phoned reception - we still waiting for them till this day. Tuesday-they never cleaned our room so again no towels, no toilet paper and a blocked toilet, Wednesday-no towels no water, no toilet paper, the toilet was blocked again. Thursday-we left for Xcaret at 7am, [... read more] came back around 11:30pm, exhausted, we were locked out of our room, they changed the locks on the room doors in the hotel, what a joke, they replace locks that are still good, but there is no face cloths in the hotel, you need to wait for towels out of the tumble dryers because there is a shortage, they remove our 2 chairs on the balcony and stole one of our personal beach towels, after speaking to one of the guest service ladies of the hotel the towel make its appearance the Saturday. The Sprite cool drink at the beach pool was not working the entire 7 days. The food has no taste, every day the same food, every day the same desert, terrible terrible terrible, no service from the waiters, no napkins and cutlery on the outside tables, my wife asked the waiter for forks and knifes, he told her go get herself on one of the other tables inside. There were no Whisky or Brandy in the hotel, only Vodka and Beer. The entertainment is much better than our last visit, nice shows every night especially the aqua show in the swimming pool. Last year we went twice to Flamingo, first time also was ok, that is why we went back, but the second time the same thing happened. Also, we always go around February, this year we went in April, never again, the hotels, excursions are all in Spanish, and even the tour guides spoke only in Spanish.

Excellence Playa Mujeres: AMAZING TRIP GREAT SERVICE

Dreams Sands Cancun Resort and Spa: Disappointing. Was expecting much more from Dreams

Overall OK. But you might want to consider the following: AC unit was not working properly, and very noisy. Room finishing was very poor (light bulb missing in one of the lamps next to night stand, bathroom calking peeling off). An event was thrown with very loud music, until midnight, so if you have young kids, you might want to think twice before booking. As for the food, quality was great. However I felt they were poor on their “seafood” menu.

Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun: Everything we expected. Nice resort.

The resort was everything we expected from other reviews. Food was really good and lots of it. Staff service was great. Pool area and intertainment was great as well. Our only complaint is the amount of times we had been bothered about the timeshare sales. They should really try harder to take no as an answer and leave people alone when we are not interested in what they are selling.

Dreams Sands Cancun Resort and Spa: Great Resort!!!!!

I have stayed at a Dreams Resort previously Punta Cana and this resort surpassed my expectations! Beautiful resort, great restaurants and wonderful staff. The beach is beautiful, great place to kayak and be in the water.

The Pyramid Cancun: Our visit to Cancun

Nice Grounds , beautiful beach, lots of food choices. Service at check in needs improvement. Some of the restaurants while food quality is good, the service is slow and the food is often served cold. Pyramid beach rooms have nice view, staff friendly.

Paradisus Cancun: The best week at Paradisus Cancun!

The resort was stunning from the moment you walked in. The grounds were beautiful - the beautiful ocean view as you walked down the main stairs was magical. We upgraded when we arrived to get an ocean view room and i would recommend this to anyone - the view when you woke up each morning was breath taking (not to mention the sunrises from you balcony!). The food was excellent - everything was very flavorful will food options that would satisfy even the most picky eaters. The beach was perfect! We never went into the pool (I don't go to Mexico for the pools!) but they looks amazing as well. The service staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing. We felt like royalty from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. During the days, we did not once leave our beach chair for a drink - there were servers always on the beach looking after you. With these servers dedication, a small gratuity each time went a LONG way! The resort is also very centrally located with public transit right at your doorstep and all major attractions in Cancun were just a couple minutes away by bus. We loved this resort and absolutely will be back next year!!!

Dreams Sands Cancun Resort and Spa: Incredible experience

From the moment we walked into the lobby to the morning we left to return home the experience at this resort was top notch. The service was impecible, the staff friendly and very helpful. The food was absolutely delicious with lots of variety. Any other time I would be sick of the buffet by the third day but they had endless options. I ate at the Italian and the Asian restaurants and the food was amazing. We had a room on the 6th floor with an ocean view and balcony. Highly recommend having a ba [... read more]lcony the views were to die for. The evening entertainment was great and the drinks were delicious. Lobby bar makes the best mojitos. The ocean was warm and shallow. The beach its self was decent. We never had too much of an issue getting a chair. I will definitely be back to Cancun and highly recommend this resort!

Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa: Alright

It is small, Did not like late check-in. 3 pm No fridge in rooms Did not like getting up at 6 am in order to get a chair. Never up early enough to get on beach. Needed more umbrellas The buffet for dinner should be open All staff were great! but the weather was awsome !! Sun everyday

The Bel Air: The Belair Collections

The service was second to none. Staff bent over backwards to accommodate everyone from service, information and ensuring a easy flow to airport. highly recommend this resort. The view was spectacular..small resort was nice.

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Amazing resort

This was my second time at crown paradise and I don't think it will be my last . Wonderful friendly staff, beautiful grounds and well maintained, plenty of variety of food always available. Love this resort

Moon Palace Cancun: Not impressed.

We did not like the distance from our room to anything at the resort. With a 3 and 6 year old it was 500m to anything. Waiters always pushing to drink. There was no personel feeling when dealing with staff. They lie about how we can spend resort credits. Room service was a 2hr wait. Don't think we would ever go back.

The Bel Air: Marsiela made our trip !!

The good : never any problems getting a spot on beach or around pool, friendly staff, comfy beds, served drinks and food around the pool / beach . The bad : menu is always the same, food quality was not the greatest, you could only order off the dinner / lunch section at that time of day . Example : we wanted tacos for dinner one night but because it's a lunch menu would not accommodate , no seating area inside to Mingle (unless you go in the restaurant) hotel is outdated and needs a face lift.

Grand Oasis Cancun: The potential is there!

The grounds are well kept and the is lots to do. Bars, restaurants, lounges and beache were a very decent etc...the pools especially the party pool was toxic. They need focus on the pools everyday. The staff were all very nice as and surprisingly the timeshare agents did not harass us at all. The lows, room was so basic it had no dresser for clothes, bathrooms were grungy to say the least, had to pay for very bad wifi, had to pay for a room safe, our fridge didn't work so why keep giving me warm [... read more] pop and beer? Lastly the hallway noise at night really detracts from the ability to get sleep when you're tired and just want an early quiet night. By early I mean 11pm-12am the yelling and door slamming has to be controlled in room areas, big issue! They need stiffer security.

Grand Oasis Sens: Beautiful resort

The resort was absolutely gorgeous. Perfect view of the beach, delicious food, many restaurant options. The service was impeccable. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Not far from the party life.

Dreams Sands Cancun Resort and Spa: Good food and service but issues as well

The staff were great and provided excellent service. The quality of the food was very good, especially at the a la carte restaurants. The hotel is an old property that has been upgraded. The beds were excellent. We prefer firm beds and slept well the entire week. The bathroom was too small and had issues, sink and tub leaked. Our air conditioning unit leaked down the wall and onto the floor and ruined the plaster on the wall. We had to call to get the AC fixed twice during our week stay. They d [... read more]id fix it fairly quickly and repaired the wall damage. The beach is eroded and very small. If you walk to the left of the resort you can walk on a nice long Beach. The beach in front of the hotel smelled like sewage and rotten seaweed. This is a solid 4 star property that is trying. For the price, it is a decent place for a vacation. However, we would not return.

NYX Hotel Cancun: An okay resort

The room was clean and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel location was great because it was close to isla shopping centre. I found that the beach had a lot of litter and there was very little activies to do at night/day except to drink. I would recommend going with a hotel with more on-site activities.
