Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: BEAUTIFUL RESORT

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are well maintained, beaches are clean and the rooms are well appointed. The food is good but not great. Although there is a large variety in the Buffets and Specialty restaurants they don't change up the food enough. It is also usually lukewarm not hot. But the food is certainly on par with any other luxury resort in the Caribbean. Only suggestion is if you take a ocean villa ensure that your request a room facing away from the Main Pool if you wa [... read more]nt quiet at night. Most concerts or events are held at the pool bar area and the sound carries throughout the complex till late at night. If you want to go to bed earlier say 9 or 10 p.m. try and get a room facing to the west and not the north. Overall I would highly recommend this resort.

Legends Beach Resort: Laid back Hotel

Just got back from Legends this week. Had an amazing time in Jamaica. I loved how close legends was to everything. The wifi is sketchy at times on the garden side but excellent by the ocean and bar. I only ate at the restaurant once for breakfast and it was just okay, but the view of 7 mile beach with breakfast was amazing. I really liked the beds, however I don't like soft beds, so I slept amazing all week. The maid service is excellent here as well, spotless everyday! Catalonia Montego Bay: Great vacation!

Service was excellent as was the variety and quality of the food. WiFi worked well everywhere. Plenty of chairs on beach and at the pool. Our room #2421 was great but only got it because needed a fridge for meds. Most rooms had no fridge. The entertainment was mostly noise affecting many rooms. Many rooms near highway. Nice beach but shallow ocean not great for swimming.

Couples Swept Away: No regrets!

If you enjoy getting what you pay for then this is the place! Friendly staff, incredible beach, great food and dŕink all without any unwanted surprises. Janet Merrill did a great job of getting everything right for our trip!

Catalonia Montego Bay: great time in Jamica !!!!!

the hotel was great and we had alacarts every night and the Japanies is great - the only complant and it's big - is no bottles of water in the room, give you a big fridge and no water, pop or beer what was the fridge for? very disappointingbut that the only thing wrong other wise it was great!

Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach: Quiet Resort

It was a nice quiet resort which is just what we were looking for on this trip. Rooms were always nice and clean but some days we did not get hand towels or bath mats. All the servers were friendly. Surprised that there were only 4 umbrellas on the pool deck. The pool is in full sun all day, so if you did not get out before 5:30 am you would not get an umbrella at the pool. Food selection was okay, not a big selection but what was presented was good. Sandals Royal Plantation: Vacation in paradise

I am grateful to TripCentral to help us choose an amazing resort. Sandals Royal Plantation is the place to go for a nice vacation. The suites are in front of the beach and everything is tidy. The service is number one. The food at the restaurants are delicious and nice selectionnof wines. Everything is included an unlimited. Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Amazing resort

I’ve been here before with my husband , loved it then and loved it again with the ladies I traveled with ! Staff are amazing, food was amazing and beaches are fabulous! Resort the best part of the resort we’re the people working there .They our stay very enjoyable. We had dance lesson for Reggae ,did paddle board ,kayaking and went on day trips .In all a very enjoyable time

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Our new favorite place!

We met up with 14 other friends for this vacation and the entertainment staff and bar staff were fantastic!! They encouraged people to participate in the games and the shows, but were not too pushy, they made you feel like family. Cupcake, Angel, Chocolate, String Bean, Pudding(Sajay), Buttercup, Stingray, Peanut, Mr. Neat (Kevin Hart), Sparkles, they were all top notch! Gonna see them again next year!!! I love this resort!! They have a great variety of food. If you don't want buffet and didn't make reservations in time for the la carte there are 3 other places to eat. They always have something entertaining going on at the main stage. They have so activities for the kids and the best part is the adult only side. The swim up bar was my favorite place to be. Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Great resort for families!

Great resort for families. Amazing waterpark and beautiful beaches with calm and pristine waters. Service is not consistent so be patient. Ask to be on the family side and know that music goes until 10pm or a little later at night so it might be hard to sleep before that regardless where you stay. Remember to book your reservations at the a la carte restaurants (you can go to 3 if you stay for 7 days) on your first day and don't forget to go to the Japanese venue: the best dinner we had at a res [... read more]ort. Jewel Paradise Cove: Paradise in Paradise Cove!

My friends and I stayed at Jewel Paradise Cove during the week of April 8th, 2018 for my birthday week. The awesome reviews we read prior to our experience did NOT disappoint! The grounds were clean and simple. Our rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. The food was delicious, the drinks were exquisite and of course, the beaches were beautiful, sandy and clean. I w [... read more]as able to get up and do a morning run around the resort easily every day of the week. We did snorkeling on the glass-bottom boat and that was by far my favorite experience of the week. The best part of the entire resort was without a doubt the friendly staff that worked there. Everyone including the gentleman at the front desk who checked us, our bell boy, the concierge, ALL the wait staff in restaurants including the few young ladies who were in training (great additions to your staff by the way!), the lifeguards, the watersports staff, the bartenders, the entertainment staff, the groundskeepers, honestly everyone! We even saw a manager a two walking around talking to her staff which I found very good to see them interacting with patrons and workers and not only being behind the scenes in offices. A special shout-out to our Chef at the Japanese restaurant and also Raymond at the grill and restaurants, Adonis also a waiter, Nathan and Carlos the watersports/lifeguards guys, Hayne the bell-boy and the concierge I did not catch his name but we made quick friends with him as he teased me about the size of my "baby feet". I regret not being able to remember everyones names but you could tell the staff remembered you: even you drink orders on a regular basis. I suggest a room in the building close to the nurse's station where we stayed it was very quiet and peaceful. The only things I have to recommend for this place would perhaps be 1 more A La Carte restaurant to be added to the resort. Otherwise keep up the great work and I will recommend this resort to everyone I know and I will definitely be back. Other than the resort itself we had a tremendous shuttle driver from the airport to the resort who took the time and talked about the history of the area and giving us things to look for during the drive. Unfortunately the experience ended poorly as checking-in to our flight at the airport on our way back on April 15th was a nightmare with Sunwing. We stood in line nearly 2 hours only to CHECK IN (there were something like 3 or 4 other Sunwing flights all leaving around the same time). We quickly went thru security (with purchased the Club MoBay passes) but had literally 10 mins to use the restroom and run to our gates. I hope this improves next time around because I would have enjoyed taking the time to purchase some duty-free things and have food before flying. We purchased the Club Mobay and it was AN excellent decision for the transition from landed to the resort (we beat others by at least 1.5 hours and got to use the awesome lounge). Highly recommend it. Unfortunately due to the above-mentioned Sunwing issue at departure, we were unable to benefit from this purchase at all on our way back and did not use the departure lounge which was very disappointing.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Great Place

Stayed at the Iberostar Rose Hall Beach Resort for 1 week in April ' 2018. The facility was well cared for. Looked like it has had some repairs recently. It was clean, attractive to the eye and comfortable. The wifi service was great almost any where in or around the facility. The food line up was good and would rate it 8/10. Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach: Fantastic resort!!!

We did not find one thing wrong with this resort!!....From our arrival until we left everything was great.......The reception staff, housekeeping, restaurant and bar staff and the entertainment team were amazing.......The resort and beach area was well maintained and clean......There was always a good variety at the buffet and each day there was a meal theme.....Would recommend this resort to couples and will vacation there again..............

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: The Luxury Bahia is not what it used to be

This was our third visit to this hotel in 4 years and we were surprised at how quickly standards have fallen. While there are certainly a few shining examples amongst the staff who almost make up for the shortcomings we will likely not visit again. The hotel rooms are very noisy with staff and guests early in the morning. Equipment is in poor repair on the property; whirlpool sections of pools not functioning, elevators frequently out of service (for short periods but unpredicable), sewers ga [... read more]s backing up into our room, musty air conditioning....etc. Once quite good, the main buffet (Jazmin), has fallen into a rut of repetition, poor quality meat selections, and cheap wine. The gardens and landscaping seems well kept and attractive and they were painting exterior surfaces constantly while we were there. This does come at a cost of men walking around guest areas with gas powered leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, line cutters, and ride on mowers from shortly after sunrise until the late afternoon. The buzz of engines can be a bit in-nerving at times. Many of the bartenders mix drinks of unpredictable quality and strength. Scotch neat or beer are safe bets. I personally don't care too much to attend the a la carte restaurants because I find often they have the same foods as the buffet presented in a different space but this yearI was unable to get a seating prior to 8:15 and any of the restaurants so I didn't even bother. I find the Transat rep on this property a little brusk unless you want to book an excursion whereupon she becomes more pleasant so I try to avoid her which is a shame. There are vendors constantly trying to sell marijuana on the beach which is new. I don't appreciate the stink or the constant noise and traffic so I found it disturbing. The ragtag line of tourists making their way to the water to make their little drug "buys" was somewhere between laughable and sad. The rooms are okay and the beds are comfortable, towels and facecloths may need to be requested as they are not always replenished, there is not really a butler service here so don't expect it. the minibar is two bottles of water, two cans of bear and four bottles of pop, possibly two small bags of banana chips; don'y actually expect it to be replenished daily. The entertainment is maybe a bit above average. Los Olas buffet for lunch is nice.

Catalonia Montego Bay: Can’t be beat

Wonderful resort. Travelled with kids and they weren’t bored for a minute. Food, entertainment, beach, pool, rooms were all perfect. Tennis, mini golf, pedal boats, kayaks and Hobie cat were great. Snorkeling around the island was some of the best I’ve ever done. Planning next years trip already.

The resort was kept very clean.The staff couldn’t do enough for you and were very pleasant.The dinning was also very good.I can’t think of anything that was wrong with this resort.I would recommend this resort to anyone.

Hotel/Grounds - amazing Beaches - just okay Food - very good Value - fantastic Weather - amazing **late check out was not an option, so we were without a room from 12 noon until 11pm when our transat bus picked us up. flight kept getting delayed, but better to sit at the resort than the airport I guess! Transat agent was non existent during this delay.........all day!

This was my favorite vacation of all times and we are seasoned travellers. Everything about this small resort was absolutely wonderful from the rooms to food and the amazing staff to name a few Rio Stacey Travis Kem Anonette, and many more they made our vacation so enjoyable.
