Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: Bad experience.
When we arrived to the hotel we were told that we got nice room. What we saw in this room was shocking and disgusting. The room was horrible. There was mould on the ceiling and walls. The floor was dirty and sticky. The bathroom condition was also unacceptable. There was mould on the shower curtain, dirty bath, and dirty tabs. The smell of the mold in the room was unendurable! After our complaining they transfer us to another room. It was much better but a lot of things didn`t work. The toile [... read more]
Melia Jardines del Rey: Beautiful but Boring resort
The hotel resort has a big lobby, beautiful beach and huge pools and most specially friendly and attentive staff however, we find it boring because it is lacking in entertainment and fun : Daily scheduled activities not followed. No pingpong table, no pool table, no pool basketball, no waterpolo net, does not lend the volleyball to guests any other time except 4 to 5 pm. Game at the pools is only at 4 pm for approx 15 min. Evening entertainment is very short. Worst of all are tons of mosquito [... read more]
Hotel Camino del Mar: Beautiful Resort
Grounds: Very well kept. Public Areas: Very clean and neat. Ample seating at lobby, and ample lounge chairs at the beach. Rooms: Spacious and clean, bed is comfortable. Dining: Variety of food, something for everyone. By Cuban standard, food is very good. Staff is very courteous, friendly and helpful, service with a smile all the time. Fishing on the pier was excellent. Caught a lot of moharas and a snapper, with calandraca (worms), provided by local Cubans. We had a wonderful vacation. J [... read more]
Sol Cayo Coco: Paradise
Nice place to rest Beautiful beach, good services. Definitely go again. Recommend to family's with children. Food have good quality but not a lot variety. Fruit was very good. Do not forget to bring after bite cream.
Hotel Camino del Mar: Nice resort close to fishing pierced
Melina Cayo Guillermo is a nice quiet resort with a beautiful beach and amenities. As this is Cuba the food is basically the same every day but one can usually pick out something to eat. Very nice property but the units and buildings can certainly use some updating, however this may be a constraint of being in Cuba. The public area bathrooms are well kept.
Tryp Cayo Coco: Wonderful stay as usual!!
Stayed June 14-21. Always a great time at the Tryp!! Fantastic weather, beautiful view and great food. The staff is why we come back time and time again. From the moment we arrive to the moment we leave, they always ensure we are treated with great care. Just to name a few great bartenders; Julio Caesar x 2, Guillermo x 2, Michael, Uberlandis, and Eduardo. Also some other notable staff in managment; Ladys, Gelly, William, and Arelys. Thank you for truly making our vacation a relaxing holiday!!
Memories Caribe Beach Resort: Nice resort
My boyfriend and I went for one week and really enjoyed this resort. The only think that we didn’t like was the food, there were very little options and both of us are vegetarians/vegan so it was really hard to find things to eat. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to help us out. The room was decent, it was clean and big, however, there were no doors at all for the washroom so there was very little privacy. The beach and pool were stunning and the water was the clearest Iâ [... read more]

Hotel Playa Coco: Playa Coo
The service for our rooms were not the greatest we had to ask for stuff which we never revive until the next day and repeatedly had to ask for the same thing over and over again. my niece got sick from whatever they put in the pool which cost a lot of dr bills and we cold not afford it other then that the people that service us were great
Hotel Playa Paraiso: Resort was good
Good and clean, lacking ventilators in the washrooms ,therefore has a lots of molds. We ask for another room and got less moldy. People are great especially Yamina ,waitress in the lobby. Excellent with a children she is and have a million dollars smile, makes you welcome.Wish gift shop has a more chooses to buy ,like candys, chocolates, clothes...Food was tasty ,less options but tasty. I would say that this hotel is 3 and a half star hotel.
Melia Costa Rey: Very impressed !!!
We really enjoyed our trip. First of all, it was great to be the first ones off the bus when leaving from the airport (15 minutres). We had an oceanfront room with a great view. We usually upgrade to the adult side of resorts but did not feel we needed to here. This is not a huge resort so everything is like two minutes away. Very nice pools although we mainly stayed at the beach. There is a side of the beach with activities and a more quiet side. We really enjoyed the resort and Cayo Coc [... read more]
Tryp Cayo Coco: Loved it. Felt like home
I had an amazing time. The atmosphere at this resort is unmatched. You can see they are working as hard as possible to upgrade and improve quality after being devastated by hurricane Irma. Will be back
Grand Muthu Cayo Guillermo: Incredible Trip
I had 7 amazing days here last week and everything was perfect. I have a lot of friends working in the resort but nonetheless, it was perfect. My rooms were spectacular and clean everyday with fresh towels and bedding. The buffet had a wide variety of choices for it being slow season. The grounds were immaculate. You don’t see garbage or dishes anywhere. The service at all the bars was quick and good. The sports bar was fun and turned into a nightclub at night which was great too! I will defin [... read more]
Melia Costa Rey: Fantastic Vacation!
The Pullman Cayo Coco resort is simply stunning. The lobby and grounds are very modern and classy, the rooms are clean and well kept. The pools are great for both adults and children. The beach is breathtaking. Crystal clear blue water and white sand. The staff are very friendly and helpful, special thank you to Omelio at the pool bar for always being happy and making sure everyone was always taken care of. For Cuba the food was good! Lots of selection and many different places to eat. Their Jap [... read more]
Hotel Playa Coco: Beautiful Resort
Hotel and lobby was nicely kept and welcoming to everyone. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Resort was amazing, nice views, pretty flowers and decor, many available food options. Beach was stunning and clean with water activities to do. Had an amazing time!
Melia Costa Rey: Nice resort , but ....
First thing it comes to my mind is TERRIBLE service. No matter if it was a bartender, housekeeper, cook, waitress or chef ... all of them seemed very unhappy and very miserable. I’ve been to Cayo Santa Maria 4 times and this time I wanted to experience a new place (Cayo Coco) . In Cayo Santa Maria service was just incredible amazing . So I was really disappointed here in Pullman hotel. Food was gross. Whatever people didn’t eat for lunch, we got the same thing for dinner but a bit modified [... read more]
Gran Muthu Imperial: White sands
In an economy on the fringe this resort has it all ! Fairly new and has all the modern every day items we are accustomed to. Maid service was very good, clean sheets towels etc. In order of importance.... There was NO seaweed like in Mexico, Dominican etc. White beach with clear waters going in 200-300 yards to 4-5 feet deep... Because of this the water temperature is in the 90s. It's a natural beach some stones on the sea floor. Takes a few tries to find the sand entry;or take your bea [... read more]
Gran Muthu Imperial: The perfect couples resort!
Our first time in Cuba and we couldn't of asked for a better vacation! We stayed a week and had our wedding at the Gran Muthu Imperial, we couldn't have chosen a better place! They treated us like royalty making our wedding and honeymoon very special and romantic. The employees were so sweet they would do anything to make you happy. The pools were super clean and never crowded. The rooms were spotless and bathrooms we're all consistently super clean. The beach was gorgeous you didn't even need w [... read more]
Grand Muthu Cayo Guillermo: What a great hotel and amazing beach!
I took my first “moms trip†and it was great! A friend and I stayed at the Grand Muthu Cayo Guillermo which has only been open for a little over a year. We went in June which is considered low season and it wasn’t busy at all, it was peaceful just like we wanted. The grounds are meticulously kept, the beach is amazing and the ocean is crystal clear! We were unexpectedly given what I’d say is the best room with an ocean view, it was breathtaking! We would leave our maid a few things every [... read more]
Gran Muthu Imperial: Relaxing Place
Great new resort with excellent staff and facilities. Some problems working out the kinks and the food but I’m sure it’ll be fixed soon. Great place for a very quiet holiday with not much else to do but enjoy the pool, beach and sun.
