Crown Paradise Club: Great location

Clean resort modest though,good food and bar service bellhop Roberto was great personable and eager to help, no mini bars and 1 bottle of water??? Overall good value return guest even hosted dinner beachfront for returning guests over50 people must mean something nice touch

Crown Paradise Golden: GROUNDS VERY CLEAN.

THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND THE GROUNDS WERE VERY CLEAN. AREA WAS SAFE AND STAFF VERY HELPFUL. WEATHER WAS EXCELLENT AND BEACH AREA WAS VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE TO BE AT. THE LOCAL BUS WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE AND DOWNTOWN WAS VERY CLOSE TO TRAVEL TO EACH DAY.

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: exceptional service, beautiful place

The place is very clean, food is very good, all ammenties and services are great. The only negative thing is the check-in process. Administration of this hotel should put more people at the front desk when a group of travelers arrives; even identify lines would be better. Everybody gets frustrated, some are ther for checkin, check-out, have change, need something else and they are all in the same line....

Great for families! We loved it. There is something for everyone! It is well maintained. All the staff is very friendly. The bar service is a little slow but that is looking for something to complain about!

Crown Paradise Club: Great family holiday resort!

We just returned from a 10 day stay at this small but lovely resort! We travelled with our 2 small children who had an amazing time and made lots of new friends! The resort was very close to the airport so no long drive to and from! Upon arrival we we greater by our Westjet rep and everything was smooth sailing. Not the end of the world! But could have been included! So to rate the food at the buffet, everything w very good, although the selection was limited, but what they had was yummy! There was something for everyone! Was out daughters birthday while we were away, and they made her a lovely cake and made it special for her ! Also the mixed drinks where much better than most placed we've stayed, always fresh and not a powder like some of the other resorts! The pool was great not over chlorinated, always fresh towels when you needed them, the only thing I missed was the beach, the seas were very rough while we were there so we couldn't take the kids to play in it, but that's not the resorts problem! Also a bonus was they did. Room service, and the food was great, our son loved the home made chicken nuggets! Overall I would recommend this resort for family's, cause it is a family place! Crown Paradise Club: Family Friendly Resort

The resort is one of the few good ones I have experienced. The staff is helpful and everybody works very hard to keep the common area clean. ( e.g. sweep the sand on most walking path, clearing dirty plates and glasses left all over the common areas ). The food is one of the best I have come across. Lots of selections and 3 types of fish every meals, not to mention the tasty Mexican food ! The kids and families are in the pool from 9 to 9 ! I met people from the All Adult only came over to our side for food and to mingle. Entertainment wise is great for families with children but not for adults. Too bad the Pacific Ocean has such high strong tide and I was not able to swim at all. All in all, I find this place good, clean and I have already recommended to friends with children.

Crown Paradise Golden: ADULTS ONLY ROCKS!!

If you're looking for a laid back, relaxing and casual holiday this is the resort for you. Great service, good restaurants and 7/24 room service make this a good choice for a reasonable cost. Only negatives are the buffet ( menu is much better ) and not much in the way of entertainment or night life unless you go to the disco across the street.

Hotel, room, beach and all restaurants very clean and staff going out of they way to make your stay a happy one. Food was excellent and plenty, so were the drinks. weather was also great. Tour to the city great.

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Great time!

Stayed here for a week with a friend. Found the resort to be clean and well kept. The pools were nice (lots of kids in the main pool) but also a nice adult only pool. Beach was stunning but heavy waves at times. The food at the buffet was fine, lots of options. The food at the a la carte restaurants was excellent. Right on Cancun strip, just a short drive to the airport and lots of nearby attractions.

We stayed at this resort in January 2014. This was ouir first stay at on the Cancun Strip but have been to the Caribbean 10 previous times. Good things about this resort is that there is lots to do for kids (we aer a family of 5) and that the quality of everything is pretty good. Decent entertainment. Accomodates a family of 5 without breaking the bank. Food was OK. Overall, generally meets 4 star expectations. Bad things - If you don't have kids, this is not the resort for you. There are kids e [... read more]verywhere. The buffet can be difficult to find a seat in the mornings when it is most busiest. The pool was very cool during our trip because it is shaded by the resort from about 4PM on each day.

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: wonderful stat

This place is great, the staff is amazing, The entertainement at the pool was pleasant. We had some good laugh. The food was excellent, lots of choices. It was my first time to Mexico for my 18 years old daughter and I, and we both enjoy it. My only recommandation would be to makes sure your room is not next to a family with a baby or small children (cries during the night, and get up early.)

My husband and my 9 year old daughter went in Febuary 2014 We enjoyed the beach , we took an excursion Hel-Ha and that was totally amazing !! Not one bad thing to say about our entire trip ! Workers at resort are very friendly as well as transportation drivers . Beach is so close to readier and sandy & beautiful the pool overlooking beach is amazing My husband also did the scuba course through the resort and he had an amazing experience !! Oh ya and unlimited free room service , worked out great cause when we were all tuckered out and chilling in room late at night my 9 yr ordered grilled cheese and fries and milk!!

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Fun for the whole family

We certainly enjoyed watching the kids playing in the ocean or the many pools around the resort. My wife and I found many hours of alone time when we dropped off the kids at the kids club. We were able to enjoy the restaurants and adult pool without having to supervise our little ones. The staff at the resort were extremely courteous.

The rooms were clean, housekeeping was great and staff was very friendly. The pools weren't crowded, the kids pool was amazing. The nightly activities could have been better. All in all We had a great time and I can't wait to go back.

Crown Paradise Club: Paradise is a paradise

I was skeptical of a place with "Paradise" in the name, but for me Crown Paradise lived up to its name. The grounds and buildings were beautiful and well maintained, it was right on the beach, there was a choice of pools. The buffet was excellent, packed with great local options, a juice bar in the morning, soups, and something for everyone. There were many gems on the staff; they were helpful and pleasant. Others could be more business-like and less accommodating, but they were in the minority. The rooms were clean, air-conditioned, comfortable. If you don't like the sound of kids, make sure you are on the wing that doesn't look onto the kids pool. I personally like to hear them playing all day.
