Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Best resort ever!!

This was the second time we went here and they definitely didn't disappoint This resort is absolutely beautiful. The food was great. The staff is amazing. They make you feel very welcome. My 7 year old son had a great time at the outdoor kids club. We are planning to return at the end of the year. We highly recommend this resort.

Grand Pineapple Beach: I love it :)

The hotel is very clean and provides u great hospitality. The hotel manager Mrs. Daniela is very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay... The staffs were very helpful. They are very nice. The food was great (I mean it :)) Overall experience was awesome. The beach is gorgeous I’ll recommend this hotel to every couple and families :). You won’t regret, just be there :)

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Great experience

The Food was incredible. The Grounds were kept extremely well and was absolutely beauiful. Resort was very clean. Staff was friendly but their service could use some work. Beach was incredible. Pool was great.

Honestly, we have never been treated better by a resort in ours lives. There was literally nothing that we thought of that was lacking or wasn’t already provided. Absolutely amazing will be back ASAP

Dreams Rose Hall: Loved Our Stay

From our arrival to departure, the hotel and staff were amazing! Food was excellent, service in the restaurants was fabulous, and staff during the day were attentive and very friendly. Thea atmosphere of the hotel is very much catered to families. Entertainment was well organized and even with some rainy days, staff worked to change schedules and entertain as best as possible. The resort was well laid out and easy to maneuver. Beach was well maintained and chairs were plentiful. Pools, wa [... read more]ter slides, and lazy river we well kept and always functional. Staff were very watchful of the weather and would not allow us in the water if thunder/lightening began. Safety appeared to be a top priority. Rooms and grounds were kept very clean. Transportation to the resort was quick (approx 10 mins from airport) and well organized. We would recommend this resort to anyone visiting Jamaica and will be visiting again :D!

this was my second trip to this awesome resort and I will go every time I have a chance, the food was in abundances, the people were super nice, the beaches were awesome, beautiful weather tour guides were friendly very helpful would recommend the Grand Bahia chain to anyone.

it was more that 5 stars, awesome all the way, we do not know where to start ,on the second day I was going back. lol. the beaches, water,beautiful people, the service was a one, the food was excellent , too many choices,the morning walks were the best. we will return for sure.

Catalonia Montego Bay: My Happy Place!!!!

Amazing. I will go again and again! Wasn’t sure what to expect from a Holiday inn resort, as this was my first. But wow!!!! Amazing location just minutes from the airport, not too big, can see the ocean from almost every spot on the resort, every single staff member was friendly, warm, inviting, helpful and happy. Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites: Great Family Vacation at the Iberostar Rose Hall Suites

My husband and I and two kids, aged 16 and 19, stayed here in early May. Location is great, very close to the airport. The weather was great except for a few major downfalls, which were over fairly quickly. I didn't notice any bugs, which was fantastic! The property is very, very clean and well looked after. We asked for adjoining rooms through our travel agent at Trip Central, and by calling the resort directly. Our kids were given a room a few doors down from us and happily our keys could open their door. Free Wi-Fi throughout the resort meant we were always able to keep tabs on them, unless the Wi-Fi cut out, which it did from time to time. Our rooms were 4422 and 4419. They had great views of the resort, pool and ocean, and so quiet! We thought the rooms were lovely, spacious and spotless. Bed linens were very nice but the pillows were hard. Our bed in 4422 was HUGE. Our room came with robes, which were heavenly! My daughter called down to order up a few for their room. The kids also ordered room service every night. I think they got a big kick out of that. They loved the mozza sticks, which always arrived steaming hot with a spicy gravy and ketchup! The food at the buffet was great. I loved the crepes with real whipped cream and fruit every morning! It would have been nice to have had a mimosa station as I have seen in other resorts. Mimosas took forever to be delivered, which was disappointing. We were all in love with The Coffee Shop. The kids were in heaven. Some of their favorites were chai latte, peach lemonade iced tea, caramel Frappuccino, and my son adored the white chocolate Frappuccino with no coffee, always served with lots of whipped cream! Hubby and I loved our daily cappuccinos. My whole family agreed that the Steak House restaurant was fantastic! Steaks were tender and so flavorful! Beach lunch was great! Gourmet Restaurant was great, the calamari was amazing with candied slivered onions hidden underneath. Total yum! The steak was good, but not as good as at the Steakhouse. The Mediterranean Restaurant was not the best, with poor service and almost inedible mains- my cannelloni was so hard I could only eat part of the middle. It was also disappointing that they did not seem busy and yet the wine was not served until the end of the first course. On a positive note, the apps, which were serve-yourself, were pretty good and the dessert we chose, crème brûlée, although not a true crème brûlée, was delish with a sugary coconut cookie underneath. The pool was fun, and we never had to wait more than a minute to be served by the awesome bar staff at the swim up pool bar. We loved the ping-pong tables and giant connect four game beside the pool. The kids also joined in on some fun games of water polo in the activity pool. The lazy river was pretty but very, very lazy. Lol. Entertainment was great and not in your face, more low key than at other resorts I have been to, and yet fun. Water aerobics actually gave a bit of a workout, which was nice. The infinity pool was beautiful attached to the beach, which was clean, lovely, and very calm. We took out kayaks one day- FUN! My husband and son did a bit of sailing as well, which they loved! Night time entertainment was hit or miss. I did not enjoy the newlywed game. It seemed a bit silly. The Beyoncé show was incredible. We really liked going to the music bar at night. It was fancy and cozy with pool tables and foosball. The manager and some of the entertainment crew would challenge my son to games. This was one of the little extra touches that made the vacay that much more special. The karaoke selection was very limited, which was a bit of a disappointment. Iberostar, you need to work on that. :) If you decide to visit the spa, or gym you won't be disappointed. I had the best hot stone massage of my entire life there. Charmaine was so very sweet and very skilled at working out my knots. My daughter had Carmen, who was wonderful as well. Take advantage of the offerings while you are there, go in the pools, the sauna, and then to the juice bar, which is fabulous! The juice they make is so fresh, exotic and healthy! All in all, we had an unforgettable, stress-free vacation in a beautiful setting with people who want you to be happy. Well done, Iberostar.

Ground: clean, neat, lovely area Public areas: lots of chairs, more music at pool would be good Rooms: clean, well laid out, bathroom is a good size, lots of counter space Dining: delicious food, great options for reservations dinner dining, lots of variety Extras: Albert (trainee) a server at the pool was very friendly and attentive.

Totally enjoyed every bit of my stay great staff superfood very clean rooms the very service I look forward to was here all in all had a relaxing time wish I could have stayed longer next time for sure this Hotel will be my first choice

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Very nice resort

The grounds of the hotel are very well manicured, lush and clean. The rooms are also a very good size ( we had a junior suite) and the cleaning staff did an excellent job. The resort is very big and there are a lot of steps in the grounds from the pool area to the reception, bars etc. Food was good but fairly consistent with very little change from one night to the next. The a la carte restaurants were very nice and service was excellent. Service in the buffet restaurants was very hit and miss [... read more]. Some staff were extremely pleasant and helpful while others had to be constantly asked for the bare necessities e.g a glass of water, cutlery, and when they did so, it was very grudgingly! Beach was lovely, sand and clear water and good snorkelling along the rocks. Beach bars were well stocked with liquor but it would've been nice to have somewhere near the beach to grab a quick snack. Overall, we enjoyed the vacation. The only negative aspect was that we paid extra to upgrade to the Royal Golden programme. Definitely don't do it because it was a waste of money. Almost everything we paid extra for was included in the regular cost.

This is the second time we have been to this resort and I am 100% sure that we will be back again. There is not one thing I could complain about- all of the staff are friendly and courteous. Breakfast: Great buffets with ample choice or walk down to the Poseidon restaurant to eat with an ocean view and a more personalized service. Dinner: Where do I start - between the À la cart and buffets you will never go hungry - our favourite is the Italian where the paste is good and I actually had a better steak there than the steak restaurant!! Evening entertainment: Continuous, fun for all age groups. Poolside entertainment: “POP” - People of Palladium - never a dull day with this team about - plenty of poolside games to keep you busy if you wish or just sit back and enjoy the atmosphere. Water sports: Total Waterports is the business at the beach “Sunset Cove” - traditional activities, kayaking, catamaran, paddle boarding and snorkeling ($20 deposit required for snorkeling). There is also Scuba Diving with PADI certified instructors. Weather: Most days were perfect for myself - 30c however you can expect rain between May and September and boy when it rains it rains hard. A shout out to a few of the staff: Samuel at Total Watersports- thanks for keep my son and I safe during our dive and the patience you gave to my son when his nerves were getting the best of him. Jean at the main bar in the evening - you looked after us every night exactly as you did two years ago when we were at the resort. LaToya at the Italian restaurant - very pleasant, clearly explained the menu and choices - great personality and conversations. Kemar (probably spelt wrong) entertainer “POP” - only been at the Palladium for approximately 4 months but is a great entertainer with quirky games and a fun sense of humour.

Royalton Hideaway Negril: Paradise in negril

Beautiful place with a calm chill atmosphere. Everything we needed for a fabulous getaway. The resort was immaculate and we got a free upgrade! Food was amazing and the staff as well. Thanks to Marnie at tripcentral for recommending this gem!

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at aiberostar beach hotel, the food was amazing. The bat service was excellent, amazing service and beverage selections. the beach maintained daily. Hotel is staff very fun & kind & polite. Definitely will visit again :)

Azul Beach Resort Negril: BLISS!

Service was incredible, clean and bright rooms, happy people everywhere. Oh, and the food? PHENOMENAL! The Asian fusion restaurant is to die for and even the buffet at Mahogany felt like a five start restaurant. Will definitely be returning, thank you Natausha for the perfect booking!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Wonderful resort

Beautifully landscaped resort with clean comfortable rooms, and well kept main areas from lounges, pool area, washrooms, and buffet. Food was good and staff were all very friendly and always inquiring if everything was to our satisfaction. Will definitely be going back to this resort. The only downfall we found was the beach. My husband and I travel to Cuba quite a bit, and the beach was very disappointing in comparrison to the beaches we have been to there.

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Amazing Resort - Met and exceeded our expectations

Marnie recommended this resort and was exceptionally professional to deal with. We can highly recommend her services and the resort. The butlers all did their best to spoil us. The swim up rooms the best we have seen in our travels. The food and service very good. We (family of 10) had a fantastic time.

I love everything about this resort! There is something for everyone. The food is delicious and with fantastic variety. The hotel rooms are lovely - very roomy and clean. I love how everything is included - its amazing:)

Honestly everything was amazing, the grounds, pools, beach. buffet food was unbelievable good, we had four picky kids and they loved the buffet there was so much to choose from they always found something.
