Rosen Inn International: Very Nice Hotel

Well run Hotel. Our room was very nice, overlooking the pool and gardens. The staff was helpful and courteous. We enjoyed the roast beef buffet twice. Salads at Lite Brite Cafe were really good. The exercise room is well equipped. Pool is heated. We would gladly stay at a Rosen hotel again. Good value.

Disney Art of Animation Resort: Perfect Family Resort

The room was always in perfect condition. The staff is very friendly. They do everything to make sure your vacation is the best it can be. Loved the resort. The buses run every 20mins, so you can get to any park within 30mins of leaving your room.

Sirata Beach Resort: Great Vacation

Everything with the trip went smoothly. Hotel was great, nice staff, clean resort which is in the process of being completely renevated. Can't wait to go back. 2 negatives would be had to pay for beach chairs which were costly and flight home had a stop over in St-petes which is where I had just drove 2hrs from to catch our flight in Orlando and they double booked our seats.

Disney All Star Sports: Disney Value Resort - Simple and Clean

Hotel decor is outdated, but room was clean and staff was friendly. Nice pool, laundry facility on premises and access to complimentary transportation to all Disney parks. Resort food is expensive and not the greatest, but we only ate breakfast there most days. Finally, it's a great place to lay your head at the end of the day and save yourself some money for the other resorts are very expensive.

Coco Key Hotel & Water Park: Some good some not so good

This is my third stay at this hotel. When we checked in we found that we were booked into a ground floor room but they changed that to the tower when we asked. The front desk lady was also very helpful in other ways during the week. In the room we had a problem with the toilet not flushing properly. After 2 unsuccessful repair attempts over two days we asked for another room. Both rooms looked tired and in need of a bit of a refresher but they were clean and the room staff did good job on a dai [... read more]ly basis. I had to call Canada one day and there was a problem with getting through. A front office gentleman without my asking offered to use his cell phone to make the call which I did. All staff were in fact customer focused and great to work with. We did not eat at the hotel as we always eat offsite. The weather was not conducive to using the pools until the last evening. All of the grounds and hallways looked to be clean and well maintained. It is centrally located on International Drive with many restaurants in easy walking distance and an all you can eat pizza place across the street. Access to I-4, the main highway through Orlando was easy. It could be classed as a budget hotel with many good things going for it. I would not hesitate in staying there again.

Hyatt Regency Orlando: Lovely hotel

The staff (from front desk to maids) were courteous and helpful. Clean and well kept grounds. Beautiful pools and hot tubs. Sandy area near the kiddy pool was a favourite spot for my young daughter.

Coco Key Hotel & Water Park: Very Good Place to stay for children

Beds were very comfortable and room very clean and modern. Water Park was awesome and my son love it. Breakfast buffets were great, food was delicious. The shuttle bus was convenient to get to where we needed to be.

Universal Cabana Bay Beach Resort: Absolutely amazing resort

The style was done so well, the shapes, colors etc. The bowling room reminded me of the ones in the black and white movies. Great decor. Pools were very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. About the food, lots of fast food of course but there was always a healthy choice on the menu. The main dining room, with the round banquettes and the 2 huge screens showing black and white advertising from the 50s, was a delight. Walking distance to Volcana Bay and a free shuttle every 10 minutes [... read more] to Universal Studios with friendly drivers. Only one negative comment. The first thing that comes to mind about the era is the milk shakes. There was only one place to get them and the taste was horrible. There should be Milk Shakes stations in the hotel, using good quality ice cream, with milk and served in a milk shake glass. I will definitely go back to this hotel.

Walt Disney World Dolphin: Fantastic Family Vacation

The World Dolphin resort was amazing and beautiful. The grounds so well kept and plenty of activities for the kids. The pools were full everyday with happy families with music and games. Naples Grande Beach Resort: Amazing time great staff

We stayed after the hurricane, so unfortunately the slide and restaurant was closed, kids were disappointed for sure, but we found the staff so friendly and kind our stay was wonderful!!! Food wasn’t the greatest for the price. Not cheap! Resort charges and restaurant bill was about 2000 on top of the actual room charge for the week. Best thing about this hotel by far is the staff.

Tuscana Resort: nice condo rental

it was great having a 3 bedroom condo with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. the location was good, close to all the theme parks. good restaurants close by and a grocery store .pool area was lovely with lots of shade

Holiday Inn Resort Lake Buena Vista: Awesome hotel and staff

We totally loved the hotel and the staff working there. They were very professional and treated their guests with respect. We would definitely recommend this hotel. The Disney shuttle was also a nice plus for this hotel. The maid service was awesome.

Melia Orlando Hotel at Celebration: Very comfortable suites!

We were pleasantly surprised with the suite's layout. The hotel grounds were well kept and beautiful. Very good location for a Disney vacation, close to parks. Couple of things that could be improved: Water pressure in the shower was too low Some minimum supplies in the kitchenette would be welcome: soap, sponge, packets of salt, pepper and butter

Sheraton Vistana Village: Excellent Resort

This is our third stay at this resort and we have never been disappointed. Great staff and superb facilities. Always super clean and well maintained. It is our go-to place when visiting Orlando and we hope to return again.

Sirata Beach Resort: Excellent Choice for our short getaway!

The hotel was good, rooms very clean and serviced every day! The restaurants (and drinks), were all good and again great service. Beach was huge and amazing, we walked it every day. The only issue we had was through Sunwing at Toronto, the website was down again not allowing any preboard/printing and resulted in 2hrs just to get bags checked and boarding pass.

Buena Vista Suites: Fair

Rooms was not so clean and housekeeping was disapointing. Service was good. Cleanliness of loby, pool was grat. Front desk staff was frendly. Only if rooms are un good condition would make it 5 star. Housekeeping was doing very bad job.

Holiday Inn Orlando Suites - Waterpark: Crappy resort

I will start by saying that when we arrived at 200 am we checked in and got taken to our room with a golf cart which was ok what wasn’t ok is the guy sat there and said well get in load your luggage and didn’t help nice service not .so rude.this resort for being a holiday inn does not offer anything they charge money for everything they can. It’s out in the middle of nowhere so if you didn’t have a car you were stuck buying food there.we ate the breakfast buffet one morning and my 10 ye [... read more]ar old nephew could eat free but not off the buffet that was a joke the breakfast they brought him for free could not feed a mouse they didn’t offer a continental breakfast or anything free coffee in the room there was 3 of us drinking coffee never gave us enough .we got told that the movies and lazer tag were free while staying at the hotel it wasn’t . The free shuttle well one night we waited for it at 1130 at night they didn’t show up we were all cold and tired we ended up taking a cab they gave us our money back but we had to go through all that for nothing .the only good thing about this hotel was Casey in the restaurant she helped us out with things .the last day we were stuck at the hotel we had to eat there all day very expensive when you have 3 kids they offer nothing I have stayed at holiday inns before and they at least offer free breakfast. We went out by the pool which we had to figure out on our own how to get into the area the hotel staff were no help .I do not recommend this hotel unless you have a car otherwise you are stuck there oh and one more thing they offered free wifi we didn’t have it till the last day brutal when you have kids and they are bored .dont stay here unless you want to spend lots of money .thanks sherry suthons

Doubletree By Hilton Orlando At Seaworld: Fun time

Had a great time everyone was so polite !Grounds where so clean Laguna Restaurant was very expensive for breakfast ! There is surprise fee for a place to park your car . Pool bar was fun they treat you really good , had them order me a pizza , was delicious ! Rooms are fairly modern , We would recommend and we will likely return

Doubletree Universal Orlando: Doubletree Orlando Universal Entrance

We really enjoyed our stay at Doubletree Orlando Universal Entrance. They have a shuttle that takes you to City Walk Universal. Our first night there we walked and it only took 13 minutes. The reception at front desk was even able to print off our Park tickets. She saved us a long line at the will call center. We were there only 1 week after Hurricane Irma hit Florida. We were impressed on how well kept everything was. They cleaned up the trees that were down we didn't see any of the damage.  [... read more]Only 1 out of 3 elevators worked but considering everything.. It certainly could have been worse. They had the elevators working by the end of our trip. The staff were all friendly. They allowed locals to stay in the conference rooms with cots and a buffet for them. It was nice to see we stayed somewhere that cares about their community. We enjoyed the restaurant " The Grill" it was a little pricey but the portions were large. The food was tastey and the staff was friendly. They also had a Starbucks we got coffee-there every morning and they had the best bananas bread! The rooms were spacious and clean. They had a coffe maker and a fridge in the room. I would definitely go back!

Disney Yacht Club: Loved it!

We recently stayed at Disney's Yacht club for our honeymoon and enjoyed it immensely. Even though there was minor construction going on during our stay we found that we did not even notice it. We did not encounter any issues and loved the ammount of commitment and accommodation that Disney provided to us as their guests.
