Dreams Rose Hall: Great Family Resort!

The rooms were good, and service was very good. The food overall was OK. The best part of this resort was the water park for kids and grounds! The kids club was nice too. The kids had a blast. The pool was good but not a lot of shaded seats. The cabanas were all very pricey and many things were extra. A good number of food selections but not late at night.

Sandals Ochi Beach Resort: Stunning Ocean Front Hotel

The hotel was a dream come true. Upon arrival, we were met with cool towels that were lightly scented with a mild relaxing fragrance. We identified our luggage and it was taken by or porter. We were asked to check-in which was not your ordinary hotel check-in process, we were escorted to comfortable chairs and met with champaign while we checked-in. Legends Beach Resort: Not impressed

The hotel was the worst I stayed in always had to wait 3 or 4 hrs for towels a few times the lien was damp that was put on the bed and it was supposed to be all included but you were only allowed to have certain things and by far You couldn’t get you room done till 3 or 4 in the afternoon

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Great resort-----we had a wonderful time!!

The hotel was definitely 4 plus stars, clean, large rooms marble and ceramic throughout. The staff were top-notch friendly polite and always greeting you appropriately. We have little negative to add other than the fact that the food in the restaurants was not Montreal/Toronto calibre often rating 8/10. Don't get me wrong... it was more than acceptable but fell short a bit at times. Do try the jerk-chicken (near the beach)... we ate it often... its 10/10!!! The beaches are acceptable if y [... read more]ou like to simply cool-off since they are very shallow and protected with a rocky breakwater. People sit for hours on a sandy bottom with the water at neckline IE: less than 4' deep. I strongly suggest that you bring minimum waterproof SPF50 sunscreen since we both got sunburns even though we frequently added protection. As far as tourist go we met Canadians, English, French, German, Russian and obviously Americans making up the majority. Age wise there were a lot of middle aged and younger couples who seemed to come for different reasons. Jamaica tolerates cannabis usage with many tourists openly smoking on the beach. It would seem that many of the younger couples visit Jamaica specifically for this reason. No judgment on my part... just an observation. I mention this because if you are prudish about this kind of thing than maybe Jamaica is not for you. Nobody bothered us to buy so I have no idea where they got it... anyway just an observation. We would definitely go again, we commented that it was one of the most relaxing vacations we have in many years. Overall we would rate this as 9.5 on 10 taking all factors into consideration including value for the money.

Grand Lido Negril: Great property!

The property is beautiful and very clean. The rooms are amazing. Food could use improvement especially the room service. The service was very bad at first and it took time for them to change and gain some commonsense. The management at first did not care for my requests which were not above and beyond but just something I was simply asking for that I saw on their online website. Otherwise the resort it's self is stunning

Legends Beach Resort: WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE

Our group had fun because of who we are but we travelled wth 9 girls only one room was correct with 2 double beds the others were shared King beds---NOT COOL! There were NEVER TOWELS not even one day on time so morning showers were not possible. The lady who checked us in was rude and unconcerned that we paid all this money to be here. No kettle, coffee maker or even a microwave to heat up food for later so you were hungry at night unless you went on the street and ate from vendors. But your in Jamaica so "No Problem"

Azul Beach Resort Negril: Good Vacation

The highlight of this vacation was the gorgeous beach. The resort is nestled on it and it was a very close walk from the room to the beach, no matter which building you are housed in. There is much wild life to see and most exciting were the starfish and sting rays. Legends Beach Resort: Terrible resort

I was not happy with this resort at all? Paid all inclusive to arrive and have to pay deposit. When we arrived our rooms were not ready then they were trying to give us 1 bed and 1 key to share in every room.....I did not pay 1400$ to sleep with anyone.no fridge have to pay 4$a day for a safe, half the time there were no face clothes or towels and when there was they had to wash them in order for us to have clean ones....they were dingy And brown. Stayed here several times but first time all inclusive..Next time will skip all inclusive..but love the resort and the staff and the location..See you again legends..This resort is central to everything so easy to get around especially if you like to party

Couples Negril: Wonderful resort!

We returned from our vacation three days ago. It was the best vacation we’ve ever had. The staff were all warm and friendly. Our room was clean and in good repair. The food was absolutely delicious, with lots of variety. The beach was perfect! (Especially the nude beach) Donnovan was the best part of the entertainment. Don’t pass up a chance to see him. We will definitely be returning as soon as we can.

Riu Reggae: Amazing resort!

This hotel was the best one I’ve stayed at in Jamaica so far. The hotel was kept very clean in all areas including the rooms, public areas and restaurants. Staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Food at the buffet was great!! Good variety everyday, with lots of flavourful cuisine. The a la cartel restaurants weren’t the best but since the buffet had such good food, there was no need to go to the other restaurants. The jerk hut on the beach was amazing!! Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach: Beautiful Resort!

We stayed at the Royal Decameron Cornwall Beach Fromm July 14-21. We were not disappointed! The rooms were clean and spacious, fresh food, and wonderful entertainment. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Sunscape Cove: fantabulous resort!!

resort is 5 stars to us..checkin--checkout,smooth room was well kept and spotless maidservice was excellent;anything you needed wes gotten right away room fridge always stocked ground well maintained;pools very clean beach great staff super friendly;felt like family food was AMAZING!! would go back tomorrow

Sandals Dunn's River: Beautiful resort/bad for stealing

The hotel is beautiful and well maintained, the food selection isn’t the greatest but our biggest issue was theft, we had a couple items stolen off our pool chairs on two separate occasions. Not much for night activities either, everything wrapped up between 7pm-8pm at the latest.

Beautiful spot! Food was good but a little pricey on the resort, but there was lots of local reasturants around. Enjoyed our stay, would definitely go back. Beach was really nice! Staff was very friendly

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Amazing Resort

My son and I stayed at the Grand Bahia Principe in Jamaica from July 13th to July 20th, 2018. It was truly one of the most amazing experiences we have had. Our room was spectacular and the housekeeping staff were very attentive once they got to the room. The mini bar was restocked on a daily basis. The restaurants were lovely and the selections at the buffet was amazing. After a couple days I got to know a couple of the wait staff in the buffet restaurant, and I requested to sit in their section [... read more]. Pool and beach area were always attended by lifeguards and security was very obvious especially from evening hours, therefore I felt safe at all times. The entertainment was lovely for both adults and children. Excursions off the property was very organized and enjoyable. My Air Canada representative was always there to answer questions and to give advice. It was a week well spent.

Sunscape Cove: Incredible Resort

We absolutely loved this resort. Both my Mom and I are extensive travelers and have been to many resorts on many different islands in the Caribbean. We both were pleasantly surprised and thoroughly impressed by the Sunscape Cove. The resort is immaculate, the service is stellar, the rooms were lovely, clean and updated, the pools were clean and the ocean was breathtaking. Fun Holiday Beach Resort: Decent resort

It was clean the food was good.. needs more selection. Other than that it was a great vacation. Staff was friendly. Air transat was delayed but the resort helped with that they had sandwiches and water for us because we missed dinner

Coco La Palm: CocoLaPalm

Great place and great location, super great people! Close to centre on town lots of options to visit restaurants. The food at Coco is as good as any place in Negril if you just want to stay in one place. We have been back a few years in a row and still discovering new places seems endless which is a good thing , keeps us coming back. the people at Coco make it a Jamaica home away from home .
