Canto Del Sol: So much fun! Great service!

This hotel was so much fun and had great service. We would definitely go back. Beautiful ocean side view as well! If you are looking to spend time beside the pool and be waited on the whole time and not have to get up to the bar. This is the place:)

Grand Marival Emotions Resort and Suites: Don't hesitate with this one...great in many ways

I literally booked this 48 hours before I left and I feel like I hit the jackpot. The best part about this resort is the employees. Always cheerful, helpful, amazing concierge (Jazmin). They grounds are impeccable, there is always someone cleaning (everywhere), sweeping.. I felt very safe going as a single woman with my teenage daughter. Room was very nice, amazing pools (one for adults only, we called it the "senior's pool, but very nice when you want a quiet break). Decameron Los Cocos Guayabitos Ramada: A gem in a little village!

This resort is so clean and the staff very helpful and mannerly. The food is good and the adult pool section very peaceful. We originally were booked in a room with two double beds and when we asked for a room with a king size bed we were upgraded to a room near the adult pool and it was great. You get good service at the bars and the La Bamba restaurant was amazing. The beach was very sandy and the water was extremely warm. Their beach club over in the next village (a 5 minute bus ride which wa [... read more]s included) was great. They had their own restaurant and bar right there as well. The bathrooms near the beach and everywhere else on the resort were always clean. Walking in the village is very safe and you could always find a good deal. Tuesday night at the show in town has current movies and in English with no sub titles. The only negative comment would be the locals trying to sell you their goods on the beach, but once you said "no" they never tried to continue the "sell". It is a great place for families but it is also a great place if you are a couple.

Decameron Los Cocos Guayabitos Ramada: Awesome place to go

Super friendly staff always there to help. Everyone had a smile and a hello. The resort is beautifully kept and clean. Small town feel. Perfect place to just go to relax and forget the outside world!!

Villa Premiere Boutique Hotel and Romantic Getaway: Lovely stay

Villa Premiere is a great place to stay as all rooms have a wonderful ocean view. It is a short walk to the Malecon and all the shops and restaurants. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Food could be better as we found the beef very stringy and tough and not a lot of variety for a weeks stay. All in all though it is a great place to stay.

Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: amazing resort

Great location.staff are friendly. One suggestion is to utilize the terrace bar by keeping it open a bit longer at night I know ppl come not only for drinks but for the scenery and ambiance and maybe put more bar staff during busy times

Marival Emotions Resort and Suites Riviera Nayarit: Good resort

The hotel was nice, service was good. The night shows were very good. We enjoyed our stay but we will not go back. The hotel staff were speaking Spanish mainly and very little English. I recommend this resort if you have kids

Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta: Romantic Mexican Vacation

Our stay at the Fiesta Americana was wonderful! We enjoyed all the wonderful Mexican food and the fantastic service and beach. Miguel served us a delicious lobster feast on the beach at the end of our week long stay ...we recommend this to any couple! We recommend the Fiesta to anyone as the authentic Mexican food and friendly service is a breath of fresh air compared to a lot of the larger more western style resorts. Riu Vallarta: Awesome resort environment

I enjoyed every thing about the resort. They out on a show every night and disco on site at the resort. The pool area was split in two sides where the kids pool on the right and adult pool with swim up bar to the left. The only thing lacking about the hotel in my opinion was there was no room service for food and the wifi was very bad in the rooms only worked in the lobby.

Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: A Great Place to Soak up the Sun

As mentioned in most other reviews, this resort is exceptionally well maintained and the staff, in our experience, were the best of any of the all-inclusive hotels we have stayed with over the years. Every person we encountered was friendly, helpful, and committed to making our stay enjoyable. Even the beach vendors were friendly and considerate of our wish to be left alone. The food was good at the buffet as well as the themed restaurants, with the Mexican and Gourmet being our favourites. The  [... read more]beach is clean and sandy and very safe for swimming and body surfing. The pool areas were clean and very pleasant although we did spend most of our time on the beach. Our only other experience with Iberostar was a comparable property at the Iberostar Paraiso Maya on the Mayan Riviera. It, too, is an excellent resort. The Playa Mita is a smaller, newer property. We preferred the food at the Paraiso, overall, but the beach and staff at the Playa Mita were exceptional.

Dreams Vallarta Bay Resort and Spa: Loved it !

Little more money but everything is a level up from anything we have been to so far. Can't think of one thing to complain about. We'll be back again for sure. Best thing was the service staff and rooms with the amazing views.

Riu Vallarta: Decent place. 3 stars not 4.

We were promised free WIFI when we booked but they end up providing some very poor WIFI that barely connects and they tell you that you need to pay an additional ~$100 for a weeks WIFI. We never ended up getting it. There is no real after-hours food other than some old hamburgers and nachos sitting outside in the 24 hour sports bar all night. No room service. Other than that the food was decent and the cleaning crew was very nice. Some of the other staff running the activities were friendly but  [... read more]many were incompetent or did not speak any English. One of the ladies running the daily Ping Pong tournament had no idea what she was doing. The nightlife promotors were decent but you can probably get a much better deal going on your own. Not many servers during the day - you have to get your own drinks most of the time.

Dreams Vallarta Bay Resort and Spa: Great vacation

We recently stayed at the now amber resort and what impressed me the most was the amazing service everywhere you go. The staff go out of there way to accommodate you. The property itself is beautiful and very clean and well manicured. I would recommend this property to a friend with out a doubt! The beach was rocky but there are lots of pools to pick from, the only negative aspect to the resort.

Riu Vallarta: Great Resort!!

Buffet selection and quality was amazing. If you miss booking at the a la carte restaurants. You wont be disappointed to eat inthe buffet every day and night. It's that good. Clean room , great drinks and excellent beach

Riu Vallarta: wonderful experience

very clean, room comfortable, good variety of food, staff friendly just wish it was closer to Puerto Vallarta variety of activities and entertainment staff worked hard to engage all to participate without being intrusive

Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: Beautiful Resort!

This resort is beautiful with amazing hard working staff. The beach was amazing and the water was so warm! Food was good. Beautiful views from our ocean view room which was 2339. The spa was awesome. This is not a party resort, it was mainly families and couples. Hard to find anything to complain about. I guess the only complaint I can come up with is the steakhouse restaurant was disappointing. Dealing with Trip Central was a very good experience and I will definitely be using them again.

Tropicana Hotel: Great Vacation

The hotel was nice, a bit dated but great location and really great beach front. The restaurants around the hotel provide lots of selection and amazing quality. The area is quaint and great to wander around!

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Worth the money in low season

Overall okay resort but noisy and busy, specially at night. Don't lose your hotel bracelet or you'll pay a $50 fine. Food and bar are descent. Night shows are generally entertaining. Bring shampoo or you'll have to purchase one.

Royal Suites Punta Mita: Awesome Vacation!!

Just returned a couple of weeks ago from our third time at the Grand Palladium Vallarta and second stay at the Royal Suites Punta Mita...our room was large and comfortable...the food was amazing...pool area was perfect...and the staff went above and beyond, especially Marisol, Macario and Marlen at the pool bar...will definitely be back!!!

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: very good

Rooms were clean grounds clean food good staff very friendly.. We had a good relaxing time short walk into town to Mexican market not over selling you very friendly. We would go back.good deal for the price.
