Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Amazing Resort!

My sister and I came to this resort for a mini getaway and absolutely loved it! The staff was friendly, engaging, entertaining and fun! Our room was in great condition, was spacious, and had a view of both the pool and the ocean. On top of that, we can't stop talking about the food! No matter what time of day or meal, the food was flavourful, eclectic, and bountiful. The infinity pool gave an extra touch to an already amazing experience. Catalonia Montego Bay: Unforgettable!

The hotel was very nice. I married my sweetheart during my stay which made it even more memorable. Everyone at the hotel was very accommodating and treated us like gold. So many things to do and the beach area was fantastic. Very large so you could find a quiet spot easily. Private adult area was also nice. Room was very comfortable.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Beautiful Resort

Beautiful resort,however Customerservice was horrible. Waited a hour to complete check it although there was only three family checking in. The customer service representative just went back and forth as if we were not standing there. Then after check in, there was no one to take us to our room. I had to beg as passing employee to assist. They were selling time share. Although they gave us a bracket to wear; this bracket should identify to the persons selling the time share that we have been app [... read more]roached, others failed to look and kept harassing us each time we passed them. The water sports guys needs to be at the front desk. No smile, not friendly, I had to ask them if they were poorly paid or if they hated their job.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: very clean resort

this resort is very clean, food was good variety but containers were not kept full always had to ask to fill. Our rooms were very nice. Very first night called for towels and face cloth never received them, next day spoke to maid got our extra towels but never received face cloths. the entertainment around the pool in the day time was very little and did not do as posted on sign, night shows were awful and again not every night. Very little communication for example one night closed buffet and  [... read more]had it on beach and u were in line for over 1and half hours discussing. no one knew buffet was going to be closed. service in the buffets were little or none always had to ask for drinks and refills. Riu Reggae: Amazing Resort

I have been to the RIU Reggae three times now. The food is amazing,the beach is great and the resort is very clean. I cannot say enough about how friendly the staff is and how helpful they are. The entertainment staff goes above and beyond... they are extremely talented and really connect with the guests. The gym facilities are also great. Can’t wait to go back.

Sandals Negril: Amazing resort

The hotel grounds and beachfront was kept immaculate. Our room was thoroughly cleaned daily with lots of fresh towels twice a day and toiletries. Lacking was the replenishment of glass were. There were lots of dinning options The food quality and service were fantastic,But the fish sandwich at the bistro was lacking fish. Water activities and glass bottom were great.Lessons for hobie cat sailing should be prior to use and not scheduled. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Riu Reggae: Loved it!

An overall amazing experience. And I will be visiting again soon. I can’t think of any negative feedback. Service, drinks, people, food...loved everything. Jamaica I love you, and I’ll see you again. Yeah man!

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Fantastic Family Resort

The Iberostar Beach Resort is a Fantastic Family Resort catering to Adults as well as children. We had great rooms on the 5th floor facing the pool area and fantastic ocean view. Food was amazing and was so sorry we could not take some home. Staff was amazing and very courteous to all the guests. This trip was a family vacation that brought 7 together for a fantastic 8 days. We may plan a future trip next year.

Grand Muthu Runaway Bay Club Caribbean: OUR SECOND HOME

We visit this fabulous spot every year and it just keeps getting better---- the staff are so friendly and will do their best to make your stay pleasant. there is always jamaican food on the menu and it is excellent---- we love the little cottages---your own personal space with hammocks and beautiful gardens There are lots of activities and if you are feeling adventurous, there are lots of tours to take you around this beautiful island.

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Fantastic

Overall, excellent resort. Staff were very helpful & polite. Beautiful grounds well maintained. Felt very safe. Enjoyed the excursions. Love the daily walk of 7 mile beach. Both room service & different choices of restaurants were great. My travel agent did & awesome job & recommendation for me...amazing.

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Beautiful and Classy Resort

This resort has everything to make your stay comfortable and feeling spoiled. Beautifully decorated rooms, amazing food, the staff are welcoming and the most friendly I have experienced. Diamond Club was awesome with our butler Averdan, best butler ever! I would recommend this resort to anyone for an all around positive experience. Dreams Rose Hall: Great Family Resort!

The rooms were good, and service was very good. The food overall was OK. The best part of this resort was the water park for kids and grounds! The kids club was nice too. The kids had a blast. The pool was good but not a lot of shaded seats. The cabanas were all very pricey and many things were extra. A good number of food selections but not late at night.

Sandals Ochi Beach Resort: Stunning Ocean Front Hotel

The hotel was a dream come true. Upon arrival, we were met with cool towels that were lightly scented with a mild relaxing fragrance. We identified our luggage and it was taken by or porter. We were asked to check-in which was not your ordinary hotel check-in process, we were escorted to comfortable chairs and met with champaign while we checked-in. Legends Beach Resort: Not impressed

The hotel was the worst I stayed in always had to wait 3 or 4 hrs for towels a few times the lien was damp that was put on the bed and it was supposed to be all included but you were only allowed to have certain things and by far You couldn’t get you room done till 3 or 4 in the afternoon

The hotel was definitely 4 plus stars, clean, large rooms marble and ceramic throughout. The staff were top-notch friendly polite and always greeting you appropriately. We have little negative to add other than the fact that the food in the restaurants was not Montreal/Toronto calibre often rating 8/10. Don't get me wrong... it was more than acceptable but fell short a bit at times. Do try the jerk-chicken (near the beach)... we ate it often... its 10/10!!! The beaches are acceptable if y [... read more]ou like to simply cool-off since they are very shallow and protected with a rocky breakwater. People sit for hours on a sandy bottom with the water at neckline IE: less than 4' deep. I strongly suggest that you bring minimum waterproof SPF50 sunscreen since we both got sunburns even though we frequently added protection. As far as tourist go we met Canadians, English, French, German, Russian and obviously Americans making up the majority. Age wise there were a lot of middle aged and younger couples who seemed to come for different reasons. Jamaica tolerates cannabis usage with many tourists openly smoking on the beach. It would seem that many of the younger couples visit Jamaica specifically for this reason. No judgment on my part... just an observation. I mention this because if you are prudish about this kind of thing than maybe Jamaica is not for you. Nobody bothered us to buy so I have no idea where they got it... anyway just an observation. We would definitely go again, we commented that it was one of the most relaxing vacations we have in many years. Overall we would rate this as 9.5 on 10 taking all factors into consideration including value for the money.

Grand Lido Negril: Great property!

The property is beautiful and very clean. The rooms are amazing. Food could use improvement especially the room service. The service was very bad at first and it took time for them to change and gain some commonsense. The management at first did not care for my requests which were not above and beyond but just something I was simply asking for that I saw on their online website. Otherwise the resort it's self is stunning

Legends Beach Resort: WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE

Our group had fun because of who we are but we travelled wth 9 girls only one room was correct with 2 double beds the others were shared King beds---NOT COOL! There were NEVER TOWELS not even one day on time so morning showers were not possible. The lady who checked us in was rude and unconcerned that we paid all this money to be here. The food and selection was terrible. Th all inclusive was limited between certain hrs and no food after 8 and no drinks after 10. Toilet paper and everythin [... read more]g was scarce. No kettle, coffee maker or even a microwave to heat up food for later so you were hungry at night unless you went on the street and ate from vendors. But your in Jamaica so "No Problem"

Azul Beach Resort Negril: Good Vacation

The highlight of this vacation was the gorgeous beach. The resort is nestled on it and it was a very close walk from the room to the beach, no matter which building you are housed in. There is much wild life to see and most exciting were the starfish and sting rays. Legends Beach Resort: Terrible resort

I was not happy with this resort at all? Paid all inclusive to arrive and have to pay deposit. When we arrived our rooms were not ready then they were trying to give us 1 bed and 1 key to share in every room.....I did not pay 1400$ to sleep with anyone.no fridge have to pay 4$a day for a safe, half the time there were no face clothes or towels and when there was they had to wash them in order for us to have clean ones....they were dingy And brown.
