Riu Palace Aquarelle: Depends on what you’re expecting

Large resort. Decent rooms. The rooms get cleaned everyday but are never really clean. Staff can either be happy to serve you or seem annoyed. Pools are the party spot. Beach is clean. Rocks in the water make swimming impossible. Food is redundant with no themes. À la carte’s are a hassle to get into and really aren’t that great. I had a good steak with some stale fries at the steak house. Food allergies aren’t really respected. The gluten free selection is literally one piece of dried up corn [... read more]meal “bread” and that’s it. I was told there would be gluten free options in the Japanese à la carte, but was actually kicked out and had to eat in the buffet by myself. My body/stomach suffered all week. No real dress code for the buffet. Women wore their pajamas for breakfast daily. Check in took 2 hours with mistakes made by the resort. But checkout was a breeze.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Amazing resort love it.

Grounds was kept the staff were efficient in everything friendly overall l have no complaints beach food was good entertainment. I would surely recommend it to everyone who is looking for a place to go on vacation.

Grand Muthu Runaway Bay Club Caribbean: Beachfront cottage made all the difference

The stay was not worth what we paid and come to find out after arriving we could have gotten 1 room for 5 people (because a 0-4 year old doesn't count, and my child was 3.) So could have saved THOUSANDS there. So we had a beachfront cottage thank God, it was the best and closest I've ever stayed to the beach! Beach was beautiful! Plenty of bars around. The main buffet often ran out of food or wasn't the greatest. You couldn't bring food to the room so when my son was sick and hungry well ....that was sad. Bartenders are amazing ? shout out to Ruel, tall man, Mark. A la carte restaurant had 2 options .... oriental and Mediterranean .... Oriental was better, but both okay. There is a store not far outside the resort. The bus ride from airport to resort felt like decades on a warm frequent stopped bus(almost last stop). I'd definitely return as I'm very easy to please but I'd never pay what I paid again for that stay. One love.

Princess Senses the Mangrove: Still Needs A Bit of Work

Resort is very clean but for a new resort is already a bit dated. Staff for the most part friendly and helpful. Spa was great although prices a bit high. And finally expected real jerk chicken and instead tasted like bbq chicken. Food although good needs more flavouring.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Relaxing stay

Great resort...staff is great and very nice. Clean place... good crowd....food is good... entertainment is meh...transportation sucked though but that's my only complaint. Overall place is Fantastic will return ??

Moon Palace Jamaica: Could be better

Grounds beautiful but rooms old and dated and smell mouldy. Lots of mold on the exterior of the property. Staff very kind and beautiful beach. Power tends to go out go out and had to walk baby stroller upstairs after elevator was out. Room did not have ac and after hours of waiting they finally allowed us to move.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Ok last minute option

This was booked super last minute. There isn't much of a beach. The food was mediocre. Rooms need to be updated—big 1980's vibe. Bring walking shoes. Huge resort. Annoying that we had to walk for a bit to grab lunch or dinner. A la Carte was ok. Nothing special.

SeaGarden Beach Resort: Sea Garden Beach Resort

Nice hotel, great staff except for the bartenders who have no personality and are rude. Food was good and the Italian Restaraunt was wonderful. The beach is a cove across the street and the water is as warm as bath water. The lifeguards are not attentive at all they spend all day out of their post following the girls around. Granted it is a cove and not deep at all so very low probability of an incident but they are paid to pay attention as there were a lot of little ones around. Jewel Grande Resort and Spa: Great Food

Jewels Grande has immaculate grounds very well kept and clean. If you would like great steak visit the steak house restaurant, see John no best server brings your food hot and make your experience enjoyable we went there three times. Jerk chicken on the beach awesome, breakfast buffet many items choices included traditional local dishes. Lots of fish to see in the water, enough chairs, guys working on the beach activities great, staff overall much better than Palladium. Girl at front desk who helped me to confirm my tour very friendly always smiling and willing to assist. Thanks to all the staff that made this a wonderful stay during my birthday celebration. Special mention to the staff at the Chinese restaurant, the soups were amazing and all staff just great to interact with including the chefs. Our last day the breakfast chef came to our table to ask how was our breakfast, was asked for more mango which she brought back to the table immediately. I would recommend this hotel, just know this hotel included residential accommodations.

Riu Reggae: Wonderful resort!

Shannon was quick and efficient with responding to my inquiries. She made it easy to book with her. Staff at the RIU were very friendly and helpful. Food and amenities were great. We really enjoyed our stay at this resort!

Riu Ocho Rios: Honeymoon

The resort was very nice and the food was great. Staff were friendly. Only disappointment was we never received any of the honeymoon perks ie. no room upgrade, no welcome gift. We would definitely return to this resort.

Riu Reggae: Not a 5 star

Foods was average . Not my favorite resort in mobay definitely. Lots of room for improvement. No room service . Riu Montego Bay food was my ch better. Jerk pit was weak … not worth the money in my opinion .

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: No not really

The flight was delayed, reached the resort around 10pm , all restaurants were closed, the jerk hut was open at 11pm so we got that . That was the worse jerk I ever had , Our room was old and dated the phone never worked, some of the lights were not working, the fixtures were falling off the walls , the Thermostat did not work, the couch was all dirty and stains all over it , we stayed for 7 days and they never changed the sheets (the place need urgent repairs.

Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach: Great resort

Close to the airport which is amazing. Food was amazing beach was fantastic. Bar service is a little slow but over all its amazing place. I will definitely return in the future . ....,..................

Hedonism II: There is no place like Home...er...Hedo!

This was our 8th trip to Hedo since 2005, and our first repeat visit since 2015. Everything about the resort itself has improved. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable, all the bars are well stocked and service is quick and friendly, and the food is delicious. What hasn't changed are the amazing staff who create the most relaxing and perfect environment for the most romantic vacation possible. The other guests are as friendly and crazy as ever. There simply isn't another resort on the [... read more] planet that can replicate the Hedo experience.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: It’s an ok resort. Definitely not a 5 star.

The grounds are well maintained. The room where we stayed was fine but the washroom definitely needs renovation. Some part of the resort are outdated, needed new paint and renovation. Few furniture needs replacing and cleaning. Pool is great and beach is good. Food is tasty however we did see a cockroach right at the buffet area. Staff are very friendly, service is great but not much entertainment during the day or night.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Great for Kids!!

This is a great Hotel for families with kids..(the kid side of it). I found that everything from the food to the service was great. Well kept grounds and hard working members of the team. I do recommend an additional bar on the beach for the adults and more beach chairs. I think within a few years (after upgrades and reno work), this resort will definitely be the hottest spot in the area.

Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach: Beautiful ??

I have traveled to Jamaica many times and have stayed in this hotel the Royal Decameron Cornwall Beach four times I was very pleased to see the upgrades to the resort key cards from keys and the great new menu at the à la cart as well as the great food at the beach bar Grill an incredible difference from last year. The food is amazing can always find something delicious to eat.There was three of us staying in a room. We left a note for the maid.and never ran out of towels toilet paper or toilet [... read more]ries. We always had a beach towel and always found a beach chair, The beach is beautiful as always and those unbelievable sunsets! The only issues we had were that the boardwalk on the beach has lifted in many places, and my friends toe got caught on the board and she went for a tumble coming very close to the marble walkway that should be replaced and also when I was walking over to get jerk chicken from the barbecue, I injured my foot on the rocks that were sticking up out of the sand. They are very difficult to see so I would recommend that boardwalk to be fixed some extra sand and maybe a sign warning people of the rocks there to wear shoes other than that it was an amazing trip as always thank you so much

Riu Ocho Rios: Amazing hotel

Probably the beats views at this hotel. Had the oceanfront which cannot be beaten. Everything except food was ten out of ten. Food was hit or miss. Overall we did enjoy this stay at riu Ocho Rios and will be coming back

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: A perfect getaway

This was my fourth visit to Grande Bahia Principe Luxury. Situated on Runaway Bay, it has everything you could ask for. Nightly entertainment, pool and beach parties, and great food. Staff are superb.
