Extremely clean, wonderful workers, lots of choices for liquor, and great location walking downtown within minutes. Was afraid of food poisoning, but had fine dining every night! Lobster and steak (Y)

All Ritmo Cancun Resort And Waterpark: Warning!!! Worst Resort Ever!!!

We just got back in Sunday from Mexico. We checked in in the 14th of June and checked out the next day and spent a wonderful stay at the Sandos Caracol. Do not waste your money at All Ritmo, very dirty, very small, food was horrible And resort was very small

Bellevue Beach Paradise: Great resort

The hotel was older so if you are use to 5 star it is not for you. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. I read other reviewa that were not true. There is a free shuttle from airport to resort you just need to look for the company you flew with when you get off the plane. There was always a large varitey of food for breakfast, dinner and supper which was very tastey. When you arrive to your room there are two bottles of water, you need to save your bottle and fill it up yourself  [... read more]on the bottom floor of your hotel which is not a big deal. The beach view and access is amazing and the two pools are great with a swim up bar. My husband and I would go back to this hotel without a doubt ; )

Excellence Playa Mujeres: By far the best resort I have ever been to

The Excellence Playa Majeures all round has everything. The restaurants to the beautiful accomodations to amazing pools the luscious green grounds and the best thing I think is the great staff who work there. They have obviously been trained very well, they bend over backwards to satisfy your every request. The no reservations needed for the restaurants is another thing I liked. I highly recommend this resort.

Secrets The Vine Cancun: Beautiful Resort!

Modern resort with beautiful suites and lots of areas to kick back and relax and find privacy. I never felt lost as there was always staff to help out with anything I may have needed. Room service food was sub-par but the restaurants were delicious. I also loved the coffee bar for mid-day snacks and caffeine pick-me-ups! I would definitely return to Secrets the Vine Cancun.

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Amazing resort. Great for families!

When we arrived we were greeted by the bell boy and our luggage was taken care of. Reception was wonderful and we got rooms close together and with great views. But really the view doesn't matter because you don't spend much Tim in your room. Food was awesome and service was exceptional. Buffet was clean and had lots of selection for young and old alike. The pool side snack bar was a hit for the kids and we enjoyed the oriental buffet. Our favorite restaurants were Los Gallos and fisherman's. Th [... read more]e entertainment staff went above and beyond. Pools were clean and stunning and the grounds were well kept. Our room was right above the lobby so it was a little noisy but that was told to us before we chose the room and it never stopped us from sleeping. Over all we had a wonderful vacation and we will be back :)

Krystal Grand Cancun: Worth almost every dime!

The hotel was clean and the people were friendly for most. I had all inclusive and I didn't like was that I couldn't other more that one drink at a time when you can order as many plate as you would like. I didn't like that we had access to the Krystal but the stasis treated me like I was not a guess and restricted me access to the premises.

Finest Playa Mujeres by Excellence Group: Amazing resort- plan on returning soon!

It was our first stay at this new resort. It is clean, food is very good, beach is great and you can walk for a long time. All is perfect and we plan on going again soon. N.B. rooms maynot be not ideal for persons that are not a family since the shower is a glass shower and that there is no door to the bathroom.

Secrets The Vine Cancun: Spectacular Vacation

This was our second time staying at secrets the vine. Food very good especially Olio which was our favorite restaurant. Staff very friendly, rooms were large with great views, white sand beach. Will definitely return

Moon Palace Cancun: Best Vacation!

Very clean and spacious resort. Friendly staff. Huge pool. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Resort credit is a bonus but even if you decide to just rest in the resort they host their own shows/markets/live music so never gets boring. Enjoyed visiting Beach Palace/Sun Palace on their courtesy bus that goes to the hotel zone every day. RECOMMENDED!!

The Pyramid Cancun: Awesome resort

I Loved it! Always something going on. Perfect for a younger crowd. Great drinks, service was good and the food was amazing! Everyone at the resort was very helpful especially if you wanted to go Into town.. I would definitely recommend this resort

Grand Oasis Cancun: Good, not great

I went to this resort expecting a party resort, and that is definitely what Cancun Oasis caters to. The service is pretty bad overall, but there is lots of alcohol, a good beach and fun parties every night. The room was better than expected; however, the air conditioners break a lot and it made me sick/cough when it was on (probably mold). The Italian restaurant on the resort is great, but all other room options are mediocre, especially the buffet.

Beloved Playa Mujeres by Excellence: Perfect Place for Families

this resort is a boutique hotel, only 109 rooms, perfect size for families. Easy to get around, rooms are close to beach and restaurants. Great kids club and pool area with slides for small kids. Restaurants are good, 24 room service was our favorite for breakfast. Aroma was best restaurant. Lupita was good too. Beach is beautiful and lots of beach chairs. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with really nice rain fall showers. There are free catamaran rides to Isla Mujeres.

The Sens Cancun: Amazing resort!!!

Good food, good people. Rooms are a little outdated and internet is not included, but other than that the resort is very beautiful!! Staff are very friendly. Everything is close by!! and me and my family had an amazing experience. My kids loved it!!!

All Ritmo Cancun Resort And Waterpark: great for kids

Awesome for kids, Waterpark can be a little crowded. Actually have the activities they claim kn the website. Attended with a party of 7, they accommodated at all times for dinners, etc. Staff was friendly and there were no late night drunk partyers

Flamingo Cancun Resort: Do not go.

Pros-clean room and most staff were great mall across the street, free wifi at the ourback across the street. Cons-The worst thing the happened was one of the couples was celebrating their 50th and were going to be renewal of vows ceremony so paid to have a cabana for the day($25), spent $300 on decorations and and spent 2 hours decorating, when we showed for the ceremony the decorations were gone. Dropped off on road, had to take own luggage up a hill to hotel -Booked 10 months in advance, 10 people but couldn't be together, was told management had made sure we were all over the resort -They advertise free WiFi in lobby, the do not have it, $7 a day, may or may not work -No fridge in room $45 for 5 days, we bought a cooler and used their ice -No clocks in room, we bought watches and clocks -No bottled water -Air conditioner worked so terribly it was cooler on the deck at night. -When showering suds came up through the drain by the toilet -Buffet only had 12 items and they couldn't keep up, usually 2 item missing, desserts were terrible. At breakfast they only had a 2 slice toaster for the whole place. They could one fill the dining room to 1/2 full because they were running out of food. -washing and buffing the walkway around the pool and dining room at meal time, blocking the way to the dining room off when everyone was trying to go. - A la Carte was good for supper but don't go for breakfast, 3 items no toast. Lunch 2 hours -Advertised beach bar, there was one there but they wouldn't serve you unless you were ordering food at the a la carte, so if at beach you had to use the pool bar which only would serve 2 drinks per person, No travel mugs. -The Lobby bar opened at 4 but it was way to hot in there no a/c -Advertised entertainment staff, it the lady walking around with a ball in her hand was the entertainment staff I guess we had it. -Advertised Kids Club, they have everything, a playroom, kids pool, kids loungers and toys but it was also canned like everything else. -6 beds at pool and 4 loungers on island, people had stuff laying everywhere even trying to take beds that were being used already. -Played elevator music all day at the pool, lets not get happy -2 drinks limit, so order 2 drinks fill you travel mug and order 2 more. -could swim in the ocean for the 2 weeks we were their it was to rough and 1 person had to be rescued so we would take the bus to turtle beach for the day.

Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa: Paradise

This is a paradise hotel. The food was good. The staff was helpful and friendly. The beach was heaven and the pool is sexy. The locals don't bug you on the beach like some resorts. It is mandatory that you drink tequila while you ate in Cancun.

Holiday Inn Cancun Arenas: Not too bad

The resort,people and food were really good.The only problem we had with this place was the beach or should I say lack of. The beach was very small and water was very dirty and nowhere to swim. Other than that it wasent too bad.

Beach Palace: Fantastic Hotel!!

A group of 12 adults just spent one week at Beach palace. This hotel is close to a big mall (walking distance) close to night life and is on a beautiful strech of beach!!! Very clean and all staff where genuinely kind and helpful. Food at buffet and two other restaurants (Asian and Italian) was excellent.

Flamingo Cancun Resort: A Sad State of Affairs!!

The staff was friendly and tried their very best to be accommodating, but the policies and overall management of this resort were deplorable!! Two bars - only one bar was open at a time. Drinks limited to two per person per order, so if you're with a party of people, you can't pick up drinks for your friends. The buffet was small, the variety and flavour even smaller. There's ONE two-slice toaster provided for breakfast. They served the same dishes (changed up one or two things) every morning fo [... read more]r two weeks. You have to stand in line at the bar to get a glass of water. Its not made available anywhere else on the resort. There's one a la carte restaurant, good food and great service, but a nightmare trying to make a successful reservation. No free wifi on site, as advertised. Rooms were clean, beach was beautiful. This place has the potential to be great, but due to poor management, the staff morale is obviously very low, which led to one mistake after another, especially with interdepartmental communication. A simple thing like getting two bottles of water delivered to our room took 4 days and 5 phone calls!!
