Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa: Golden Vacation

Some edits in red - brackets to explain why I made the edits: From the accommodating hotel staff to the made-to-order mouth watering authentic food, Golden Parnassus exceeded all of my expectations! Minor set backs were turned into solutions very quickly. Upon arrival to the hotel, we discovered our deluxe ocean view was obstructed by trees. Without question we were moved to another room with the perfect view. Room service was an excellent option. It was so nice waking up with a cup of jo in  [... read more]hand and the ocean breeze in your face, all while sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise! FYI – a balcony is a must when traveling! Although the drinks could have been stronger, the sun made up for that. November was a great month for us to travel. The hot sun was the perfect transition into the cold holiday season back home. All in all I would give this place a 4/5. Prepare to relax, eat well and enjoy the view!

Riu Palace Peninsula: Great resort!

Excellent resort. Good was great, pools were fun, everything was clean and what you'd expect from a 5 star in cancun. This hotel is in the hotel zone but a little bit off of the frat boy area where the hard rock is so you can avoid the party scene if desired. The beach is a bit rocky but the water was clear and warm!

Temptation Resort & Spa: Week stay at Temptations Cancun Mexico

Staff were amazing. They remembered what I liked to drink by brand and eat from a year ago. Dont know how they do that. Daytime entertainment at pool bar was a hoot. Night time entertainment at the Paddy bar and social fun is superior to most hotels I have been to.

Riu Palace Las Americas: wonderful vacation

I HAVE BEEN TO THIS RESORT 3 TIMES NOW AND EACH TIME IT GETS BETTER THE PEOLE OF THE RESORT ARE SO POLITE AND THE GROUND AND SURROUNDING AREA IS VERY CLEAN AND WELL KEPT THE FOOD IS GREAT AND SO IS THE ENTERTAINEMENT WAS WONDERFUL TOO GO BACK AGAIN YOU WERE ONLY A 25 MIN. DRIVE FROM THE AIRPORT AND ALSO CLOSE TO OUTSIDE ENTERTAINMENT

Sandos Cancun: Good Resort! Great beach.

We stayed in the Select Club Adults Only section, rooms were big, plenty of towels, room service was quick. Pool was great, hot pool wasn't working and needed cleaning. Beach was great, service was slow due to only one staff member doing whole area. Food was good, Brazilian, Asian and French a la cartes were good but Steakhouse was horrible. Creperie, Cupcake Bar and Burrito Bar were great in every way!!!

Excellence Playa Mujeres: Wonderful Staff!

Playa Mujures is a beautiful resort with a lovely white sand beach. The food selection was extensive and we enjoyed every meal. What stood out for us most was the friendly, helpful, hardworking staff!

Finest Playa Mujeres by Excellence Group: A great trip

This place is amazing...the rooms, the grounds, the food, the drinks, the staff, the pools.... what I would say I liked least about this resort was 1) the beach--there is quite a bit of seaweed and 2) the concept of being a member of the finest club or not-- this is a fairly pricey resort (even if you do not take the finest club package)-- so the fact that non members don't get to enjoy a lot of the perks that members enjoy can sometimes make you feel like a second class citizen....

Riu Cancun: amazing place

beautiful beach, clean rooms and area, very pleasant smiling employees, food excellent with lots of fresh variety, entertainment was good...............wifi was on and off and only on main floor but free when you could get it..........

Sunscape Cancun Resort and Spa: Good Place

it has a very limited options, they cook the same food and you don't really have much options. the rooms are good, but lucks house keeping. You will cover most of the activities in the resort within a day and you wont't have much to do. they have a booth in two places, but don't have a place to sit a listen a song, no clube at all, you have to pay to go downtown and pay extra 65-85 dollar per day for club and 20-30$ for transportation each day you go out

Iberostar Selection Cancun: Amazing resort. Fantastic service.

Me and my family were in the hotel on October, and I found that place just wonderful. A service is perfect. Employees were very friendly and helpful always. The food and drinks very good. There is no problem at all to make reservation for restaurants Japanese, Gourmet Steak and Mexican all wonderful. The beach one of the most extensive in Cancun was perfectly nice. The hotel has a lots of pools and all of them cleanly. The rooms are good and comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Mini bar refilled const [... read more]antly. Definitely recommended.

Excellence Playa Mujeres: Excellent Time at the Excellence !!!

Everything was beautiful from start to finish. Grounds are amazing !! everywhere you turn something more beautiful to look at ! Pools were always spotless, plenty of places to get away for peace and quiet. Food was excellent everywhere, so many choices... pool, beach, resturant, or your lounger !! Would highly recommend, if you wanted something all you had to do was ask, if anyone says they had a bad time, it's their own fault !!

Sun Palace Hotel: good resort, not amazing

Resort is ok not incredible as reviews suggest. Pools are small, swim up bar very small. Breakfast and lunch was good but diners aren't great. I expected a lot more "wow" factor. Beach is beautiful, and service on beach is amazing!!! So overall it's good not

Secrets Playa Mujeres: Incredible resort

This resort was luxurious and the staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable ❤ I travel often and this is by far the best place! Some downfalls were the lack of drainage. It rained alot so some of our guests rooms got flooded out. They also have construction next door behind building 2 which starts around 7 am daily.

Secrets Playa Mujeres: Beautiful resort

This resort is newer and the drainage design is extremely poor. Rained a lot and my room flooded constantly . Hallways filled with inches of water & dirt. Ceilings full of water then ceilings on the ground. The resort staff are the finest! The food incredible!

Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa: Good resort for the money

Stayed here from sept 30th to Oct 8th. Weather was great, one day of rain, the rest sunny with some clouds. Beach was very clean with almost no seaweed to speak of. Hotel grounds were very clean, as were the rooms. Most staff were very helpful and friendly, some were not. Food was not great. Breakfast buffet was ok, always found enough choices to satisfy. Restaurants were sub par, some terrible, like the high end one. Drinks were pretty basic and watered down unfortunately, and you had to pay [... read more] for bottled beer! Beach and pool area was great, lively and fun. Loved that it was a small resort, but missed having shows to go to in the evening like larger resorts offer. I would go back here if the price was right, but would eat out off the resort more often.

Excellence Playa Mujeres: Absolutely Amazing Vacation!

My husband and I enjoyed every single minute of our week (Sept 26-Oct 3, 2015). Everything was wonderful - the room was super clean and very comfortable, it was always easy to find great food and drink, the beach was absolutely gorgeous and the staff were the friendliest/happiest we've ever experienced! We spent most of our time at the Excellence Club beach and the Gerardo, Alberto and Erik (concierges) and Carlos (waiter) were amazing and truly made it a vacation for us ...not only did they kno [... read more]w us by name by Day 2 we could barely finish a drink before another would arrive, they spread rose petals on our beach chairs the day of our wedding anniversary, they brought us dry towels if there was a brief rain shower! We also had the most amazing meals at "The Flavour Market" (where all the servers were amazing and brought us fabulous selections from the menu) and "Basmati" (Iris was wonderful!). This was our 10th anniversary trip and we generally don't spend this kind money to go to a resort, however after this trip we're hooked and looking to save up for our next trip to the resort next door owned by Excellence (Finest Club) with our kids.

Moon Palace Cancun: Amazing!

Service was a hit or miss. But everything else was perfect! Food was amazing at all restaurants. Morning coffee was much needed! Rooms were gorgeous. Too much to do with too little time! Definitely need to revisit.

Secrets The Vine Cancun: Amazing resort 5 star service.

I was impressed with the level of service we received at the resort. Everything was sparkling clean. Hotel staff were friendly. We stayed in the penthouse. I would recommend it. The view is just breath taking. Planing my next trip back.

Hotel Dos Playas Faranda: Super good resort right on the beach

nice simple and clean rooms. public washrooms always clean, updated, great five pools on site, staff very friendly, easy access to the hotel zones, great location excellent beach view from both sides, food was good too.

Moon Palace Cancun: Incredible Resort

To be honest this will be short and sweet. Everything was incredible Food Service Activities Access to other resorts .The only negative water on the beach has a lot of seeweed did not swim in ocean at this resort at all.
