Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Amazing

This hotel was amazing in every way. The staff was friendly the grounds were clean the rooms were clean and the food was fantastic. We have nothing to say bad about this resort but to recommend it for a wonderful vacation

Excellence Playa Mujeres: Excellence was amazing!

The food was great.. Washrooms where always clean and well suppled ... Grounds beautiful .. Staff very friendly !lots of bars.. Lots of activities to do... Beaches where always clean and lots of walking to been done in the beaches .. Golf close by

Moon Palace Cancun: very beautiful

everything was very clean and the staff were very helpful.the are was very beautiful.was really nice to be able to tour all the other resorts as well as those on the islands,never a boring day.Had a lot of fun.

Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun: We loved it!

My adult daughter and I loved our stay at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun. The personnel are friendly and attentive skilled professionals. They went out of their way to meet our every need. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with housekeeping servicing the room twice a day. Ample bottled water and towels were always replenished. TV has satellite channels with a few English language options available. The beds are firm and comfy and have ample pillows. The resort has many food and drink outlets [... read more] throughout the grounds. We were blown away by the waiter service - at the pool and at the beach. Amazing. The drink options included premium brands upon request. The buffet was a solid standby throughout the day. The a la carte restaurants had amazing food and service and were very accommodating of special needs. Our personal favourite was the Italian option, Rosato. (Only one restaurant required reservations.) Vegetarian, gluten-free and allergy awareness were all in evidence across the resort. The energetic activation staff had activities for kids, teens and adults throughout the day. A different large-scale show was available every night. There were also many quiet nooks for those wanting a more peaceful experience. The beach with its fine white sand and turquoise sea was just what the doctor ordered. A limited number of huts meant we had to get out there early to claim some shade. There were more than enough beach towels always available. One final thought: the elevators were always there when we needed one and were fast! We had such a great time and have no hesitation recommending Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun. In fact, we are already discussing when we can return with the extended family. Bonus: it's only 15 minutes from the airport.

Moon Palace Cancun: 3rd stay at Moon Palace!

We have loved this resort so much we went back a third time this past week. The food, service, room was fantastic as usual. Yes, there is some new construction going on near the Grand but so many other places in the resort to enjoy a great view. The food at the rest. are great and we enjoyed the Momo and Italian at the golf club. As well a great steak at the steak rest. Best fish tacos at the outside bar/grill at Nuzic pool. Smooth easy check in. Yes it is not the best water on a beach, but not  [... read more]the fault of the resort. Just sandy flow in from a reef off shore. Loved our stay and will go back a 4th time! Bar staff at the Sunrise awesome! Professional yet engaging with us. One suggestion would be more indoor entertainment. With the small stage area at Sunrise one would think a nice Mexican band a few nights a week would be welcome. Same entertainment (supposed to be karaoke but the same guy night after night not sharing the stage!) is tired the third year in a row!

Seadust Cancun Beach Resort: Wonderful resort for the price!

The restaurants were lovely and the waiters wonderful. Food was above average for an all inclusive. Pool and grounds were always clean. Beach was close. Needed extra towels and housekeeping delivered them right away and they were warm!

Moon Palace Cancun: Loved Exploring each Palace Resort

Great food. Very Clean. And we totally took advantage of the reciprocal arrangement they offer... allowing us to eat and swim at all six Palaces in the area (too bad they no longer offer the free shuttle service from Palace to Palace). We explored both islands, Cancun, Cozumel and Playa all from our 'home' base of a 'new' Palace for the day.

Excellence Playa Mujeres: Amazing Resort!!

This resort has ruined me for travel anywhere else. My husband and I travel at least a couple of times per year. This resort far exceeded any other all inclusive we have traveled to. What takes this resort to another level is the staff/customer service and the food. The staff were amazing. My favorite was Tonatich who brought a paper to our table in the morning and often carried our plates to the table. He went above and beyond to meet our every need. That is impressive with a full hotel of guests. The food in all of the restaurants was amazing. My favorite was Spice, but all of the restaurants were amazing. We didn't get to the Lobster Grill or the Mexican because we had to eat again at Spice, it was that good. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The fridge was restocked daily and if there was something we needed, it was just a phone call away. When we called and asked for something it was delivered immediately and they followed up within minutes by phone to make sure that it had arrived and was satisfactory. There were no negatives. I can't say enough about this amazing resort and the staff. Thank you for an amazing vacation.

Excellence Playa Mujeres: Perfect Vacation

Without a doubt the Playa Mujeres Excellence held up to its name. Fabulous vacation, beautiful beach and pools. Food was outstanding and the staff always attentive and professional. This was the vacation of a life time. From the moment we entered the gates your made to feel special with the landscapes and tropical paradise. Concierge Amurani and Erik were also very accomidating with ensuring that our stay was perfect and that all our needs were met. The restaurants all served amazing meals with a 5 star flare that enhanced the atmosphere to make each guest feel special. At the grill we were met with Martin, Freddie and Angel who made our dining experience enjoyable. Toscana restaurant Alberto and Rigo made our evening with an amazing Italian dinner served with style that befitted royalty. The morning and lunch buffet if you choose to dine there was also just as classy, you were met at the door by Andrea and Monica who again escorted you to a special table and ensured that you had a great dining experience loaded with outstanding choices. All the bars at this resort we were met with friendly smiles and attentive staff. We throughly enjoyed the Martini bar with Hugo and Cesar, each delivering a special form of entertainment with their amazing talent of bar tending and Cesar's acrobatic movements and service. From there we would head for the Cafe Kafe bar outside to be met once again with Diego the bartender, who would always remember your likes, and be served by Virginia or Cecilia the waitresses with quickness and smiles. The Sol Bar near the pool was my favourite, near the hub of the daily entertainment. We were served by Cindy and Julianna the waitresses, bartender Jose. There was never a moment that we didn't enjoy being pampered by the pool. Entertainment was perfect, there was not a day of our 10 day visit that was not for filled. Each area of this resort had something to offer, the elegance of the evenings was my favourite, weather sitting at the theatre or any of the bars music was always outstanding. Events throughout the day could keep you busy if you chose or a pampering at the spa just to relax. I have stayed at the Excellence chain in another country, but without a doubt the Playa Murjeres is the place to make memories and treat yourself to the best vacation ever!

Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa: Great vacation

Great staff, excellent service and lovely facilities. Wonderful pool, not enough lounge chairs and should be a smoking area. Great location for walking and shopping. Restaurant choices were amazing and food choices were varied.

Holiday Inn Cancun Arenas: I wouldn't go back

Yes, price is right but the hotel, food and service are just acceptable, and I'm NOT a picky person, if you're planning to go on day trips and weather is nice then your just ok. Stuck at hotel? No way!

Grand Oasis Palm: Bad Experience

I would just like to inform you of the experience we had at the GRAND OASIS PALM Cancun. It all started quite pleasant the plane was on time and we actually arrived a bit early. We used private transportation over to the resort and were there in a timely fashion then the gong show began, please be sure you allow a lot of time for the check in because it is a slow and laborious endeavor. We requested ground floor rooms and to be close to our traveling companions they had us on the 8th floor but a [... read more]fter some talking we were put on the third floor but our traveling companions had to change rooms the next day to accommodate our request no big deal. Thankfully we were put on the third floor because OMG the elevator service is horrendous we were stuck in the elevator on the first day then they were out of service for the rest of the that day, they are very slow and very small and a constant source of irritation to everyone at the resort but amazingly enough whenever you approached staff to complain they could no longer understand English (very frustrating). Enough about the elevators I could go on about them for pages (and none of it would be good) let’s talk about the food situation. We paid extra for the use of the grand side which is supposed to include the buffet but three days after arriving they decided to shut down the Buffet on the grand side for supper, because of this twice we had to stand more than an hour outside of the one buffet that was open out of the three on the resort waiting for room to eat, one of these times we had to stand in the rain now that is more than a frustrating experience. They also decided at Aguava's restaurant to start demanding you make reservations for meals this was previously a no reservation required restaurant the explanation for this was because there was only one buffet open their restaurant did not have a big enough kitchen to keep up to the high demand of people wanting to eat there, but its ok because the Oasis group once again saved some money at the expense of customer comfort and convenience by only having one of three buffets open and making people wait just keep in mind their theme is Oasis Loves You and I am glad they did because I would hate to see how they treat the people that they hate. The hamburger stand had no hamburger buns 2 days and no ketchup was an ongoing problem daily also to salt your fries they have a dish of salt on the counter and expect everyone to dip their fingers into it to get salt how about using a SALT SHAKER, you would not even do this at home let alone expect to see something so unsanitary at a 4+ star resort. We have been to three star Cuban resorts that put this 4+ star to shame for food quality and service and comfort. The food at the buffets was incredibly repetitive and not the best quality. On the Grand side that was only open for breakfast the toaster quit on day four and that was it no more toast the rest of our vacation. Now as far as comfort our pool was surrounded by nice wooden loungers the only problem was the chair pads that were worn right out now there is nothing more relaxing than lying on 2x4's with no or next to no padding, also none of the other chairs around the pool had a bit of padding on them either and were the cheap small white plastic chairs. The only padded furniture was a few beach beds that you had to pay an extra $350 Pecos’s per day to use. The adult only section constantly had children passing through getting the bartenders to make them non-alcoholic drinks and quite often pausing to cry and wine but this should be looked after by their parents but was not. We have traveled a fair bit and have to this point been lucky enough not to have ever stayed at an Oasis property but I thought with this being a SUNWING EXCLUSIVE they would have checked into the star rating and the property more but the one thing I am very sure of is they will never see me at another Oasis property and we have already started telling everyone we know about our experience and to be very cautious of Sunwing Exclusives, you would think they would spend more time evaluating a property before they tied their name along with it but I guess not these complaints were not just ours it was a very common complaint amongst many of the vacationers staying at this property. In closing my best suggestion to anyone thinking about staying here is really read the customer comments you will find a common thread between the bad comments they are the food, the elevators the lack of customer comfort the nickel and diming you for a safe and internet that should be a standard feature at this price level. Oasis you got us on this one but rest assured NEVER again.

Grand Oasis Sens: Relaxing Resort

Easy access to beach, great pools, good variety of restaurants and bars. Close to airport. Friendly staff. Lots of lounges at pools. On the downside, had to pay for wifi, and could only make one ala carte reservation per day.

Secrets The Vine Cancun: Fantastic Resort

Secrets the Vine was an amazing resort. The food was fabulous, the staff, friendly and accommodating. The rooms were beautiful, spacious and the bed was so comfortable...I can't say that about other places I have stayed. The pools were lovely the beach was also beautiful....the weather didn't cooperate for us but it didn't matter. There was always lots to do and enjoy. Thank you Tripcentral!

Melody Maker Cancun: Good resort, customer service was not great

Had some issues upon checkout. Our flight was delayed and they would not let us use the facility to eat or get dressed. Not impressed with final service provided by Cesaer. The manager Jeanette was great. She was very accommodating and flexible.

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Good resort

The resort was good, they were not very organized. Our rooms were not what we booked, but they changed our rooms the second night to accommodate. The pools were very busy, you could not get a seat- same with the beach.

The hotel was situated close to the airport which was great. Arriving in the morning and waiting until after 3 for check in was not. Outside grounds were kept very clean including the beach area. Not much shade on the beach we mostly situated ourselves in a private area overlooking the beach with partial shade but had to get up early to save those spots. Restaurants were adequate and the food was relatively good. All staff were polite. Maid service was exceptional. So my only complaint was that  [... read more]the rooms were quite tired. Our daughter-in-law was first checked into a family room which turned out to not be good at all. The bunk beds were so small the girls could not even sit up in them. There view partially overlooked the ocean and then to the dilapidated resort beside Crown Paradise...needless to say....they switched to a different room the next day. Our transat rep did not arrange the return transportation to the airport after we had booked it while at the hotel....took quite awhile to arrange a van.

Temptation Resort & Spa: Great time

Food is great resort a lot of fun but unless you are a Premier guest treated like a second class tourist. Many areas are off limits to regular guests but the premier guests are often time in the area for regular guests leaving there reserved area mostly empty

Beloved Playa Mujeres by Excellence: Amazing vacation

We just returned from 1 week at the Beloved at had a great time. The grounds are small but beautiful, large spacious rooms, wonderful shower, good Mexican food but by far what set this resort apart was the service - whatever you wanted, they would try to accommodate. Food was generally good and never had a problem getting a table at dinner - it is nice not to have to book reservations. We stayed in a 2 story casita which I would recommend. The beach area is small but you can walk for miles if yo [... read more]u feel like more space. We also rented one of the cabana's at the beach front for two days - it was a highlight for us.

Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa: Great and affordable Resort!

This hotel is well situated close to shops. The food was very good and I would go back! The beach is amazing for those who love to stay on the beach. Pool is awesome and the service is great! Must say the bedding was very comfortable too.
