Riu Palace Paradise Island: Great Beach Resort!
Hotel wasn't as bigged as it looked like in the pictures. Beach is very clean and the water is amazing. The pool is also really great. The alcohol is amazing but the night life is not. Very close to Atlantis which does have great nightlife. Fun activities happening everyday throughout the day at the resort. The staff is amazing and food is pretty good. Spa treatments are way too expensive.
Melia Nassau Beach Resort: Incredible resort, amazing trip!
The Melia was a FANTASTIC resort to celebrate our honeymoon and my birthday! Excellent staff, food and drinks! The room was clean; service was consistent and all of our needs were met. Special shoutout to Monique who was the highlight of the trip! She always remembered our drinks and made us feel VIP with personalized, genuine service!
Riu Palace Paradise Island: Amazing resort
Loved everything about the resort. Great food, amazing staff and clean resort. I would definitely recommend this resort to others and I would definitely come back to the same resort. We had lots of fun.
Melia Nassau Beach Resort: As expected
Hotel was clean, service was average, food was as expected. Nothing shocking in either direction (great nor bad). Decent value for money and the location was good. I wasn’t blown away but I was satisfied with my week.
Riu Palace Paradise Island: Always a pleasure
This was our 4th time at the RIU and we always enjoy our stay. Everyone is amazing. The grounds are beautifully manicured. The beach is great and the ocean brilliant. The rooms are clean and the food is delicious. I wish they would bring back making reservations at the restaurants though. I’m not a fan of standing in line for 45 minutes. We will definitely return!
The Royal at Atlantis: Amazing!
Everything was amazing. Minus a few minor details -the spa could have been better, there was no bath robe in the room, and we were sent on the wrong excursion by the guest service agent working there. The beach, pool and staff were amazing!
Riu Palace Paradise Island: Great Resort
Second time we've stayed there. The hotel has been totally renovated and looks amazing. The grounds are well tended with two large pools, and the beach is beautiful. The food at the buffet as well as at the restaurants is very good and the service is spectacular. Definitely coming back again!!
The Beach at Atlantis: Went with 4 year old and 17 month old. Good vacation
The beach is dated but if you not made of money good enough. You are never in the room anyway. Biggest thing is that when we went the hotel had low occupancy so many restaurants were not open all the time and the pool and lazy river right by the beach hotel was closed. That was the reason we booked to have easy access. No one told us this when booking and was very angry about it. So low crowds may be good but some stuff isnt open. Alot of restaurants didnt open till 5:30. That being said I will [... read more]
Riu Palace Paradise Island: Excellent getaway
I wanted a quick getaway only 4 nights and the Riu was a perfect place. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean. Shower was amazing and bathrobes are nice and comfy. The food was fantastic. The beach is amazing! Would definitely go back!
Warwick Paradise Island: Perfect Vacation
The hotel was amazing! The staff were attentive and friendly. The hotel was clean and my husband and I found the food to be great. We especially love mimosas, seaside grill, martinis and the desserts.
Melia Nassau Beach Resort: A pleasant holiday
The room was simply decorated but clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Food in the buffet was repetitive and lacking in variety. Hot food was rarely hot enough though. The beach grill had a very limited menu and the food was plain bordering on boring. The a la carte restaurants had excellent food and service, especially Aqua, the Italian restaurant. Drink service on the beach and at the pool was hit or miss. Some days there was no server at all, other days service was sporadic. On one d [... read more]
Riu Palace Paradise Island: Amazing Resort -- but beware of Jr Suite Ocean View - accommodation
Hello, We wanted to share our experience with you about our recent 4-day vacation to RIU Bahamas. We travelled with 7 friends from November 21st to 25, 2019. Before we left for our vacation, we were reading the reviews for this resort and most were very good but it did mention that the Junior Ocean Suite would not accommodate 3 people as described. We brought this issue forward to our Trip Central travel agent – but were very disappointed with her reply. We went thru a travel ag [... read more]
Riu Palace Paradise Island: Excellent Resort
The RIU is in a very nice location. The view is beautiful from our balcony. The friendly staff is always willing to meet your needs. Delicious food and drinks are always available. The comfortable room is great for relaxing in.
Riu Palace Paradise Island: Wonderful Adult Resort
This is a really lovely compact all inclusive hotel. The whole place is very well kept and clean. In addition, I found that all the staff were welcoming, friendly, obliging, and very grateful in accepting tips - unlike a lot of other all inclusive resorts in the Caribbean where staff expect tips for everything and are surly if they don't receive them. The rooms are a good size and there are always loungers available by the pools. The poolside bbq of jerk chicken for lunch was absolutely delici [... read more]
Melia Nassau Beach Resort: Great Resort!
The hotel was lovely, it was right by the water, the buffet restaurant had lots of selection and good hours, there were activities to do by the water. We had a very relaxing time and really enjoyed the evening events
Warwick Paradise Island: Lovely Resort
The Warwick Paradise Island is a small resort, a nice change from huge resorts. The beach is not very big but the pool is quite large. It is located at the harbour so plenty of boats to watch sail by. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly.
Grand Hyatt Baha Mar: A fantastic getaway!
Overall, the island of Nassau has 2 major resorts; Atlantis and the Baha Mar. After visiting Atlantis and the Baha Mar, I would hands down recommend stayng at the Baha Mar. There are 3 hotels on the property; the Grand Hyatt, the SLS and the Rosewood. All are incredible. The service is amazing. The food is unbelievable, especially Cleo in the SLS and The Swimming Pig in the Grand Hyatt. The pools and beach are great and the poolside food is great as well. They are in the process of b [... read more]
Riu Palace Paradise Island: Our Go to
Hotel has become more of a party destination... had to change our room because being in the middle of a 50th or 40th bday gathering . Two double beds side by side suck and the pillows even with 4 each were really bad , woke up stiff and sore every morning. Staff is still amazing !! Food was good, spa massage was very nice ðŸ‘
Melia Nassau Beach Resort: Great Time
This was the perfect family get away for my kids and I. The room was nice, staff was very friendly and helpful and there were lots for my boys (age 16 & 14) to do. There were plenty of water accessories available at the beach; snorkeling gear, floaties, water mats, kayaks and water boards. There was also beach volleyball, ping pong and basketball which my kids also enjoyed. We had good food, a wide selection and drinks available pretty much anywhere. I would highly recommend this resort. We foun [... read more]
