Riu Santa Fe: Riu Santa Fe Los Cabos

Grounds kept very clean Rooms very comfortable and clean Hotel site very good Beach too rough for swimming Entertainment was poor ( we are seniors) Restaurants: - Baha California - very good -Caruso Italian - very good - Steakhouse - food selection very poor; kitchen food serving area untidy and many of the kitchen staff not wearing gloves when picking up food. -Pools were very good

Riu Palace Paradise Island: Relaxing Place

The hotel staff were absolutely amazing! Food was great! Rooms were your average rooms but my view of the ocean was fabulous. I feel the hotel is catering more to the older guests. I think they need more entertainment and games. The entertainment staff were awesome but they don’t get a whole lot of time to do much with everyone. The hotel also defiantley needs to have music playing longer then 2 hours during the day. Nothing like “MUSIC” and drinks by the pool. Bahamas is beautiful!

Riu Bambu: Amazing resort!

This hotel was absolutely stunning! The rooms were spacious and clean. We were in villa 20 which was close to everything. The pools were clean and well maintained, we never had to fight for a lounger. The restaurants were all wonderful and the food was delicious. The nightly entertainment was great. My kids really enjoyed Riuland and the nightly entertainment for the kids was wonderful.

Riu Palace Jamaica: Great Adult Resort

This resort is one of the best we have been to. Five minutes from the airport; great food, excellent entertainment; very friendly staff; rooms always immaculately clean. We will definitely go back. Many thanks to my travel agent, Judy Donaldson, for helping me, once again, to enjoy the best of vacations

Riu Palace Peninsula: Great resort

We had a great time at the resort. Staff was fantastic and the food was excellent. I would come back in a heart beat. It was close to the main strip which was great. The isla mujeras island ferry is a 2 minute walk from the resort. Great location!

Riu Emerald Bay: Clean

Hotel was great, very clean & accommodating. Great food and lots of variety to choose from to eat. Huge hotel, only a couple complaints, the elevators were very sketchy, as in they always felt like they were going to break down, also the girl at the front desk did not speak English, I just think if you are on the front desk you should know both Spanish & English. Ocean was clean as was the beach, the pools were disgusting, there was a floating poop the one morning & the next day there was a dirt [... read more]y diaper so we never went in the pools. Also there was a competition of bands on the public beach every day from 4pm -12am. I know the hotel can't control this because its the public beach but they have to do something about it, we paid a lot of money to sit & hear the ocean and could not as the noise from the trumpets & tubas canceled out the noise of the water. The actual town of Mazatlan was very safe & so exploring in town was nice.

Riu Palace Antillas: Rui Resort

This was a wonderful vacation beautiful Island and terrific food. The only thing was the bathroom in my room could have been cleaner, I would probably stay on the other side of the Rui were it is a little more updated, the side that allows children only because it seems the rooms may be better.

Riu Flamingos: wonderful budget minded family holiday

Riu Jalisco was very well maintained. Clean and well groomed. Basic rooms small but we got a steal and just went there to sleep. Beds very comfortable. Staff all very polite and accommodating. Downside was the gym which was not well equipped and many machines were out of order. We were able to get by though. I did miss the second little swivel mirror usually equipped on the wall which I use when getting all done up. I didn't bring one as I assumed there would be one. Food was A1 and a great vari [... read more]ety daily. We only used the beach as the water is so warm and waves fun. Pools seemed a bit crowded but everyone seemed to be having a good time. Delicious morning coffees! We did watch two entertainment in eve which was well done and enjoyable. Our 14 year old son also had a great time with no complaints. PLENTY of beach loungers and areas of shade and sun plentiful. Always a buffet open somewhere with everything one needed. No real complaints and would definately return. GORGEOUS sunsets and lots to do!

Riu Flamingos: Fantastic resort

We loved our stay at the riu Jalisco...Sunwing rep. helped us out with any information we needed...Food excellent. Pools and beach fantastic. Nightly entertainment was the best...All kinds of things to do....

Riu Palace Antillas: awesome

food is very good , we will be going back next time we will take a higher sun screen , it's a very hot island , never seen a dirty bathroom once , its a happy place , tip a dollar they are happy about it

Riu Palace Tropical Bay: It was not what one would expect for a riu palace 5 star

Resort was immaculatey clean,staff very efficient. Found this resort lacking in many areas though,no sports bar,24 hr snack shack lacking in variety of food and what they did offer was bland and not apetitizing .Our room had an odd odor that was not pleasant but hard to identify. Food was okay but not fantastic for a 5 star and for what we paid and expected. Hard to enjoy the beach because it was full of people trying to sell u ‘party packs,anything u needed to needed to feel good they had itâ [... read more]€™ every 5 min u were approached,very annoying and felt the hotel did little to stop it, this is the major reason I would not go back or recommend it among all the other things I have listed

Riu Palace Costa Mujeres: Very modern hotel

I loved the resort, we had an amazing time. The staff was awesome, although they were not always understanding our English language and that made for a few amusing situations. One thing I didn’t like was the open concept washroom. You have a bathtub in the middle of the room. No privacy for dressing and undressing unless you like doing that inside the shower. Riu Republica: Beautiful resort!

The hotel was beautiful, we had a great view of the garden, pools and water slides. The beach was so clean and water was clear most days. Big waves but still fun to swim and watch. Amazing sunset behind the trees most nights. Food was excellent and had lots of options for everyone. Italian restaurant was our personal favourite. Parties and staff had lots of energy and there was different music for everyone at each of the pools. Waterslides were excellent and used them every day. Riu Guanacaste: Very good experience

The Hotel has all what we need and want. Very clean. Good food, every night had different entertainment. When we askef to change room, our request was accomodated. Very good lonf beach. Merchandisers were not too annoying. I only can complain that nobody tald us that flight is delay for 4 hr before we checked out. I think they want us to leave room at 12.00 pm. If we knew about flight delay before checked out, we would stay longer in room. It may be inconvenient for them.

Riu Palace Antillas: Great food and location but dated

The food is amazing! Unfortunately the hotel is dated, the beds weren’t very comfortable and we needed someone to do repairs twice while we were there for the week. The pool and beach are great and the staff are very friendly.

Riu Republica: Riu Republica

We spend amassing 8 days in Riu Republica , Punta Cana at the end of November All inclusive vacation was booked trough Tripcentral almost at the last minute and all trip was more than satisfying ,smooth and incredible for us . Resort was immaculate, clean with beautiful grounds . Modern clean and spacious room and bathroom , unexpected balcony view was bonus that made our stay even more special . Food was amassing ,fresh fruit and variety of daily made meals and choices for everyone. Pools we [... read more]re clean with lots of chairs and shade . Beach was one of the best we ever swim in Dominican also with lots of palapas and palm trees to chose . All staff was very friendly , drinks very good and all together vacation was very relaxing and amassing for us . Thank you Riu ...we will be definitely back again and we will highly recommend Riu and Tripcentral for booking.

Riu Palace Antillas: Overall Awesome Resort!

I really enjoyed the beaches, food and entertainment! Room I was upgraded to a top view which was a big bonus! Only downside I would say is due to a bad back I expected better beds because I did not have good sleep at all. I have been to other resorts and spent less and beds were much more comfortable. Please make that an improvement for the future.

Riu Playa Blanca: Great Experience

Newer hotel. 10 minutes from the airport. Nice grounds and gardens. Rooms were large and spacious. Food was excellent. Always enough and many varieties. There are 3 pools and you could usually find a chair with shade. The beach was OK. The tide comes and goes so there are usually large waves and undertow. You could always get a spot under a palm tree. Very family oriented. There were many large families with many children. Many Spanish take their vacation there as well. Sometimes you need to b [... read more]e a little aggressive at the bar. Spanish speaking usually got served first. Sunwing reps at the resort are amazing. They were always there to help and did a great job.

Riu Palace Costa Rica: Wonderful vacation........

Beautiful hotel, great facilities, wonderful and helpful staff, perfect room, good food,very good entertainment. The only thing that was not up to par was the beach. It is not like it is shown on the attached photograph.

Riu Emerald Bay: Beautiful Beach

What a great 2 weeks at the Riu Emerald Bay .. amazing beach went swimming everyday , food was great and always a such variety for the whole time . Entertainment had great music and dancers, loved the best couples show .. funny 😄 very clean throughout and beautiful ocean views from the rooms . Staff work very hard and we’re all great .
