Riu Palace Peninsula: Riu palace peninsula - amazing!

The Riu Palace Peninsula was a great resort. The grounds were quite large for a resort in cancun. The food was amazing, as were the drinks, service and rooms. There is sun available at the pool and on the beach all day.

Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa: Amazing resort

For anyone who enjoys a vacation without children, this is the place. The food was amazing, as we're the drinks. The entire staff needs to be commended, especially the waiters and bartenders. The only thing was the lack of bottled water.

Moon Palace Cancun: Beyond Great

I went to Cancun for a medical vacation. I stayed at the moon palace and the resort did all they could to be of assistance. I would order room service because I was bed ridden for most of my stay. They would bring me my food and ask every time if I needed anything else or if they could do anything at all to help in any way. The hotel customer relations would also call once a day to see if I need anything extra sent to my room. They found out when my appointments where and had a wheel chair and c [... read more]arts ready at my door for me to go. Food was always good in the restaurants and room service. The rooms where clean. Staff very friendly.

Grand Oasis Palm: COMFORTABLE RESORT

The only thing we could complain about was the lack of beach chairs. Guests got up at 6 am just to be able to have a chair during the day. The beach is small but they could still fit some in. The ocean is great clear and no waves at all good for children. The food was very good Maki Taco great and La Bamba great seafood lunches. The standard room is large an the AC quiet. The staff are nice people and helpful. This was the only place we have stayed n Mexico where the Time Share People (Vacation  [... read more]Club) respected your wishes once you said you were not interested.. Therese Romero one of the sale persons actually got us chairs the first day. We thought she was Staff at the Hotel but she was a sales person and would not take a tip.

Hyatt Zilara Cancun: Exceptional staff!

This hotel has wonderful staff who will go out of there way to make your stay wonderful. The food was good. We thought the asian restaurant was the best and marie marie. I liked that you could spend time on the beach which was quiet or around the pool with music and more activities.

Excellence Playa Mujeres: Amazing resort and staff!

The resort is amazing from the very beginning till our sad departure. We were greeted with friendly staff and shown to our amazing rooms! The rooms are not done justice by the pictures. Everything is in close proximity and the restaurant selections are the best I have experienced in any resort setting. I'm very glad to have spent part of my holiday at Excellence Playa Mujeres and I would do it again with pleasure! Isabel was an amazing waitress by the pool, that needs to be known!

Moon Palace Cancun: Great resort!

There are three lobbies: Grand, Sunrise and Nizuc. We stayed at Grand but you can go to the other two as well. The room was incredible, marble flooring, glass showers, in-suite hot tub, free liquors and wine, huge patio, etc. Pools are great too, so many options. Our only complaint was the food, quality was well above the average but not a lot of variety. Overall, it was a pleasure staying at Moon Palace.

Moon Palace Cancun: Great Resort!

Great resort. Room and hotel were clean. Most of all, staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a large property with 4 different hotel "blocks". Sunrise is the centre and largest of all. The Flowrider and kid water park are there. Nizuc is a quieter location with a water slide but not much else. One facility is adults only and I'm not sure about the 4th. Ask for a room in the location you want or you will be taking the shuttle a lot which isn't that bad because they run every 10 minutes. The  [... read more]food was good with lots of choices. The resort is out of the way of the main hotel area and very secure. The beach was private, without people trying to sell you things. Sunrise hosts a mini-market every Thursday for those who are looking for authentic souvenirs so you don't even have to leave the resort. Can't comment on excursions as we didn't do any. Just wanted the sun and relaxation.

every thing was great the staff was excellent,always smiling happy to help with anything we asked,food and drinks were awesome I've stayed at a few other RIU resorts this one ranks right up at the top of my list!! thanks

Riu Palace Peninsula: Excellent resort

Very clean, great service, the several pools meant that they were never crowded and the beach itself was beautiful. My only disappointment was with the a la carte restaurants. I found the buffet to be superior to the other restaurants. The entertainment was as good as could be expected.

Riu Palace Peninsula: Amazing vacation!

This resort was fantastic! Extremely clean, awesome staff and amazing food! We chose this resort because it was rated a 5* on trip centrals website. It absolutely is and you won't be disappointed if you choose this resort! We can't wait to return! ☺

Temptation Resort & Spa: Excellent Resort

The overall experience was amazing at this resort...friendly staff, good quality good and lots of drinks..most of the people at this resort are topless 24/7 if you are into that :) Will definitely visit again next year!

Finest Playa Mujeres by Excellence Group: Fantastic

Great organization, Good customer services, plenty of restaurants, Beach is good but needs more cleaning of the ocean beach algae Rooms for elders and families with kid should be given in buildings closer to the facilities.

Grand Oasis Sens: Mix Feeling-( not the best though:(

We had few issues with our stay, such as room type, toilet n shower not working all the time, water supply had shutdown for 3 hrs w/o any advance notice due to reno. and on a raining day lot of leaks throughout the resort. No free wifi anywhere ($11 per day) no food or drink after 2am if you want to explore Cancun's (the best) nitelife make sure to eat in downtown cuz there is nothing available at this resort not even as late snack :( and also there isn't much happening at the resort entertainme [... read more]nt wise may be due to not that many ppl were there after 10pm its a ghost town only entertainment is dwntwn. Anyhow they did their best to compensate us for all these issues to make our stay enjoyable by giving us free wifi and upgrade our vacation package. On positive note Benazuza , Black Hole, Sakura and The Box restaurants were awesome, great food and service. Cheers

Moon Palace Cancun: Great resort!!

This was a great resort with all to offer. Although Mother Nature did download a lot of rain, we did get our fill of great golf. Great food and love not having to book restaurants (except at spa/golf course which I highly recommend for either breakfast or dinner) Love the people The only thing to keep in mind is that they do have a process of passing you through various departments - it is all related to selling you weeks. Don't get discouraged as they are doing their job I also recommend that they put the tee times on a global website so we can see availability - the week we were there, there was a group of over 120 golfers on a golf vacation that chewed up a lot of the tee times. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time FYI - don't go for the beach if you want to swim in the ocean All in all a great trip. Be patient and you will enjoy!

Paradisus Cancun: Great resort, depends on room you get

Very clean, service is good but very average if you have a butler, they changed the administration and they were not even able to confirm my airport shuttle in time, lucky we went on our own 30 min prior. Bags sent late to room, breakfast 1.5 hours late, checkin took 1 hour and then 30 min more for bags, thus despite leaving very early we didn't get to do beach time until 4:30 pm. On the plus side the resort very clean, food was great, the workers were very humble, maids, and all. Bell boys showed a little too money hungry as they argued to take my bags to the room despite us telling them not to , we were afraid to get them later and miss beach time on our first day, as it so happened. The resort is beautiful. The incense is strong, anyone with allergy beware it's all over the resort. The beach is amazing totally. Kids club is subtle. It's a quiet resort not for parties which I liked.

Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa: Just "okay"

My husband and I (ages 36+46) stayed at Golden Parnassus Nov 16-23. Hotel needs updating. Get an ocean view room as this was the best part of the hotel other then the amazing staff! The old barn steak house was the best resto along with the snack bar. You must try the burgers at the snack bar, delisssssssh!! Entertainment is lacking and boring. Beach is beautiful! Lobby bar boring and tacky. Tiki bar was ok. If you want adult only fun hotel, go to Temptation Resort.

Sun Palace Hotel: Very good

Overall was very good but snack bar pool music was loud and irritating.. Should be turned down by 3:00 pm when you are trying to enjoy the ocean sounds Our room was above this pool. All rooms have a beautiful ocean view. Would have been quieter in another area of the hotel. Service and staff was excellent. Nightly entertainment was not very good.

Finest Playa Mujeres by Excellence Group: Ideal for kids or adults only

Truly beautiful and clean! Kids area and adults only areas for all ages. During the slow season, the restaurants do not take reservations so some nights the wait is long, especially when kids need to sleep. The dress code and footwear for the dinner buffet is a bit strict. When rules are made, the hotel should stay consistent and stick to them

Royal Solaris Cancun: wonderful holiday

the resort was very nice, staff very friendly, food was good. Only downside was very few English tv stations, and evening entertainment was repeated weekly, so if you were there more than 1 week you had seen the evening show.
