Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Good Family Resort
The Grand Bahia Principe in Jamaica is a good resort for families. The distance between buildings are closer than the map shows. The Water Park is an excellent feature at the resort for both kids and adults. Very limited standard food options for meat or poultry as there is a lot of seafood and stewed/seasoned meats. Need to clean their shoreline from seaweed for paths to clear waters. Also need to clean pool waters with chlorine more often than once a week. Entertainment staff were great [... read more]
Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: perfect resort
Fantastic resort, service was exceptional, food was amazing ... Not a complaint all!! Rooms were always clean and staff all were willing to go out of their way. Jamaicans really know how to take care of vacationers! Polite and helpful. And, they all looked very professional in their uniforms from the kitchen to the security. We felt safe and very welcome!
Catalonia Montego Bay: Great beach
Best beach area we have been to. Third time in Jamaica. Specialty restaurants are great, Italian one the best. Were upgraded to a great room. Shop at Rose Hall for better quality souvenirs and no hassle from the vendors.
Grand Palladium Jamaica: Remarkable Resort.
The hotel was amazing, staff is great. I already recommended 5 friends to come. I will be back soon. I’m amazed. I also got the chance to DJ at the club on the resort and it was great. 10/10 for everyone
Riu Montego Bay: Awesome Resort
The resort was well maintained and very clean. Most likely due to the detail oriented staff which were always there to take care of the small details. The entertainment staff was very friendly and always available to answer any questions or concerns.
Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Good resort
The hotel was very good, the variety of food was excellent. The only problem - there is no beach and no place to swim in the sea. That was a huge disappointment to me. I don't think I will come back because of that reason.
Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Awesome Trip
Snorkeling on the beach was awesome couldn't ask for better the beach was also in walking distance. Pool looked nice didn't use it once due to the snorkeling. Buffet had something for everyone and the staff was great. Italian restaurant had the best steak tenderloin I ever had. Stayed in the room with the ocean view the balcony was nice to sit on at night where you could watch all the activities which were shut down at 11. We did a tour to black river which was an extremely long day and wouldn't [... read more]
Couples Tower Isle: Still amazing!
This is our 3rd time to Couples Tower Isle and it is still the only place we have repeated. The resort is kept immaculate. The common areas have all been updated with new furnishings since our last visit 5 years ago. While the bed is very comfortable, it is time to update the rooms. We can't say enough about the friendliness, courtesy and service attitude of all of the staff. I requested vegan meals, spoke to the chef the first night and something was prepared on the spot. In subsequent nights [... read more]
Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: We love this resort!
We have travelled to other Jamaican resorts in the past and find that the value and amenities this resort offers always exceed our expectations. We have stayed on the Grand side 3 times prior and this was our first time on the luxury side and we were not disappointed.
Azul Beach Resort Negril: Great resort for young families
The resort is very well kept. The staff is extremely friendly and the food is better than most resorts. The kids playhouse is perfect for entertaining the little ones. I wish the resort were closer to the airport, but with the new airport coming to Negril that won't be an issue for long.
Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Love Jamaica!
This is not my first trip to Jamaica. But first time at this particular resort. It is HUGE! Beach was my least fav part about the place. But it is totally somewhere I would take my kids. They have so many things offered for families with children it made me miss mine even more!
Legends Beach Resort: AMAZING PLACE TO STAY
This holiday was a great experience as always. I have gone to Legends Beach Resort for many years and have always been satisfied with all aspects of this hotel on a most convenient spot and my favorite beach location. Every time I return to Legends the staff is the best and there year after year. I remember them and they remember me. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The cook Jean, makes amazing Jamaican style food with enough choices that there is always something for everyone to enjoy. [... read more]
Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Beautiful resort
Glad we chose this hotel. The grounds are well kept, the rooms are spacious and the service was excellent. I have already recommended it to a friend. Food was plentiful, choices for any diet, and tasty.
Sunscape Splash: Amazing resort
I returned a few days ago from Sunscape Splash with my Husband and two kids and can we say we are very much missing the resort! Amazing staff, helpful, polite and made you feel at home! Food was great since we love Jamaican food and they had great options for my picky kids! Always easy to find something to eat! Best part for my kids was the water park! They lived in it and have to admit so did my husband and I! Felt like kids again! Beach was nice not big but good enough for us! The reso [... read more]
Riu Reggae: Great Resort
Small adults only resort, great rooms ours had a sofa bed that came in handy as we were three adults in one room. The food options were very good as well as the restaurant choices, will definatley go back one day.
Couples Swept Away: Met and exceeded our expectations!
We have been to Negril upwards of 20 times - CSA was our first AI in Negril. We have always either rented a villa or stayed at some of the smaller hotels on the cliffs and beach (including Idle Awhile - Couples Swept Away's "daughter" property just down the beach). After researching other areas in the Caribbean we opted to go back, yet again, to Negril because of the familiarity to the area, the property NOT being isolated, the more relaxed vibe, outdoor/ alfresco dining at almost all restaurant [... read more]
Catalonia Montego Bay: Enjoyable vacation - April 28 - May 6, 2018
Overall, this is a favourable resort. Property was well maintained. Room was clean and comfortable but missed having a fridge. Food was good. There was a wide variety at the buffet and there were hambugers, hot dogs, jerk pork and chicken etc. and snacks available right through the day. Special thanks to Kadene, Rayon and Ecumar for their great service and also the staff at Jerk Hut. Thanks also to Omar, chief executive chef, for his kind gestures. Beach was clean. There are about 3 or 4 sect [... read more]

Dreams Rose Hall: More than a Family Style resort
Lots of space for family activities as well as areas for adult beach relaxation areas. Lazy River was a hit for kids from 3 to 90! Beautiful views when walking the Golf course. Restaurant service and food are excellent. Lots of variety of healthy food choices including beverages. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Golfers...check out the on site highly rated and challenging Rose Hall golf course.
Riu Reggae: Fun trip
Food was good, beach is not Negril but still very nice. Good entertainment and access to the other riu hotels right beside was great as a friend of mine was at riu Montego Bay. Jerk hut is a must for lunch. New and clean. Good mix of couples and singles from all over the world. Checked reviews before booking and people complained about the airport being right beside but honestly was not a problem, so you hear a plane once in a while who cares you’re in Jamaica mon’, no problem.
