Amazing!!!

Excellent service, food, drink. Really friendly staff!! Beautiful beach, Very peaceful, great entertainment. Went in a group of 13 everyone will be returning next year. Usual "Cuban glitches" but Hey! get over them and enjoy!!

Wonderful Experience!

The hotel was very clean and had very nice scenery. While upon arrival I was not happy since I was told my room would be ready and it was not. They also put me in a different building and I had to make it known that I wanted to be near my family so they would change it. The rooms were decently clean, a little old but had charm. Balconies were decent and if you ask for an ocean view there were always those rooms available. The staff were very nice, and welcoming. The beach was beautiful, very sha [... read more]llow (good for snorkelling) not great for swimming. Pools were kind of deep so it was hard to play any pool games but the pool bar was awesome!

Wonderful vacation. Awesome resort!

The beach and swimming here was amazing. Beautiful scenery and landscaping. The resort was one of my favourites and the food was really plentiful and delicious which really impressed our whole group of twelve. I would definitely return to this resort and recommend it to others.

Little paradise!

I was in love from first day!with everything!Service amazing!Ground beautiful!View of ocean breathtaking!Sparkling clean!....Rooms need some TLC but clean!The best are people working in this resort!After visiting app.20 resort all over the Cuba I finally find a friends in this one!

Good hotel

I love this hotel, Good service, nice people, nice beach, good food. I love Cuba , people are friendly , I feel save. I have been several times and no disappointment Hotel is getting older, but I still have preference to go there for my vacations.

A Resort on the way up

This was the third time we visited this resort. We noticed this time there have been some major changes. The grounds are improving with more care of the landscape. The rooms are improved with a better quality of beds and a lot of painting has taken place. The staff has maintained its friendliness but there are many new faces. The front desk is very helpful and courteous. The beach has been kept clean and the the palm trees are being maintained. Great value for our Canadian dollar.

Comfortable

This resort is comfortable and a little laid back. If you are looking for a vacation spot to really relax, enjoy excelent service and staff, this is the place to go. If you are looking for high end with lots of decorations, no, not for you. But for good people, smiliing faces, clean rooms, and the best beaches in the world. Love This Resort

This was my third time back at this resort we. Every time we go there my wife and I thoroughly enjoy ourselves. Beautiful beach, beautiful water it is a perfect. The staff there are very courteous and very friendly. There is a good selection of food so we never had a problem finding something we liked. The rooms are a little dated but comfortable. We will be returning to this resort as we love it there, cant beat it for the price. Jim and Donna

Great Time & Great People

Very clean. The staff were courteous, experienced and very accommodating. We have celebrated my husband's birthday two years in a row, with a birthday cake custom made for him by the resort. The beach area is fabulous.

Best Beach and Staff

The resort is 2 hotels both have beautiful grounds. We stayed in the Lunes which is the quieter of the two. Our room was large, beautiful view of ocean, very dated but clean. Luna Pool Bar was quiet and had wonderful, friendly staff and service. We were there during low season so were a bit disappointed in the buffet.
