Grand Park Royal Cancun: not bad

It is my 5th time to mexico , the hotel itself was very nice , staff were great especially olivia the pool bar girl , she never stops and very friendly we will miss her ,very clean , entertainment was fine for us however if I was in my 20 I would be upset things usually wind down around 10ish .. the food was not the best needed more varity and needed bacon for breakfast . all in all not bad

Riu Caribe Cancun: amaxing

Was very nice resort , good food , the people work there friendly , my room was real nice , everything was good .easy take the bus cheap ,,town real nice,, beach and the pool real nice ,, we have a good time .will go back

Iberostar Selection Cancun: Awesome!

Champagne and guacamole at every meal, what's not to love? :) The staff were super friendly and helpful.. My only regret was drinking too much and missing dinner at the Japanese restaurant.. I heard it was delicious though :)

Grand Oasis Palm: Excellent Resort

Very comfortable and pleasant hotel. Very friendly staff - Two staff members that deserve special mention are Yazmin Romero At La Bamba -Seafood Restaurant ( Charming , professional and always smiling!) and Mr. Israel B. at Palmas Breakfast Restaurant ( Friendly and excellent service !) Rooms are Large and very comfortable. Evening shows are just incredible- not to be missed.

Riu Cancun: Beautiful Resort!

Riu Cancun was beautiful! We have stayed at many resorts, but this was probably the cleanest most modern one we have been to. The staff were very accommodating at the front desk as we requested to change rooms and it was no problem. The cleaning staff were always working hard..never saw any dirt. It does take a long time to get a drink at the bar usually, but the bartenders do a great job. Drinks were amazing! I like to have a good time too, trust me, but I'm in my early 30s and felt really old there! other than that, it was still a great vacation! We found a quiet pool, food was Good and Oceanview wad amazing!

Dreams Sands Cancun Resort and Spa: Dreams Resorts and Spas

PROS: Beautiful room, lobby and beach water. Nice views from everywhere. CONS: Very rowdy, noisy and busy place. There is no quiet place on this resort. Loud music all day long no matter where you sit!!! A lot of kids and teenagers!!! If you are looking for R and R - Avoid this place!!!!!!

Riu Cancun: amazing Resort !

Just returned form Riu Cancun, all was perfect.. modern Hotel, very clean, we had a room on 12th floor, view was amazing. located center of everything. Beach was clean and water was quite warm, just few minute walk down the beach past Riu Palace, the beach was perfect shallow, clear, sandy water.. very warm for swimming or just soaking in the sun. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The only thing that was kind of sketchy is that assistant Hotel Supervisor wanted to charge us $100.00 US dollars for 4 hrs extra stay in our room. We asked the front desk earlier in the morning if we can stay, we were told yes, on the first floor for $50.00 until 4pm. when we came back to check out from our room at noon and move our luggage to 1st floor until departure, all the sudden Hotel supervisor said, no rooms available, but its $100.00 if we want it, he can find us a room.. Sketchy.. we felt he was trying to rip us off, so we refused. All in all we would return to Riu Cancun, but there are so many new nice hotels around, even 3.5 stars that are very good and lot cheaper, beach is way better, just minutes away.

Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun: Above and Beyond!

From the moment we stepped off of the airport transfer. We were treated like royalty. The bellhop, reception, concierge, maids, gardeners, bartenders, wait staff and cooks. Top notch. Planning our trip to return in April/ 15. Grounds and beach jaw dropping. This resort might be the cleanest place ive been to. Job Well done Fiesta Americana Condesa!!! I wish they were hiring. I would love to be apart of that team in any capacity.!

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Note Carefully the Pictures of this Resort

Everything is average here. The outstanding feature is there is NO shade around the 3 pools or on the beach. Whatever cover there is, does not protect from the sun. Too bad, because the breeze from the ocean is wonderful. The weather is clear, sunny and hot. Again, not comfortable under the blazing sun--unless of course you can take it.

Secrets The Vine Cancun: The vine is always wonderful

Great.... Second time here first was better but all and all still great place to be service is great food is pretty great but not as great as first time. Will be back as staff is what makes this resort, Edgar front desk, Guisellas housekeeping.

Secrets The Vine Cancun: Wonderful Resort!

My husband and I returned from Secrets The Vine April 18, 2015. We had a wonderful vacation! Rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. We had preferred club so were on the 22nd floor, and had beautiful views of both the beach/ocean and the lagoon. The food was great. Beloved Playa Mujeres by Excellence: Very nice hotel

From the moment you arrive at this hotel, 30 minutes from the airport you are greeted with a cool towel, and a glass of champagne. This family friendly resort caters to your every desire. Secrets The Vine Cancun: Everything Was PERFECT!!

This trip was for my husbands 40th, and everything was beyond fantastic. Food, drinks, grounds, cleanliness all top notch. I highly recommend downloading their Secrets App. You can see restaurants menues, room service menu, order things from housekeeping, and see daily schedule of events/activities. Another cool feature of the app is free phone calls to Canada and US. We will be back to this Secrets resort.

Excellence Playa Mujeres: Top quality resort

From the accommodation to the food and services, my husband and I really enjoyed our holiday at the excellence at playa mujeras. We took part in many activities and I personally would like to recommend Joe the Aqua fit instructor. I attended the classes everyday. We had a swim up suite far away from the open theatre which we really liked. We enjoy a good walk back and forth to the restaurants and did not care to be close to the action. Not too small and not too big. There were always lots of lounge chairs and entry of towels by the pools and beach. The service on the ground was constant. We never had to look to far to order a drink. My husband and I do not drink yah much and we would order sparking water with lime. One of our favourite.

Hyatt Zilara Cancun: Average

Nice and clean with a very nice layout Service was good and the restaurants were ok The shows were average and the food was also average the entertainment was very average and doing it in the lobby you loose the. Sound and can't appreciate the show much

Excellence Playa Mujeres: simply excellent!

I absolutely loved everything about this resort. I he staff are very friendly and eager to please. I will definitely be returning again next year. Carlos at the beach went above and beyond. Hugo at the martini bar was also one of my favorites. Loved everything about this vacation and can't wait to return!

Beach Palace: probably above average resort, too busy

The food was decent, but nothing that I wish I could eat again. Wouldn't get steak at the mexicansteak house if you actually really like steak. Rooms were clean, staff generally polite. Way more crowded than any nearby beach fronts.

Bellevue Beach Paradise: interesting "resort"

The hotel is run down and in need of renos and updating. Paint peeling from the ceiling in the lobby and no AC anywhere throughout the Hotel. There wasn't enough towels at the hotel to get clean ones, had to ask for them. Pool bar closed too early @ 5pm.

Temptation Resort & Spa: Amazing!! and so much fun..

This was our 3rd vacation at Temptation! The food is Excellent, lots of healthy options, through out the resort, such a fun and friendly atmosphere, the bartenders at Diego's ROCK.. The entertainment staff was the BEST .. We have our favorite servers and they remember us from year to year. It certainly has a party atmosphere for all ages from 21 to 80+. They have a quiet pool if that's your pleasure. We will be going back in January!!

Iberostar Selection Cancun: Great Easter Break Holiday

This hotel is just the right size--has all the amenities but still not overwhelming. Lots of activities available for teenage girls. Staff friendly and the entertainment staff really did a great job getting everyone involved . Resort was clean. Nice beach. Good food. Wonderful party/festive atmosphere.
