Riu Palace Aruba: Amazing!

The food was very good. Hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. Very close to town. The only thing I don’t like Is that I’m forced to write 200 characters in this box just to submit my review.

TRYP by Wyndham Aruba: Great location!

Great hotel for our budget. Hotel in great location! Staff very helpful. Beach was nearby and golf cart ride to the beach if you needed this service. Excellent housekeeping, lots of towels. Very happy with this hotel. Safe area to vacation.

Riu Palace Antillas: Amazing resort!

This hotel is spotless - the grounds are constantly being cleaned. The beach is beautiful but if you want a palapa you have to reserve one really early, ie by 7am at the latest. All the food at the buffet restaurant is amazing - so much to choose from that you don’t know where to start. All staff is very helpful. The rooms are spotless but dated - could use a facelift. We would recommend this resort and would absolutely go back.

Riu Palace Antillas: Great people, fantastic beach

Overall an ok hotel. Pros Great, friendly staff Great beach Food ok Comfy bed Cons Rooms dated and worn, but clean Pool did not seem very clean and was not very big. Too busy with activities for my taste.

Riu Palace Antillas: Nice Resort

Nice resort! Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We heard some rooms had been updated, but unfortunately didn’t receive one. Although the rooms could use some updates, they are still very nice. A lovely place for a honeymoon!

Eagle Aruba Resort and Casino: Good location and good hotel

My wife and myself, stayed at Eagle beach resort, former Tropicana, four time in a row. And will go back again. The location is good.; close to the beach, bus station and grocery store. Clean grounds, big rooms and good customer service.

Riu Palace Antillas: Very friendly people

No complaints about this resort. Drinks and food were fantastic! Always lounge chairs available any time. People extremely friendly and will do anything to make your stay enjoyable; managers walk around and ask if there is anything they can do to help. Wide age group of people here. Entertainment around the pool is great and lots of different activities. Highly recommend this place!

Riu Palace Aruba: Needs an Update

The staff is nice, helpful, friendly and attentive most of the time. The rooms are terrible, old, they smell, the standard rooms are terrible. Very bad circulation the floors are always wet and slippery because the air temperature doesn’t work properly. They need more entertainment around the pool. The beach workouts and yoga in the morning are fabulous she’s great. The food is decent. Always something to eat for breakfast and lunch but dinners suck. This was our 2nd time first time was much better which was 8 months ago looks like the place is going down hill. Wouldn’t go back. Adult only next door so nice.

Riu Palace Aruba: Wonderful Time!

We enjoyed our week stay at the RIU Palace Aruba. The hotel was conveniently located on Palm Beach close to restaurants and shops. The hotel was very clean and the beach was awesome! The buffet offered a variety of food choices and was very good. We will be going back for sure!

Riu Palace Antillas: Old

The hotel is old,rooms smell and dirty. Not a palace at all. We had one bad thing after another. The entertainment was horrible like a school play. The energy by the pool was low key. Something happened in the room every day Fridge leaked and my boyfriend fell. The hotel is rundown not Riu style

This small boutique hotel (BBBC) is a gem in the palm beach area and exceeded all our expectations. Aruba is known as food haven - a melting pot of many different cuisines and cooking techniques that will satisfy even the most discerning of palates. The pool at the property was also kept very clean which is not always the case at smaller hotels elsewhere. The staff was very friendly and professional and clearly took pride in providing excellent customer service - always smiling and greeting us when we walked by the hallway and/or front-desk. This is not always the case with larger AI resorts. Thank you Brickell Bay!!

Riu Palace Antillas: Beautiful resort

This resort was beautiful. Very friendly staff. Food was good. Weather was amazing. The staff keep all common areas and hotel room very clean. Hotel room is a little dated. But would recommend to friends.

Riu Palace Antillas: We had a blast!!

We went away from June 17th to June 24th. The weather was beautiful (hot and windy). The resort was slightly outdated compared to the family side of the Riu. As I was told it was previously a Best Western Resort but we didn’t mind. The food was delicious including the buffet. The people were super friendly and accommodating. I would go back to Aruba and this resort in a heartbeat. I loved the fact that you can leave the resort and feel safe. Riu Palace Aruba: Not worth the money we paid

I think Aruba is beautiful but I didn't not think the resort was a 5 star at all. We had major problems when we checked in. We were there 2 weeks and the first week we had to call everyday to have housekeeping come and bring us towels so we can take a shower. They also didn't fill the fridge with water, we had to keep asking. There was always sand all over the floor because they didn't come to clean. We assumed they would show up everyday to clean but that wasn't the case. When my husband  [... read more]finally had enough and called the manager to complain then it got better. So on the second week they came to clean the room everyday. Another thing that was really disappointing was that during the 2 weeks we were there we didn't see anybody cleaning the beach. We saw someone picking up the empty plastic cups from the palapas but he would never go clean the cups and garbage that was laying on the sand and in the water. Because it's so windy in Aruba, you would think they would be more diligent with cleaning the beach. The one day my daughter and I were cleaning it up ourselves. We picked up a bunch of cups, a garbage bag that stuck under some sand in the water and a juice box. The one day I slipped on the sidewalk while going for a walk to the Riu for adults only. I tripped and fell and scraped my knee and all the way down my leg, I had quite a bit of blood running down my legs and my husband suggested walking back to our room because it was closer than going to the lobby. So we did, and my husband called front desk and asked if someone could come to our room with a first aid kit. They said they couldn't and that I'd have to walk to the front desk and someone would help me. I was extremely upset considering I was in allot of pain. When I got there they told us they didn't have a first aid room and would do what they needed to do in the lobby. Sure enough they started pouring rubbing alcohol down my leg while people were standing around and I had to try my hardest to not make allot of noise even though it hurt like hell. There were some other things that it's just too long to explain. Overall, we liked Aruba and how safe we felt walking around. The beaches are beautiful. We went to Palm Island for one day and it was awesome but if I went back I would not stay at the Riu. We're also non smokers and they allow smoking in the casino, all around the pool and even on the beach. It was disgusting. We paid allot of money for this trip and it wasn't worth what we paid. I really wish we would have picked a different destination.

Eagle Aruba Resort and Casino: Overall a great holiday spot.

More of a hotel than a real resort as it lacks activities, but if you know that you will enjoy your stay. Room was updated and spotless. We asked for an extra chair on the balcony and it soon arrived. No fault with staff as always pleasant. Pools and waterslide were great fun. Only issue for us was all the iguanas especially on the pizza bar deck. Just too many of then. Creepy. Will not return for that reason although some guests liked and fed them. Not us.

Tamarijn Beach Resort: Aruba- Beautiful Family Resort

Beautiful clean resort. Everything is a second away from the beach. Rooms are seconds away from the ocean, you walk out into the sand. Buffet was really good with a different variety everyday. They have lots of restaurants to choose from. Our best choices were palm grill and red parrot. All the staff were friendly and kind. Beach and sunsets were out of this world! The view from all the rooms are spectacular. We are making it a yearly trip! See you soon!

Riu Palace Antillas: Awesome Place!!

The hotel was fantastic. The food was amazing. Service was great friendly people and I quote “one happy island”. Would go again in a heartbeat. Rooms and and hotel service was great too they upgraded us cause of our honeymoon free of charge.

Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort: Great Trip

We had a wonderful time, Hilton is a beautiful resort, disappointed in breakfast, too expensive for what we had, we had better across the street, sorry. Sunset Grille food was delicious, my risotto was over cooked, they took my meal off of our bill, very nice of them. Staff and Management were so helpful and friendly, Our room was very nice although it could have had one more comfortable chair to relax while resting and watching tv, loved the robes and little slippers. Pools were so beautiful, [... read more] such a quite setting compared to other noisy resorts, guests were all so nice , security was great, The grounds were so manicured, just a beautiful place, great little bouquet store , bought a lot of wonderful gifts for family and me to take home. Prices weren't bad. We did miss sitting outside each day at Gillian's for a daily breakfast and admire the beautiful beach and ocean. When it was the Raddisson we ate every morning for a late breakfast. We don't eat lunch , we like brunch, then a nice dinner. Such a shame the Hilton had to change that. We were disappointed. Riu Palace Aruba: for the price the best value on palm beach

hotel was spotless,grounds well maintained,public areas well looked after,rooms were beautiful,dining selection was a lot more than expected eg.carving station for breakfast turkey etc.great variety for all meals Hope you don't need them but free crutches,wheel chairs,scooters etc. Forth trip to aruba and our stay may 6 to 13 at Riu Palace Aruba was overall the best. Riu Palace Aruba: Amazing Resort

the resort is super clean and environmental friendly, which I was very surprised. The grounds are cleaned at least twice a day. Rooms are super clean, very comfortable bed and the shower was enormous and good water pressure. The food was to die, best food I've had at an all inclusive resort.
