Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Fabulous vacation!

Had a wonderful holiday. Food was amazing, staff very friendly, rooms very nice and entertainment was awesome. Would definitely recommend this resort and would love to come back. Thanks for such an awesome time!

Dreams Rose Hall: Hilton Rose Hall

We loved the resort. It was just the right size. You could always find a beach chair without having to get up at 7am to claim one. I can't say enough good about the staff. They were always friendly and polite. Every area inside or out was so clean. We would go there again

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Memorable vacation!

Loved the resort, staff is super friendly and service was perfect. The food was ok nothing great. But that's to be expected at any resort. Beautiful looking resort, very clean and well kept. Entertainment team always kept things fun and made sure everyone was having a great time. My kids loved the splash pad and big pool. Only down side was that I had no idea this resort backed on to a busy street. We usually sleep with the patio door open and like to wake up to the sound of the sea or even just [... read more] peacefulness. But the street noise made that impossible. Overall it was a great vacation and would recommend this resort.

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Couldn’t fault it

Fantastic grounds, room, food, service, pool, entertainment, beach... Couldn’t find a flaw anywhere! Great resort - we’d like to visit again. The jerk chicken barbecue was by far our favourite place to go daily.

Grand Decameron Montego Beach: Great resort, friendly staff, great location

First impression was "where have we just booked" when we pulled up, but once inside and on the resort what a beautiful place, great friendly staff, so many things to do. The property is long across the shoreline which was different than we were used to but amazing set up that way one end had the night entertainment the other had a lot of the day entertainment so if you are into one more than the other its easy to pick what side of the hotel you should stay on. Food was really good, we ate at th [... read more]e buffet every day and the food was really great, they also had snack bar which had foods like pizza, burgers, grilled cheese etc. Security was always around the resort and we felt vary safe leaving, there was a lot of local shops out front and down the road to bars. There is a bus from the resort that will also take you to some local bars. Hotel room had everything we needed, room was cleaned daily, if you slept in and let them know you weren't ready to be cleaned they would come back later in the day which was nice. I think throughout the week they came in and did some bug spraying because our suitcases smelt odd even after we came home, but hey...we didnt see any bugs. The ocean views are amazing, we could see sting rays and other fish from our balcony and jumping off the docks and swimming in the crystal clear water was amazing. It was approx 10-15ft off the dock and bouncing on the trampoline was fun also. Never without a place to lay in the sun, chairs were available all the time not like some resorts where people fill them up with their towels nightly entertainment was awesome, extraordinary house band and tons of activities! All around I would definitely recommend this resort we hard a really great experience

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Amazing resort

We had an amazing time, we stayed over on the luxury side and it was definitely worth the upgrade. However ask to not be placed in building 26 on the back side you’ll receive a terrible view and hear nothing but cars going on the highway and the back yard dogs barking all night. Food was absolutely amazing and we loved everything and had no complaints, the jerk chicken and corn on the cob at lunch was our favourite. The staff are wonderful and very accommodating, Butler service on the beach had to have been one of our favourites. All in all we would absolutely be back again but under strict no building 26 lol. Also if your booking any excursions chukka was amazing. We did two tours with them over the week and had a blast, would highly recommend.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Wrongful time

Hotel was great and booking the trip was a breeze. Service was good and very friendly. Very large resort so lots of walking but good scenery. Lots of activities to keep busy. Pool chairs were a bit of an issue. However excellent trip all around.

Sunset at the Palms: Best place ever!

We loved the amazing grounds,and tree top rooms in a tropical setting. The service was the best we have ever experienced in an all of our travels and we travel a lot! The food although there weren’t a lot of choices was amazing and was always fresh. The beach and sunsets were beyond belief. We are definitely going to return there.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Would not return

We had the most wonderful time with family and friends at my daughters wedding. We chose the Italian restaurant for dinner, drinks and dancing and can’t say enough about the wonderful food and staff. They went above and beyond. Of course we paid $$$$$ for dinner and drinks at an all inclusive, lol. That being said the rooms could use a good cleaning. They only seem to do surface cleaning which does not include glass on tables. Carpet in the hallway is filthy with stains and elevators sm [... read more]ell of sewage. Staff at pool bar are rude and talk a good talk for tips only. Towels go missing on a regular basis and if you ask for assistance expect to be sent in 3 directions for help. Any request for help is met with a disgusting look and they have no intention of helping. We stopped asking after a few days. Luckily our group made the trip the best time. Shame on Air Transat for supporting this hotel.

Sunset at the Palms: Tranquil service oriented resort

We were amazed by the untouched beauty of the property. Service from the moment went beyond anything any of our group had experienced previously. The food was some of the best we’ve experienced at an all inclusive. We travel to the Caribbean and Mexico 2 to 3 times a year and have stayed at many 5 star resorts. This one beats them all. The only negative I’ll mention is Air Transat. 6 hour Flight delay on departure due to mechanical and no food available on the return. Very poor communication [... read more] from them as well. Won’t make the Air Transat mistake again. The resort and the Negril beach in front of it are absolutely the best. No one could ask for more.

Sunscape Cove: Great experience

I took my 2 kids with me . I'm a single mom. At no time did I feel scared or nervous. All the staff were amazing and the resort kept us busy without having to leave. We would definitely return to the resort and recommend it to others.

Riu Ocho Rios: Riu Ocho Rios Great!!!!

We stayed at the Riu Ocho Rios from Apr. 20-27/18. We were a group of 9 attending a friends wedding. The food was great and plenty. The only bad was that the steak house and the Asian restaurants are supposed to be a la carte but are really buffet style. We didn't get a chance to try the other a la carte. The rooms in building 3 need to be updated, not sure about buildings 1 and 2. The beds are a bit to firm for everyone's liking. We had a problem with our fan, but the maintenance person arr [... read more]ived quickly and fixed the problem as well replaced a burnt out light bulb in our bathroom and fixed the other light that he noticed wasn't working correctly. The cleaning staff were pleasant, but counter in washroom washroom was not always cleaned. (we had a dead fly on the counter for the whole week.) We also had a fridge in our room that was stocked daily with beer, soda, and bottles of water, as well as an alcohol cabinet with rum, gin, vodka and whiskey so you could make your own drinks. The entertainment was great, but they had 1 show called Africa that seemed to go on forever and people were leaving cause it was too long, but the dancers and actors were phenomonal. The entertainment staff was great too. There is a disco that was good only because of the people we were with. The sportsbar was good, had a few slot machines and pool table. The beach was excellent and hand plenty of chairs. The pool was great too but sometimes you couldn't find a chair. If you require the safe, you need to rent the lock and key for $50.00 for the week, unsure if the $50.00 is refunded once you turn in the lock and key. The hotel is nice but is in need of some repair. It's close to "downtown" Ocho Rios. I would definately stay at the Riu again.

Grand Muthu Runaway Bay Club Caribbean: Perfect paradise

I was recently fortunate enough to attend my daughter's destination wedding in beautiful Jamaica. I arrived at the Royal Decameron in Runaway Bay the day before the wedding and I couldn't have been more pleased. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful and my ocean front cottage was absolutely Perfect! While some may describe the accommodations as a touch rustic compared to the ostentatious flare of more upscale resorts the decameron is clean and comfortable and the ideal place to relax. I high [... read more]ly recommend a seaside massage Vanessa was a miracle worker and managed to get whatever knots the sun sand and surf had not removed. I found the decameron by chance and necessity but I know it will be my vacation destination of choice the next time I come to Jamaica.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Great resort for all ages!

The resort was amazing. Great daytime shows along with evening shows. We had an excellent room with a great view. The only downfall was the resort was so big that you spent a lot of your time walking around to get to your destination. I personally wouldn't recommend the luxury side as the difference in price I didn't think was worth it. We stayed in the main grand bahia side. The difference is a more updated room and some different events but everyone travels along the whole resort so it doesn't [... read more] make that big of a difference.

Couples Sans Souci: Tropical Paradise

The San Souci resort will always stand out as one of our favorites, and we have experienced many. Our room was ocean front with a wonderful view of the ocean and surrounding tropical setting. Rooms are cleaned and very well serviced. The grounds are simply amazing with beautiful natural vegetation, scenic backdrops, character staircases, neat nooks and crannies. Jewel Paradise Cove: Fantastic

Grounds, rooms and food and service were all fantastic. Check in was quick and effortless. beach was clean and had plenty of shaded areas. The bus ride to and from resort was uneventful but on time.

Secrets St James: Great trip!

Awesome resort! Great food, weather, and rooms. The beach is white and the water is blue! Extremely close to the airport which I like. Smooth check in and check out. Mojitos were amazing!! Thank you secrets st James !!

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Amazing Girls Trip

Six wives on a girls trip - great room overlooking the pool, delicious food, excellent entertainment, fantastic poolside waitresses & bartenders. Being greeted everyone morning by the singing waitress made my day. Life is good!!!

Beachcomber Club: Much left to be desired resort

The one good thing I can say about this resort is that the beach is beautiful and spacious. The Negril seven mile beach did not disappoint. But that's where the good review ends. Meals were served at inconsistent times and they were so basic and repeated way too much over our 7 night stay. Let's just say, I didn't 'look forward' to meal times. I was also very disappointed with the coffee. For a country known for their coffee, this resort served up some stale coffee. It tasted like it was reu [... read more]sed from the day before. The staff was ok but I felt, at times, that I was inconveniencing them with some of my requests for drinks, etc. The lady Melissa (I think that was her name) was nice and professional, but that's about it. I can't overly complain, for the money spent, but for a few hundred dollars more, I could have chosen a fancier resort and felt like I got my money's worth. I heard that the owners were away in Canada and maybe this enabled the workers there to be more lackadaisical while the bosses were out of town. I don't think that I'd want to come back to this resort, and if, for some reason I did, I would not do their all-inclusive deal.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Amazing Resort

This resort exceeded my expectations! Everything was perfect! The staff were beyond friendly and always checking to see if we needed anything. The food was good and the service was great. Wifi worked everywhere on the resort which was very impressive. Would go back in heartbeat
