Cayo Levantado Resort: Best All Inclusive

Amazing resort!! This is my 5th time to this resort and it just keeps getting better. The rooms (all of them) are beautiful. The food at the buffet is always the best. Anything you could want and cooked fresh on the grill. The staff are efficient, friendly and helpful. The beaches, the pools and the beautiful grounds are the best you could ask for. 5 Star ratings for sure at Cayo Levantado!!

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Large Resort

Room was very clean and tidy. However I would recommend they change their mattresses as ours was hard and misshaped. View from our balcony was not the greatest as we were back to back with another building. Pool and beach area were excellent and close to our room. Entertainment staff were quite pleasant and fun. Grounds were beautifully kept and wonderful to look at. Food and service were very good. Pleasant customer service.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Enjoyed my Stay at the COBA

We stayed at the COBA from April 7-14. The reception staff were very polite and efficient. We were offered a beverage while we completed the check-in paperwork. I found that our check in process was fast. The resort grounds were well-manicured as the groundskeepers worked tirelessly to maintain that affect. There are trolleys to take you to the other complexes such as Tulum, Akumal, Sian Ka, which make up the Grand Bahia Principe. The COBA is not a “spring break” party resort, but it is a fa [... read more]mily friendly resort with the kid pools, kids club, and a life guard supervised mini water park. My 2 year old grandson just loved the water park and the slides. The rooms are typical for a resort. In the room there was a flat screen TV as well as a coffee maker, an iron & ironing board and a fridge that was stocked every day, with 2 beers, 2 large bottles of water, and various soft drinks. The daily maid service was good. The main buffet restaurant is very typical of all-inclusive resorts. The COBA does a good job appealing to an eclectic clientele with various tastes, even the pickiest eater should be able to find something to eat. Depending on your timing, if you happened to be at one of the food stations when the food trays are being refilled, you will get hot food. Otherwise, the food quickly loses it heat sitting in the trays. There are no food warming lamps in the stations to maintain the heat. The food offering can seem repetitive, so if I can make a suggestion, is that you vary your focus on your food selections. For example, select chicken, one day, meats the other etc., so you don’t get tired of eating the same thing every day. The a la carts book up quickly so I strongly suggest that you make the reservations after you have checked in, as you might not get the restaurant or time you want. There are 2 pools. A main pool where you have the animation team and activities, and a quite pool. At the main pool, they have live music around the pool area with an outdoor Mexican buffet to complement the pool bar restaurant. This year most of the animation team were all new. They are very friendly, outgoing, however, the team focused on Yoga, Jenga and stretching classes. I had to remind them not to neglect the popular, high participation rate of all age’s activities like Bocce, Horseshoe and others. There are night shows such as Circus, Michael Jackson, live music tribute bands starting at 9:00 pm that very entertaining. I would like to recognize Alba and Pilar who provided very good and friendly service at COBA main buffet, Kevin and Luna as part of the animation team, Anwar and Rodrigo from the client service management area for their assistance. In closing, even though it is an all-inclusive package, the restaurants, bar and cleaning staff work very hard. I’ve seen people being rude and treating the la cart servers disrespectfully, then leaving without tipping them. A few dollars to us will not break you, however, will be very appreciated by them as my understanding their pay isn’t very much.

Bahia Principe Escape Samana: It's a dream!

Such an amazing resort! Ocean views from almost anywhere, quiet, amazing staff, terrific food! We ate gluten free and vegetarian with no problem. The service was amazing. The facilities are SO clean! Loved eating every meal Oceanside. We took the free ferry out to the public beach a couple of times to snorkel. Lots of fish to see. The public beach obviously isn't as quiet and clean as the resort, so if you're just looking to sunbath you may as well stay at the resort. Lots of shaded Oceanside options if you don't want too much sun. The design of the grounds is amazing... always a quiet spot to get away for some quiet time. Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Overall great resort.

Nice that it’s only half an hour from the airport. Air transit employees were very helpfull even on the return when the flight was delayed 2 hours. Resort was fantastic and recently renovated. The swim up pool room we had was a nice feature at the end of a long day at the beach. Food was overall very good but disappointing that ther were no gluten free options as I have celiac. Mayan Rivera asked at each restaurant about food allergies, but this place was not as aware it seemed. The resort was very neat and clean and the staff were all very good.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Not impressed

The grounds are beautiful. The bed was very hard. Staff were rude and ignorant. Not what I expect from a Bahia Principe The only way I had beer in my room was when I went to complain about it. So in 7 days I had beer twice. Maid would leave 1 pkg of coffee but no sugar or creamer. Or no coffee. I never knew what I would get. We arrived at the resort around 11am. Never had a room til almost 5pm.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Excellent resort

Located about 1 hour and 15 mins from Montego Bay, this very large resort has beautiful rooms and views. Many dining options and using the hotel app to book them makes things slick. I booked through trip central and found them very helpful and prompt. Thanks!

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Resort was nice

The hotel itself was nice. Too big for my personal preference. A few of the staff were very pleasant, but most were rude and impersonal. The food was average, a la carts were ok, but hard to book. Especially since i speak very little spanish, felt as if i was interupting the person taking the booking. 24 hour restaraunt was non existant. Shopping was a little too high priced, and sales people extremely pushy. Had a theft from our room, front desk treated us as if we were lying. Nothing was e [... read more]ver resolved. Ni beer in our fridge for 3 days, until i complained. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Beautiful resort!

Resort is beautifully maintained and room is very clean. Food is awesome. Service was very good. Shuttles come often to go to the beach and other resorts. Nightly entertainment could improve. Staff are very friendly.

The Eurostars Grand Cayacoa: When can I go back?!!!!

From the moment we booked with Trip Central to the last day of our holiday we could not have been more pleased with the experience. The resort provided amazing service,views,entertainment and food. We had a few issues with room and was happy to see problems resolved immediately. They would always follow up after to ensure we were pleased. The resort offered space for quiet pool or Beach to another area with lively pool and beach. The beach area is not large but never a shortage of chairs. Lewis and his entertainment team are one of the best I have seen. The Disco and night life is pretty uneventful. So if u looking for some loud and late night excitment maybe rethink this resort. Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Great resort

Been to this resort 5 times now and we love it. Great food at the buffet and at La Carte restaurants. Very clean rooms and good staff. The beach had weeds at times but we could always find a spot to swim in the ocean or in one of the many pools. The resort gyms are well equipped for those like us who like to train daily when on vacation. Good choice for couples, families, groups. Nice kid's water park at the COBA as well as a dolphin pool with daily shows.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Nice place

We thought the hotel was very clean and well kept the grounds were immaculate and the people were extremely friendly and helpful. Also the food was very good and many activities for everyone. But the beaches were not very nice kinda ruff on the the feet.and as for room service if you dont tip then you do t get the best service some times such as no coffee in the room and no facecloths.

Very clean resort, good service, great food. The resort is huge as you have access to the adjoining 3 resorts. The free wifi was not very reliable. We had to renew every 24 hours and a lot of times it would not work. Also it was very difficult to book the desired restaurants à la carte as many guests told us they had booked prior to their arrival.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Beautiful 5 Star Hotel

This hotel is fabulous. Beautiful swim up room topped it off for us. Everything is kept so clean and the service is exceptional. Would definitely revisit. The pools and ocean is a paradise. Entertainment most nights was really good. Plenty of options for food at buffet or specialty restaurants.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Fantastic resort

I found sian kaan to be a very relaxing and beautiful resort. I highly recommend you consider it as your next vacation destination.. My only complaint would be the shuttle buses start time in the morning, I would rather see a 6am start time instead of the 7am start.

Bahia Principe Explore Legend: Very clean resort

The resort was beautiful. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large which could my two son's family with their wife and two sons. One of the best beaches I've seen in the Caribbean. My grandsons loved the pool, water slides and the entertainment in the evening. The only thing we did not like was the food at the buffet restaurant . The food was not as good as a another resort we stayed at in Punta Cana, three other times.. The Eurostars Grand Cayacoa: Scenic Resort

Lovely, clean, small resort! Excellent buffet and a la carte restaurants! Very scenic location and not too far from the airport. Entertainment in the Lobby Bar every evening and activities at both the beach and main pool daily. The beach is small but there is no problem finding a lounger. The staff is friendly and works hard to meet your needs. Lots of stairs and walking - challenging for those with mobility issues. A great stay!

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Great Holiday!!

We just got back from the Grand Bahia Principe Coba and we had a great time!! It is a very large resort with lots of walking if thats what you like to do. Resort is pretty well maintained from what we saw over the week. Great resort for families that is for sure!! Food at the buffet was good and I want to say a huge thank you to Omar and Daniel our servers for breakfast and lunch all week!!!! Antonio our Air transat rep was very helpful as well. Now on the non positive side , the a la car [... read more]te restaurants were just ok, that is if you are lucky enough to get a reservation, from what I heard some people book almost a month in advance so that leaves very little left for the ones that want to book when they get there. We tried to book the don pablo at the tullum section and the earliest we could get was 9:30pm and only 1 day was available. Rooms are starting to get a bit dated but in descent shape other than the mattresses which were hard as a rock,unless you like that. In my opinion the royal package is not worth the extra money paid as you really dont get any extras!!! All in all it was a great week and will probably go back!!! Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Amazing vacation!!!

Everything about the hotel was perfect! This was our second stay, first time as royal golden and would definately book royal golden again! Our room was the first building at the beach and pool, everything was close to our room. The food was delicious and the beach was beautiful. We had a very nice and sunny week, can't wait to go back next year.
