Resort was always clean. Friendly staff! Amazing kids club! Made kids feel welcomed! Food was delish! Would stay here again, If the prices were similar! ...........................................

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Great time!!

Wonderful Resort, lots of good food options, and entertainment during the day is engaging. I will recommend this Resort for both families and couples. The only slightly negative aspects is the bus ride to the resort is a bit long at an hour and a half, and the nightly entertainment needs improvement. Other than that it's a top notch Resort that is worth the experience.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Disappointed

Beautiful hotel, however staff is unprofessional, rude to customers in dining facilities. Dining area outdated lack restrooms facilities, guests have to leave dining area to go outside to use restroom. Dining area too hot, no ventilation, A/C or fans. Entertainment lacks variety, catered mostly for teenagers.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Fantastic Jamaican trip!

We stayed at the Luxury Bahia Principe in early May and we absolutely LOVED our vacation. The hotel was clean, the staff was extraordinary and accommodating, the food was outstanding and the top shelf drinks were flowing. We would highly recommend and would return in a heart beat.

Hedonism II: Virginity Lost at home!

Overall we found the resort comfortable, clean and very much presentable. We had a great time at home for our first visit. We found the staff friendly, courteous and generally carrying about their jobs.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Best Vacation Ever!!!

I took my daughter and my granddaughter on vacation to the Grand Bahia Prinicipe in Runaway Bay, Jamaica and we had the time of our lives! Or was my daughter's first time in Jamaica and she is already planning her next visit. The people are amazing. The staff at the resort were extremely polite and eager to please the guests, very professional at all times. We spent most of our time at the pool where my granddaughter made friends with several other children from all over the world. The grounds were well manicured. The pool was constantly being maintained. The food was plentiful and there was always a vast selection to choose from at the buffet. The beach is sectioned off and each section is on the smaller side but overall the beach offered lots of white sand and the most beautiful sunsets! The waterpark is closer to the largest section of beach and is quite large wiith lots of slides of various sizes to play on. My granddaughter said the next time we go to jamaica she wants to go back to the Grand Bahia Principe.

Riu Reggae: Will return

I liked everything about this hotel.. If I had any complaints it would be that there isn't a coffee maker in the rooms or a magnifying mirror in the bathroom.Also the club at Riu Montego Bay is very small for dancing. Their buffet is a small room with not alot of choice's. But the restaurants on the resort make up for it. They are very good. Also my favorite lunch was the jerk chicken hut on the beach. The 2 pools are very clean and the staff at the pool bars are very friendly. My favorite bartender is Sharon. You have to try a Jamaican smile drink.. The lifeguards are such hard workers. These very hard workers get the pool and pool area perfect for us each morning. The also are ready to help us if we are hurt. Or are ready to save your life if needed. Do me a favor. These hard working lifeguards don't get tips. Make their day and hand them a few dollars. The rooms are always so clean by the terrific cleaning staff.The beds are very comfortable. I can go on and on about Riu Reggie.love it there. Will be going back next year.

Catalonia Montego Bay: Great hotel

Very nice hotel...great food and drinks...nice beach and rooms...excellent service...close to airport...small hotel...friendly people. We were 12 people in our group and we thoroughly enjoyed our selves. Entertainment was brilliant.

Riu Palace Jamaica: Simply Amazing !

This was the best experience in my life overall. The service from every angle possible was impeccable. There was not a day that went by that I wasn’t pleased by the treatment, the cleanliness of the resort, and the respect from everyone including guest. I’m currently looking at flights to go again to the palace by the end of the year.

Riu Palace Tropical Bay: Good but not great

I go on vacation to relax and get away from the noise and stress of the big city life. I want calm and a noise free environment. This did not happen. Extremely noisy all the time on the beach. I was trying to read on the beach while a gardener was mowing the lawn with a weedeater. It took 2 hours. The following day, another gardener came with a leafblower for another 2 hours and they did it again 2 days later. Never mind the music and screams from the pool area - I was expecting that. But we hun [... read more]g out at the extremity of the beach in order to have peace and quiet and just read our books and swim. So the constant gardening was really annoying and kept us from really relaxing. The food was exquisite, the service was really outstanding and the room comfortable. The hotel is no longer a 5 stars, more like an ageing 4 stars. And the constant noise coming from boats passing by and the gardeners with their gas tools and their four-wheelers added to a stress I was trying to get rid of.

Legends Beach Resort: Great resort

Hotel was great, air conditioner was powerful , right on the beach , live entertainment next door at bourbon beach bar and grill, stores and restaurants all in walking distance .. free one love tour bus picks you up right in front the resort and takes you to different local bars , it was an awesome experience . Margarita ville is a 5 dollar cab away, Rick's cafe is a 10 dollar cab away

So clean and the staff are amazing. Plz open the pool later and I’ll come again and again and again!! I miss everything!! The food is amazing. Ate at a new gourmet restaurant every night. The drinks were great. Lobby bar was my favourite!! Overall 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jewel Grande Resort and Spa: Elderly people resort

I spent 5 days there and I thought it was a quiet place. They need to have more entertaining in the evening. Also they need to improve on their desserts. The food was yummy though and the staff was friendly, just too quiet for my taste.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Good Hotel

Hotel is very clean Staff very friendly and helpful we did not want for anything ! The weather was perfect only problem the food was tooooo spicey so i spent 3 days in my room with tummy ache !Everything was spiced so i ate nuggets fries and pizza during the rest of my stay !I recommend lay offf the hot spices not everyone can tolerate it !, I probably will not return in the future to this hotel !,,

The staff very friendly and accommodating. Very clean, love the beach parties. Some construction happen but it didn’t have any impact on my vacation. I love the variety of food. Lobby bars close to early. Should havevyobhobyobthe disco for drinks after 11:00

Riu Negril: Honest review

We had an amazing stay at the Riu Negril. Our part of 6 included myself and my best friend (27), my daughters (8 and 2) and my mother (54) and her friend (60) so it’s safe to say we had all the age groups covered, and we all had a blast! They were Very warm and friendly and VERY ACCOMIDATING. All and all it was a good trip very relaxing. The fact that there were multiple pops was good. The swim up pool was where the party was, amazing time there.

Couples Tower Isle: Best Trip so far!

This was our third trip to this resort, and it still continues to amaze us at how great this resort is. Everything from the staff, food, accommodations, spa and beach was truly fabulous. We truly enjoyed every minute from our arrival at the Carlingview Hotel in Toronto for Sleep, Park and Fly, the night before our flight, right up until we returned home. great vacation and would likely return. The water park is definitely a plus and wow factor. Food at the buffet is ok. Could be better. Lots of recycled food: left overs from the day before being put back on the next day. They can be a bit slow refilling empty stations during busy times. I either had to wait for food or just forget about it. Beach is nice and shallow. Pools are kept clean. Our housekeeper Dawnett was excellent and always so pleasant. Negatives: public bathrooms were never clean Constant HARASSMENT from “privilege club” sales people. Avoid them at all costs. They are everywhere and ask over and over again. They don’t tell you that it’s a time share pitch that they want you to take over 90 minutes of your vacation time to waste. They try to sell it as a breakfast to celebrate the hotels 11th anniversary. So misleading and annoying! We were so sick of it that this may be an issue if we are thinking of going back.

This was our second time visiting the Grand Bahia in Jamaica. The beach, pool, food and room were great, but the staff were much less friendly than in our first visit in 2016. There were a few exceptions to this, but for the most part we got the vibe that most of them didn't want to be there. One of the main reasons we came back was because we remembered how friendly everyone was, so we were disappointed that the vibe seemed to have changed. It took us 2 hours of back and forth at the front desk to get the room we paid for, which was pretty tiresome, after a long day of traveling. Then we tried ordering room service one morning but were told that our room can't have room service. Those things being said, we still had a great vacation. We never had difficulty finding chairs by the beach and pool, and there were a lot of great activities to do on the resort. 10 days was the perfect amount of time and we would go back in a heartbeat!

Everything is very well kept.The food is amazing. We were always able to get a beach chair. Staff are all super friendly! This was our third time to the resort! Highly recommend! Everyone that we have recommended it to also loved the resort
