Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Wonderful stay!

I would highly recommend this resort. Beautiful grounds, great food and amazing pool. The staff for the most part was friendly and accommodating. Our room had a fabulous view of the ocean and pool and was always cleaned promptly and stocked. I will be returning for sure.

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Great Resort

Everything was clean, grounds well cared for and the staff was friendly. Anything that needed to be done was addressed immediately. The food was amazing and they made a special effort for my husband as it was his birthday with three cakes and champagne.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Living like a king and queen

Honestly... This place is heaven. Great staff excellent food at most a or carts, the ambar was steps away from beach and the atmosphere was nothing short of excellence! Everything we expected and more!

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Amazing resort

Love love ❤️ Bahia Principe Punta Cana Dominican Republic it was my second vacation at this resort 😊 and I will definitely vaca there again hoping to go next year! Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Racism was terrible :(

When we first got to the resort.... we were so happy to see the nice weather, the clean resort, the welcoming from staff but then reality hit over the next few days. Racism towards my husband was terrible. They wouldn't serve him until everyone else was served. We later learned that Dominicans are racist towards other Black people thinking they are Haitians. What disappointment this trip was. No more Dominican trip for us.... :(

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: good value, amazing staff

Staff were amazingly friendly. Rooms were clean. Food was good, a la carte restaurants were very good. beach was nice, could actually swim in the warm ocean with comfort, staff cleaned the seaweed from the beach if needed, well done. plenty of sun shade areas at the beach.

Bahia Principe Grand San Juan: Value for Money Resort

This was a nice resort, I think I got value for money. The food was enjoyable, even though I do not eat meat, there was always a fish/seafood option for me. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were OK, I was not too impressed with the way the room and bathroom was cleaned. the bathroom seemed quite messy to me, even after it was cleaned. The entertainment was enjoyable especially the Michael Jackson show and the Beach Party. I recommend that the Beach Party is held twice during the [... read more] week, since it is so much fun and invites participation from guests. I was slightly disappointed with the resort since my friend who had been there previously really "upsold" the resort to me, so it did not meet the expectations which were created. I will say though that it was value for the amount I had paid.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Beautiful Resort!

Really nice hotel! Excellent food, spacious and beautiful rooms, big bed, lots of pillows, clean, excellent pool view from our balcony, jets in the bathtub! Beautifully kept gardens, lots of wild life around without disturbing the people, beautiful beach, excellent restaurants and food, we only ate at 3 of the many the hotel has and all of them were excellent. Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Great experience

The Grand Bahia complex of hotels is an awesome resort - great food, dynamite beach and perfect entertainment late night, every night. The rooms are comfortable, clean and close to everything, with shuttles and pools right by the door. The check-in process and booking of restaurants is quite a hassle and could be improved. The bar drinks and service could also be improved, but we stayed during holy week so perhaps this was the reason for delays and sloppy cocktails. Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: 1st vacation in 2 years

The Resort was Awesome - So Beautiful and Clean. The beach wasnt what I expected - rocky and it dropped off quickly. The only time I was in the water at the beach was when I took a step and in I fell hurting my elbow. The restaurants were Great but a lot of the food not only there but on the Buffet wasn't hot. Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Fabulous Resort, except the beach

My husband and I traveled to Bahia Principe April 13-23rd. It was our first time to Jamaica and we LOVED it. The resort was wonderful. Beautifully manicured, grounds very well maintained. The building closest by the big beach was a little weathered but not a big deal. The food was great. Our room was superb. We were given a room on the 7th floor of building 23, facing the pool and the ocean. We are beach bums and love the long walks on the beach. You won’t get that at the property. The beach at the resort was beautiful and the ocean water was crystal clear every day. Every morning there was maintenance staff at 7am racking the sand and cleaning up anything that washed up ashore. The staff at the resort was very nice and helpful.

The resort has all the basic facilities, however nothing amazing. We were not provided with drinking water bottles and were told that they ran out of bottles. The same variety of food was served everyday! The ala carte restaurants were nothing but a joke!!!!

The hotel was nice. Grounds were spotless. Always seen people cleaning, painting, maintenance... People were friendly. Beach was wonderful. You could wade out to where it was deep. Lots of fish to see. Bring a mask to scuba if you can. Food was good. Very disappointed at the buffet. Never have we ever had to wait for a seat in a buffet. Breakfast we lined up at one buffet to eat then were sent to another location because there was no room. The other location was also too small to handle the number of people. Buffet by the beach was good. Jerk Chicken loved. Lots of walking. Loved the village area with the shops and show. Picked up our souvenirs from there to bring home. Prices are comparable to airport and you can barter. Room was spotless with an huge balcony. Cleaning staff did an excellent job. We were in block 17. Gorgeous view! Be prepared for noise on that side. Between the loud weddings and the booming music from the disco until 2 it was not quiet at all. Be aware you that you are close to the main road. Constant noise from the large trucks, horns, etc. No fault of the resort but if you are trying to get away from that type of noise just be aware. Be prepared for the smell of drugs. In the halls, on the balcony's, on the beach. It is there and freely used. Would we go back, if the buffets get their acts together and the price was cheaper we would consider it.

Bahia Principe Explore La Romana: Good family vacation

Hotel and food were great. Buffet always had plenty of selection. Staff at reception were always helpful. Beach was clean but had to walk about 10 minutes down the coast to get to nice clear water -- for this reason only we would not return.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Very Happy with this resort

Just returned from a 7 day vacation at this resort. We have been to the Grand Bahia Principe in Dominican Punta Cana and really liked it so thought we would try the one in Mexico. Although this resort is very large it is very well kept the grounds were clean and tidy. The people working here were very pleasant and always willing to try and please. We upgraded to the Royal Golden and it is well worth the extra money. The separate lounge with wifi and a bar was small but always had space to  [... read more]sit and was very close to our room, which was very central to everything food and pools. The beach was a long distance away but the tram system took you there whenever you wanted to go. Food was very good in the buffet and the a la cartes. Was a bit hard to get a decent time for supper at 2 of the 4 a la cartes we went to which was disappointing since we booked as soon as we checked in but again there are a lot of people in this resort. The room was clean and organized we used our safe with a lock which was supplied by the royal golden check in and everything was safe and sound beginning to end. Sports bar was good even streamed the Leaf game for us since there were so many Canadians at the resort. The pools were very well looked after, they were busy and sometimes hard to get a shade seat but we usually found one eventually. I would highly recommend this resort for a family vacation.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Amazing Food!

This resort has the best food of all resorts I have been to. If we needed something we asked and got it quickly. If you love the beech, this is not the resort for you. Unfortunately, the back of the resort is close to the main road, noisy! If you want to get sleep at night please request a room not facing the noisy road.

Bahia Principe Grand San Juan: Incredible Trip

Food was Excellent, Resort room and staff were great. The Excursion “VIP PLAYA GRANDE” amazing what and incredible Vacation. We are already thinking of a return trip in the future. Thank you Victoria from Trip Central 🤟❤️

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: GREAT TIME!

Everything was really nice about the rooms and the hotel. Mannuel was very accommodating and polite at check in. The grounds were beautiful and the beach was never ending....just beautiful! The food was very good, lots to choose from and the waitresses were attentive. The one thing that was disappointing for my husband was that there was no RYE WHISKEY to be had anywhere on the resort, unless you paid for it. Canadians LOVE their RYE!! The entertainment team too a little too long every time to set up their entertainment which kind of deflated the mood. Some of the entertainment staff have to realize that we are on holidays because a few times they were very rude to some of the tourists. We witnessed it on a few occasions and people around us noticed it too. Other than that, this was a beautiful resort and we had a lot of fun and met some great people :-)

Friendly staff, great pools, great service, beautiful grounds and beach. Restaurants were great, food was really good. No complaints! We spent a week here and had a great time. We would definitely go back!

Was spotless always asking if we needed anything. Always making sure staff was ready to serve you and always with a smile.the rooms are amazing, pools clean,drinks great.turn down service was a special treat at the end of the day.spa treatments where great and again clean .the food was never a let down.
