Temptation Resort & Spa: love this place

This was our 4 the time at temptations the staff food and rooms are great if you want a fun vacation this is the place we found this place by accident a few years ago now we can't wait to go back each year

Hard Rock Hotel Cancun: Excellent resort

All of this resort is clean, the grounds are beautiful . The food in all restaurant are delicious. The drinks are good. Never had better service like this place. Amazing place , for family and couples. loved it !!!

The Bel Air: I loved this hotel

It's not a big hotel but the setting is perfect. From my room on the 6th floor I could get to the beach in a couple minute only and this was awesome. The last bar closes at midnight though so it might not be the best place for those who wish to party all night. The quality of the hotel and the food was above my expectations.

Grand Oasis Sens: Beautiful Resort

Lots of pools and restaurants. Always well kept. Staff friendly but overworked. Also, we experienced less attention from the staff(bartenders) because we were not wearing V.I.P bands thus year.Telaphone in the room didnt work but we had a jacuzzi. Cest la vie!!

Temptation Resort & Spa: best resort for us

Kept clean. Service was great. Loads of fun. Friendly staff. Beautiful beach. Wehave been twice before and love this resort more every time we go. The Ala carte restaurants were excellent. Never a dull moment At temptations

Hotel Dos Playas Faranda: Little Gem

This hotel is a gem if you are prepared for the non-standard package. You will not get an amazing room in an amazing resort, it could be noisy by the road, tourists there are mostly Mexican so little English spoken, and everything is basic. But it is reasonably clean, the food is better than you get on any small island, and if you do not need big entertainment every night, but a clean beach and plenty of chairs under the palm trees on the grass, then this is perfect.

Grand Oasis Sens: Repeat customer

The hotel seemed to downgrade its shows and food selection from last year. Still a beautiful place but in need of maintenance. They gave us a ocean view with a jacuzzi which was thrilling on the main floor. More of a relaxed atmosphere, love the beach, usually wavy waters. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Dreams Sands Cancun Resort and Spa: Absolutely the best!

My sister and I had a FANTASTIC week at Dreams Sands. The resort was amazing from the moment we walked through the door. The resort property is beautiful and very well taken care of and the staff were superb. The catamaran trip with Jonathan was a highlight as was the kayak tour. The food was amazing too -Porto Fino was a highlight -thanks Josée! The entertainment was great too with the very talented fire works dancers and the Cancun tenors being a particular highlight. Krystal Grand Cancun: Great Hotel - solid 4 star

Everything was great about this resort: excellent location,very clean, nice rooms, small, great a la carts, nice service staff. The only issue we had with this hotel was that we had all inclusive bracelets but still needed to sign for everything and when I say "everything" I mean even the drink you order at the pool. This becomes a huge hassle because it takes the wait staff forever to process a drink so the service not so great. Outside of that - all good. NYX Hotel Cancun: Almost great

Good facility, staff, and amenities. This resort is very close to being really great. Tony (Antonio) bartender, was the best! It's the small things that stop this place from being really good. Inconsistent room cleaning with towels, toilet paper, and water provided on one day and some not the next. Each day was a surprise to see what was missing. Food was really good but a small buffet in the upper restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner would have been a good addition. Having change like 10 [... read more] peso coins or US dollars available seems to be a problem at all resorts and here as well, this should be a given as it is used for tips.

NYX Hotel Cancun: Excellent Resort

Everything was fantastic, great food quality, friendly hard working staff, exceptionally clean and beautiful renovated rooms. Was red flag on the beach all week, so no ocean swimming, but no fault of the hotel. Only recommendation is to automatically stock water in the fridge, we had to ask for bottle water every day.

Caribbean Princess: Princess

The resort was so big in 10 days I didn't even see everything hope to go next year for 14 days, we got there and the room that we were supposed to get was a junior and they gave us a better room supposedly was better it had a jacuzzi that we didn't have to use because we party to much by the time we got back to the room we were tired so went to sleep lol.

The Pyramid Cancun: Party central

This is a spring break entertainment resort. Rooms are OK, washrooms in need of some upgrades. The beach and view are great; multiple, large pools. Definitely a fun, crazy place - wouldn't recommend for older couples or families.

Iberostar Selection Cancun: Very good resort!

Check in left a lot to be desired. None of our requests were met:( apparently IF we were Iberostar Club members this would not have been an issue! Wasted a lot of time getting rooms changed. Air Transat needs to work on their shuttles, problems at both ends! The resort itself was lovely......great lobby bar......really nice pool......beautiful beach!

Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun: Wonderful time at Fiesta American Condesa Cancun

Although the resort is smaller and older than those around it, we were very impressed with the quality of service, food and entertainment. The resort obviously plans for visitors on a one-week stay. The shows the second week were repeats of the first. A week to 10 days would be perfect. We were there during peak season and found the wi fi server could not keep up with demand. Secrets The Vine Cancun: Just a fantastic experience

This was the best resort I've ever been too! Great service and the food was 5 stars!! I'd recomend this place to anyone. Always something to do. Resort was also very clean. The room was exactly what I wanted

Live Aqua Cancun: Good and bad

Good: Staff was amazing, nice hotel and very clean, food was good. View in the bedroom was amazing. Bad: did not sleep at all. lots of noise until 3 am. Very demp so felt we sleep in wet sheet. One incident with the fridge. We took a bottle of water in our bedroom fridge and it was full of tequilla instead. We reported it to the manager who he appologized and says he would investigate and he end up paying for our room upgrade.

Grand Oasis Cancun: Grand Oasis - Won't be going back

If you're shopping around for a resort, don't go to the Grand Oasis. There were some pros - which was mainly the grounds of the resort, which were beautiful. Everything else fell short of expectations. The actually room was dirty and smelled of mildew. The food just didn't taste good at all. The hotel is a true "party" spot. The music was blasting at all hours. This would be a good place to go if you're 18- 23. Otherwise, spend the extra cash and go somewhere nicer.

The Bel Air: Very Nice Resort

The hotel was very clean, the pool was beautiful and the food was amazing. The Hotel itself was in need of renovation, older hotel, nice place for quite vacation. The staff and service was very good. Could use one more bar.

Dreams Sands Cancun Resort and Spa: Felt like royalty!

From the moment we walked through the front doors, we were treated like a King and Queen. We were absolutely in awe of how beautiful and clean the resort was. The restaurants were amazing and the food 5 star!!! The staff works tirelessly to keep this resort in tip top shape and also to ensure that your needs are always met. We were blown away at how friendly and hard working they were. They are the biggest reason why we will be back!
