Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Five Pus Resort-Hyatt Zilara

The resort was within 20 minutes of the airport which was excellent- The bus guide was humorous and gave some interesting points of interest enroute! We were greeted with smiles and momosas to drink and were into our suite within an hour of arriving. The suite was beautiful and well appointed, the bed was very comfortable, the patio was large and had a love seat on it with a beautiful view of the ocean and the resort. The pools were absolutely beautiful and the higher level infinity pool having connecting channels to some of the swim out suites adding so much character. The beaches were very clean with different areas to swim in. The ocean water temperature was very warm. The life guard Dante at the ocean gazebo was very pleasant and helpful. The snorkling area was limited to seeing a few small fish by the gazebo in the shallow water.The small catamarans were alot of fun!! The customer service was friendly and efficient- top notch! The beach butler service was excellent frequently asking us if they could bring us drinks. There was always food available from poolside and beach side bars( pizzas, jerk chicken, burgers...) to the buffets and the a la cartes. We especially enjoyed the Italian and French restaurants! Unfortunately at the Asian (Japanese ) a la carte we felt extremely rushed and the dinner was very fragmented. We mentioned this to our server Nera at the Horizons restaurant at breakfast. We were contacted by the manager of the Asian restaurant that evening addressing our concerns and tried to rectify it.Our recommendation would be to have tables of four to allow for variable guest arrivals and food delivery. Additionally the work out facilities were top notch. We would highly recommend this resort to all others!!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Great Resort. Great Location. Great Value!

This was a great place and one of the best we ever stayed at in Jamaica and the Caribbean islands. Rooms were great. Service was awesome. Buffet food was excellent too. A la carte restaurants were hit and miss but that did not affect us in anyway since we were offered more a la carte options than our three options included in our package. We would have liked to have a little bit more flexibility with checking out times.

Catalonia Montego Bay: Highly recommended

People are nice and polite resort was amazing, food and staff are all nice and highly recommended... ONLY when we arrived , there was no proper endorsement of the paper handed with us so we missed our orientation package. Next time have a minute to explain the paper to be handed so it will be understood that we need to attend the orientation for the DO’s and DONT’s, everything is very satisfactory and very much appreciated..

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Excellent Resort, Great food and service!!!

Loved the layout of the resort, beach area, pools and dining options were plenty. The steak and the teppanyaki were best of the restaurants and the service was great in all. Buffet has plenty of options

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Nice beach and staff, but room ?

Grounds were gorious, beach clean and clear, lobby very nice, staff great, food ok ,but rooms smell musty ,tryed three diffrent ones all the same expect the ones facing the streets which I did not pay to view, so we stuck it with bitterness.

Riu Reggae: Enjoyable !

We really loved the beach, the resort was very small and got a little boring but the entertainment staff were awesome. Friendly staff all around, would have loved to see some pool tables in a sports bar like some of the other Riu’s. I won’t be returning to Jamaica due to the high costs of everything, everything was in American dollar and we are Canadian and Jamaicans don’t want Canadian money, got too expensive.

Catalonia Montego Bay: Above and beyond What I expected!

Friendly staff...very clean..informative..great entertainment..variety of foods available..welcoming...at home feeling. I stayed for 10 days none of which were the same. Variety of entertainment for both adults and children. My 4 children ages 4..9..11..14 all had a great time as well..

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Good time

The cleanliness, food and service was outstanding. People were very friendly. The elevators and rooms need upgrading. I didn't get Wi-Fi in my room the whole day on the second last day. Pool is beautiful but too deep. Me and my family can't swim and my mother had a scary drowning incident in the poll and THANK God I was there. The life guards were sitting but no one seemed to notice. I wouldn't go back to this resort as we would need a pool with a shallow area.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: A great time

The hotel was great. The food, service, cleanliness and variety of restaurants were amazing. Elevators and rooms need upgrading but we're clean. It is a beautiful resort. The pool water was one level and too deep for myself and my daughter. We don't know how to swim and we would have loved a shallow end. I had a near drowning experience in the pool in which no life guards were attentive too and thank God my daughter was there. Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Amazing Resort!

My sister and I came to this resort for a mini getaway and absolutely loved it! The staff was friendly, engaging, entertaining and fun! Our room was in great condition, was spacious, and had a view of both the pool and the ocean. On top of that, we can't stop talking about the food! No matter what time of day or meal, the food was flavourful, eclectic, and bountiful. The infinity pool gave an extra touch to an already amazing experience. Catalonia Montego Bay: Unforgettable!

The hotel was very nice. I married my sweetheart during my stay which made it even more memorable. Everyone at the hotel was very accommodating and treated us like gold. So many things to do and the beach area was fantastic. Very large so you could find a quiet spot easily. Private adult area was also nice. Room was very comfortable.

Beautiful resort,however Customerservice was horrible. Waited a hour to complete check it although there was only three family checking in. The customer service representative just went back and forth as if we were not standing there. Then after check in, there was no one to take us to our room. I had to beg as passing employee to assist. They were selling time share. Although they gave us a bracket to wear; this bracket should identify to the persons selling the time share that we have been app [... read more]roached, others failed to look and kept harassing us each time we passed them. The water sports guys needs to be at the front desk. No smile, not friendly, I had to ask them if they were poorly paid or if they hated their job.

this resort is very clean, food was good variety but containers were not kept full always had to ask to fill. Our rooms were very nice. Very first night called for towels and face cloth never received them, next day spoke to maid got our extra towels but never received face cloths. the entertainment around the pool in the day time was very little and did not do as posted on sign, night shows were awful and again not every night. Very little communication for example one night closed buffet and  [... read more]had it on beach and u were in line for over 1and half hours discussing. no one knew buffet was going to be closed. service in the buffets were little or none always had to ask for drinks and refills. The resort itself very clean, room nice and big, food good. .resort very large and a lot of walking not good for handicap person

Riu Reggae: Amazing Resort

I have been to the RIU Reggae three times now. The food is amazing,the beach is great and the resort is very clean. I cannot say enough about how friendly the staff is and how helpful they are. The entertainment staff goes above and beyond... they are extremely talented and really connect with the guests. The gym facilities are also great. Can’t wait to go back.

Sandals Negril: Amazing resort

The hotel grounds and beachfront was kept immaculate. Our room was thoroughly cleaned daily with lots of fresh towels twice a day and toiletries. Lacking was the replenishment of glass were. There were lots of dinning options The food quality and service were fantastic,But the fish sandwich at the bistro was lacking fish. Water activities and glass bottom were great.Lessons for hobie cat sailing should be prior to use and not scheduled. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Riu Reggae: Loved it!

An overall amazing experience. And I will be visiting again soon. I can’t think of any negative feedback. Service, drinks, people, food...loved everything. Jamaica I love you, and I’ll see you again. Yeah man!

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Fantastic Family Resort

The Iberostar Beach Resort is a Fantastic Family Resort catering to Adults as well as children. We had great rooms on the 5th floor facing the pool area and fantastic ocean view. Food was amazing and was so sorry we could not take some home. Staff was amazing and very courteous to all the guests. This trip was a family vacation that brought 7 together for a fantastic 8 days. We may plan a future trip next year.

Grand Muthu Runaway Bay Club Caribbean: OUR SECOND HOME

We visit this fabulous spot every year and it just keeps getting better---- the staff are so friendly and will do their best to make your stay pleasant. there is always jamaican food on the menu and it is excellent---- we love the little cottages---your own personal space with hammocks and beautiful gardens There are lots of activities and if you are feeling adventurous, there are lots of tours to take you around this beautiful island.

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Fantastic

Overall, excellent resort. Staff were very helpful & polite. Beautiful grounds well maintained. Felt very safe. Enjoyed the excursions. Love the daily walk of 7 mile beach. Both room service & different choices of restaurants were great. My travel agent did & awesome job & recommendation for me...amazing.

This resort has everything to make your stay comfortable and feeling spoiled. Beautifully decorated rooms, amazing food, the staff are welcoming and the most friendly I have experienced. Diamond Club was awesome with our butler Averdan, best butler ever! I would recommend this resort to anyone for an all around positive experience.
