Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Great resort

Very nice resort. Exceptionally clean. Beautiful pools, grounds and beach area. Food good. Only security processes could have better. Rather than connecting me to another guest room, they gave me room number. Needed room key recoded and they did so without thorough questioning to ensure that was my room. Other than this, all was great.

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Excellent resort

Had an absolutely fantastic 10 days at this resort. The resort grounds were very well kept. Buffet was great so much so that we didn’t do any of the ala carts. The beach was fantastic with plenty of shade with lots of seats available at almost any time of the day.

This resort hit all the marks.We really enjoyed it from the front desk to the cleaning staff.Room was large and wonderfully clean and well maintained. The service staff was excellent they could not do enough for you. They would ask if there was anything they could do for you.The food at the buffet was excellent and hot and well cooked. The alacarts were great and you never went hungry.The trolley service to the beach or other lobbies was great hardly any wait what so ever. The beach was very ver [... read more]y well kept even when the sea weed was bad, they continually raked to keep it cleaned up. The communal bathrooms were always clean. The service at this resort was very good. Nothing was an issue. We stayed 2 weeks and plan on going back next year. The only thing that could use improvement is the free wifi sometimes it was great other times it wasn't.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: 3rd stay and won't be our last

Overall an excellent stay! We've grown to love this place, the people and the ease of getting around! We highly recommend! We'll be back again. We've recommended this property to friends and have had them join us for stays this year and last, they too have indicated their love of the place!! You won't be disappointed.....GO!

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Great Resort!

We stayed in the adults only Sian Kaan but you have access to the entire resort complex, which is huge. There’s a trolley to take you from complex to complex, or to the beach. It was much bigger then what we are used to. But we still enjoyed our stay we just had to do a bit of time management in order to get to the restaurants on time as well as going down to the beach. The service was excellent. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint would be that there is really no [... read more] storage in the rooms, I like to unpack my clothes and you really couldn’t do that in our room. We asked if all the rooms were the same and they said yes unless we wanted to pay another $400 USD to upgrade... no... all that would be needed to improve is to add a dresser. And the other negative was that the gym was not in the Sian Kaan complex and so i had to take the trolley about 10 mins to and from the gym which was crowded with teenagers. But all in all we had a great vacation and we would return for the price.

Bahia Principe Explore La Romana: Great Resort

The Grand Bahia Principe is a beautiful hotel well maintain and great services. The A la carte restaurants is very good. Thanks to everyone for the good services that made our stay more enjoyable. I will recommend this hotel.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Superb 5 star resort

The grounds were well kept and the room was imaculate. The service was impeccable. The À la Carte restaurants had exquisite service and the same applied to the buffet which had a different theme every night. All the drinks listed on the all inclusive list were readily available.

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Love this place

Let me start by saying I've been to this resort many times. Esmeralda, green, blue, and now aquamarine, which is green again. The people that work there have always been great, very friendly, always willing to help. The beach is amazing, that's all I need to say about that. The rooms in aquamarine need a little care. Not all a la carte restaurants are good, my favorite is mashua, a Peruvian Japanese fusion. Very good. The others are decent, but one I won't go back to is m.e.a.t. all about steak and meat cuts. Ordered rib eye and got something else, I thought a one off. But other guests saying same thing. Trying other cuts didn't help, couldn't chew the meat. I'm not blaming the cooks, they are given bad meat to work with. The shows are good, they work hard to try making guests happy. I will be back to this resort, love the beach and the resort is well priced compared to some area resorts. The new luxury anbar section is the renovated blue. Looks good, I may try this section in off peak time to get lower prices. We spend every day on the beach so no coments on the pools, but the pools look amazing. Lastly, the best parts about this resort are the beach, the staff and the cleanliness. Will definitely go back.

Beautiful resort, very very clean, great service, Wonderful food, it is 3 km from the adult private beech , which is beautiful and was raked of sea weed before the non Sian Ka’an area, Wonderful food through out the 4 properties. Access to 11 a la carte restaurants, all buffets on the 4 properties, trams run every 10 minutes . Good entertainment, nice wading pools but access to all pools at all resorts . This was our first time in Mexico and first time staying at a Bahia Principe resort hotel. Service - Service was excellent but staff are very busy and few of them which means it can take a while to get a drink. However, if you walked up to the bars...you were served very quickly. Same with buffet. I read a lot of previous comments about "rude or unhappy staff". What I witnessed was hard working & tired staff. NOT rude. From buffets to A la cartes… lots of variety, fresh and well cooked Beach - we weren't overly impressed with the beach. The Seaweed was very bad (not a resort issue) which meant we spent most of the time around the pools. Rooms - very clean Public Bathrooms - immaculate!!! Pools - Pool chairs with shade were hard to come by. Had to get up early to get one. Pools themselves were well kept and clean. Gym - Busy in the mornings. Good equipment. Friendly staff. Grounds - Well kept, groomed and beautiful. Getting around: This is one of 4 resorts together. Walking to and from for those who don't like to walk or mobility challenged, would be happy to know there is shuttle service available. Walking around resort could be done in about 15-20 min. Shuttle to the beach as it is quite a distance away. Check in / Check out - Smooth & quick Overall: Besides the beach (mainly the seaweed issue), were we very pleased with this resort. We would definitely return to this resort or any Bahia Principe resort.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Very clean resort

Very clean and beautiful resort. Most clean room I ever I had in all my travels. Food was just ok but I’m a picky eater. Beach was good and bad. Coba beach on bad days had so much seaweed. Tulum beach on good days was awesome. Shallow- great for young children with lots of fish to look at. Most negative part of the trip- my son new stuffed animal was stolen from our room the night before departure.

Grounds n people are wonderful!! Was easy to get into dinners!! Drinks were very good!! Food was good!! Didn’t take long to get there from airport!! Easy check in!! They had us in a 3 bed room which I didn’t want they switched me to a king room !! 😊 Can walk for miles on this beautiful beach 🍹🍸🍺🦋

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Beautiful beaches

The food and amenities were great. Pools great. Lots of food options. Huge resort with beaches everywhere. Recommend the far beach for some wind and shade. Any beach is stunning. Book at the ala carte restaurants upon arrival. Get up early for pool chairs. Lobby bar is only open until 11 pm then you had to go to late night beach or market area... all a good walk. Be prepared to do some walking at this resort.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Beautifully landscaped Hotel

Rooms were roomy with a lounge area to relax for a "quiet time". The pool area had plenty of lounge chairs. I noticed that staff would look for a chair for people that were unable to lie down. My husband would have enjoyed a section of table and chairs around the pool to sit at as well, for those times your back gets stiff laying around. Kids club house was a hit with the parents and little ones. The aqua show was absolutely AMAZING best show I have seen.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: 25th Anniversary

We arrived to a very quick check in, 5 minutes max, and was explained the location of everything. We immediately went to the left of the lobby and booked our a la cartes for the week. The hotel gave us an extra a la carte for our anniversary. We then arrived to the room and had a big banner on our door and champagne in our room. We travel frequently and I would say that what makes your stay even better is the staff. Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Excellent resort

The resort was very clean with endless food and drink options. There are multiple resorts on the grounds. The golf cart transportation was frequent and fast. You did have to wait during peak dinner and show times for an available cart to go between resorts but that’s to be expected. Downside-the beach. The water is shallow and rocky. Not good for swimming but there’s always the pools.

I have nothing negative to say about this resort ... everything was perfect. The service of the staff was above all expectations. they were so friendly and accommodating. Clean and the food was great

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Okay but not superb

The resort itself is beautiful and clean. The service at the buffets was frustrating. From our drink orders being ignored or our table given away while serving ourselves food. The lack of restaurant choice onsite is also less than 5 stars. There is one buffet and one pool side snack bar. There is also one a la carte onsite but getting reservations at all of the restaurants is almost impossible unless you choose to eat at 5:30 or 10pm. We met others who shared the same experience. Definitely not a 5 star resort compared to others in the area. The trolley ride to get to the beach or other resorts in the complex is really just a nuisance. The rooms were nice and clean as was the entire resort. If you expect 5 star quality and service pay a little more and choose a better resort. Ambivalent is probably the best word to describe my feeling once back at home. Upset because I was extremely sick from the food as well.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Wonderful family vacation!!

Our trip at the beginning of April to Grand Bahia Principe Coba was of our favorite vacations to date. We have 2 boys (4 and 6) There is a great water park for the kids. The food was fantastic with choices for every taste and diet. (Buffet was actually better than the a la cartes in our opinion). The grounds are beautiful. It is a 5 minute shuttle ride to get to the beach which was not a nuisance..It ran often and was fun for the kids. The resort is big but not overwhelming. By the second day we had it all figured out. The only negative if I had to choose one was our room wasnt ready until 4pm on the day of check in. But we didnt mind. It was an overall extremely positive experience and we would definitely go back. Matt
