Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Amazing family vacation

Perfect vacation. The food, pool, beach and entertainment crew were awesome. I can’t wait to go back. We had an amazing experience at the grand Bahia principe Jamaica. A special shout out to Malik and Kevin from the entertainment crew. You guys made our stay that much more special.

Dreams Rose Hall: Beautiful resort

The grounds were lovely, the food excellent, service very friendly, polite and intuitive. We went for a family wedding and that went off very well except for the rain but that is out of anyone’s control. As a senior with serious mobility issues I have a few suggestions. The beds are much too high. They are very comfortable but need a footstool to get into\onto it. I travel with one but it is really too small to be truly safe. We had to pay extra to get a room with a walk in shower. A fe [... read more]w more automatic doors would help as would a few chairs at the pool. The lounges are not useful to me. The main dining room was very very noisy due to hard surfaces but the food choices were great. The specialty restaurants were very good and not so noisy.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Perfect Wedding

We chose this resort for our wedding in April without ever having visited and we couldn't have been happier with our choice!!! We loved everything about our experience at GPLH. The food, beaches, rooms, grounds and people were amazing. Our wedding day went perfectly as well...beautiful location, great spa service, wonderful meal and amazing photos. Thanks to our wedding coordinator Thorna-Ann for making everything perfect.

Dreams Rose Hall: Best staff!

This hotel was great. We have been to Jamaica 3 times and many times to mexico and punta cana. This has been by far the best resort. Food was good lots of options, facilities were well kept, and the best part was the staff. Everyone at the Hilton rose hall made us feel welcome and important, always with a smile in their face and happy to be serving you!

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Would definitely go back!

Luxury Bahia Principe Jamaica is a great resort, from food to staff to entertainment and activities. They go out of their way to make your stay a memorable one! We had no complaints. I would highly recommend the resort to anyone looking for an above par vacation experience!

We had a blast we brought our twins 15yrs old, they had a blast Service was great, people very friendly willing to go above and beyond to help you, property is really clean, they are on top of everything at the Hilton rose, The only thing I had hard time with was the food. A little spicy for me , but there was always pasta chicken nuggets and stuff like that,

Dreams Rose Hall: Great Hotel

This is a fabulous family hotel with a large, sandy beach and several outdoor swimming pools. The staff are courteous and friendly and go out of their way to help you. The food is fabulous and plentiful. My only issue was with reception which is not adequately staffed. When our group of 40 arrived there where only two people on reception. Each did the best they could but it took over an hour for us all to check in. At later times when I went to reception there were still only one or two p [... read more]eople on staff so I had to always wait a long time to talk to anyone. This is a silly problem that could and should be easily fixed. Reception is the first contact a visitor has with the hotel and that first impression is important. There are stations for five staff on reception and those five plus a few others should be on reception during the day when large groups are coming in.

The grand bahia principe was an amazing resort. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The grounds were Immaculate, food was amazing. Entertainment was never ending. Would definitely go back to this resort. Loved it all!!!!

Dreams Rose Hall: Lovely Resort

The hotel is very nice. It is very clean, beautifully landscaped. The food is delicious, with prompt and excellent service in Fresh the main dining room. The speciality restaurants shine. The staff at the bars are friendly, efficient and cognizant of underage patrons. The coffee bar was a great addition not only for a good cup of coffee but a quiet place to converse with friends or to use ones laptop for personal emails or for business. We were there for our daughters wedding and the venue was perfect in a lovely gazebo. Unfortunately it rained but the staff quickly and seamlessly moved the reception inside. The wedding dinner was at the Three Palms restaurant making the occasion very special. The nightly entertainment was good and suites all ages. The Silver Steeband was superb with exceedingly talented musicians. The Lazy River is so much fun for all ages. This all inclusive resort is suitable for all ages from infants to the octogenarians. The lifeguard staff are vigilant and quick to handle tenuous situations, Getting around is easy and very acccesible for those with mobility issues. We were impressed with the overall security of the resort making it a safe and secure place for children, preteens and teens.

Catalonia Montego Bay: Great vacation!

You get what you pay for, this is not a 5 star resort and doesn’t claim to be, we had a great time! The power was out for one day, it was over 30 degrees outside so it was a rough day not having anywheres to cool off, the staff was great, the man who works the late shift cooking at the snack bar was awesome and went above and beyond for us as well as a young man who worked at the pool bar, the rooms are a bit dated but who goes to Jamaica to spend time in the room anyways? We spent all of our  [... read more]time on the adult side which was a nice feature, also TONS of snorkeling if that’s your thing, lots of tropical fish and sting rays, not much of a beach to swim in as there’s so much coral. Our favourite restaurant was the kenko Japanese, definitely worth the $20 we also would highly reccomend the Italian, for the young people there’s a club type of bar upstairs in the lobby kinda hidden away

Riu Reggae: DEFINITELY RETURNING TO RIU REGGAE

This resort was amazing. The grounds were kept immaculate. The workers there are friendly, welcoming and very professional. The resort has everything for everyone. either it be relaxing, partying, adventure or all of the above. The Entertainment Crew is what really made the resort what it is! They were beyond welcoming and entertaining! They ran the resort all day long and made sure everyone was having a blast. Sonic, Flava, Barbie, Stringbean, to name a few were absolutely amazing! I think Riu Reggae will be my annual vacation spot! Loved it!

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Great Getaway to Jamaica!

Hotel exceeded expectations! Close to the airport, food was delicious - nice variety in the buffet daily and the Japanese and steakhouse a la cartes were so tasty! Pool and beach were both great, rooms were standard, nice and clean with big balconies. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great standard hotel for a quick getaway.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Absolutely Breathtaking!

Everything about this resort was perfection. The beaches, the food, the friendly staff, the room, the pool.. honestly couldn't get any better than Grand Bahia. I've been to several Caribbean Resorts, and this one has impressed me the most with the outstanding staff that makes sure our trip is one to remember. We're already thinking of coming back next year. To anyone who's looking for 5 star service, this resort is the place for you!

Sunscape Cove: Pleasant stay at Sunscape Cove

The hotel staff were very accommodating and pleasant, they answered any questions I had and made me feel very safe and welcome. The beaches were quite rocky but there were an array of tropical fish that were amazing to see. The resort was very clean and quiet. We stayed only 4 days and did 3 excursions in which were all well organized. The tour guides went above and beyond to point out all the culture and heritage that the areas passing by had to offer. They even pointed out Usain Bolt's high sc [... read more]hool, taught us some history about Jamaica and why they drive on the opposite sides of the road, etc. You definitely get what you pay for and more! Overall I had a very pleasant stay at Sunscape Cove, Jamaica. I would return again.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: 3rd time a charm

Third time at this hotel, great chain. Good upgrade for repeat guests as well as champagne and chocolates in our room for anniversary. So much has changed since our last visit in 2014. They’ve added some really great amenities like a kids waterpark, which was fun for both adults and kids alike. Service was excellent, everyone smiled and said hello. Front desk was quick to attend to any issues, they even call you to see that everything is good. Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Another successful visit

We have stayed at this resort in the past. This being our 3rd time. And once again it didn’t disappoint. The beach was nice as always. The new kids water park was a lot of fun for the kids of the friends we were travelling with. The only real issue which wasn’t the hotels fault was the out break of flying ants(they call them rain ants) in our room. They came quickly. The resort sprayed our room but at 12:30 in the morning we awoke to them all over our bed. They moved us to another  [... read more]room right away. It’s funny now but my wife was a little freaked out. The staff were friendly as always. The food was good. We will definitely be back again especially if the price is right

Sunscape Cove: A jamazing time!!

Hotel room was beautiful and cleaned every day! Very impressed with the customer service we received while we were there! Hotel was organized and helpful with any questions we had. The views could not be beat! Ocean in front of us and the mountains behind us. Food was ok, buffet not the best but other restaurants were good! Room service was perfect! Friendly serving staff. If you’re looking for sandy beaches I would go to Negril next time. I would recommend Sunscape cove!!

Catalonia Montego Bay: Nice resort

Grounds were clean. Rooms were nice. Staff is excellent. Our cleaning lady Darnette went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Shout out to all the staff for making us feel welcome on our first visit to Jamaica. A great family resort. Beach is perfect for children.

Catalonia Montego Bay: Good for families, young or old

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, A/C worked, free safe, coffee maker, iron, lots of towels. No fridge. Sea calm, shallow, clear and warm although could use more shelters for shade as people claim these early. Entertainment very good. Good selection of food: Jamaican, children, special diets, etc. Well labelled eg. gluten free, dairy. Missing Jamaican patties. Can find food at all times of the day. Good location, near airport, across from shopping centre, craft markets next door. Excellent [... read more] value for the price.

Riu Reggae: More a 4 star than a 5

I have never written a review before although my husband & I travel once or twice a year to all-inclusive resorts. The resort itself was spotless. The food in the buffet was very good. The a-la-carte restaurants were much the same as the buffet. For the most part you were still serving yourself. The wi-fi was great. The resort is very small and really seems more suited to the 18 to 30 year olds. There was a fire alarm at 11:30 PM. We all congregated in the lobby. There didn't appear to be any  [... read more]management around just the desk clerk . He was on the phone the whole time so there was no one to give any directions. Eventually we were told to go back to our rooms where the fire alarm continued for another 30 minutes before they got it turned off. There did not seem to be any protocols in place for a fire or any other type of emergency. It was the first time in our travels that I didn't feel safe in our resort. I did speak to the Manager the next day. Besides apologizing he was not able to reassure me that that actually do have safety protocols. This is not OK.
