Sunscape Cove: Great vacation

The grounds were beautiful and clean. The views and sunsets amazing! We had a couple of issues, but they were minor in the grand scheme of things. The maid didn't come to our room until 5:00 pm each day to clean. This is the time when we would always be heading back to our room to get washed up for dinner. On the first day we discovered our hair dryer in the room was broken. We asked the maid the next day to replace it and we had to ask every day for the next 3 days until we finally receiv [... read more]ed one. On the day we left, the maids were knocking on our door at 11:55 am (check out was noon) to get in the room to clean. We found this strange as, like I said earlier, our room wasn't cleaned until 5:00 pm each day and on the day we arrived, our room wasn't ready until almost 3:30 pm. If you are going with children, please have them be careful on the water slide. Our son took a chunk of skin off his toe going down the slide and we saw a girl being carried with a towel wrapped around her feet and her parents asking how she possibly hurt her feet on the slide.

Catalonia Montego Bay: Fabulous Resort

The resort is absolutely as beautiful as shown in the pictures. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly - and I was with my husband who is in wheelchair! Accessible + and we had no problems getting around to everywhere. Food was great, the sun was hot and the pool was awesome. So many spots to sit in the shade or sun and the views were splendid. Took a chance on the accessibility part and had a blast! Thanks Jamaica and Holiday Inn.

Couples Negril: Loved this resort!

Great resort. The food, the beach and room were fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about Couples Negril. We will be back next year. We had a garden view room and we were very happy with it. My husband went scuba diving and thought the diving was much better an in Ocho Rios. This is our third visit to a Couples resort. We have been to Couples Tower Isle twice. We love Couples Negril just a bit more.

Sandals Royal Plantation: Wedding Anniversary

Royal Plantation is a beautiful Spot in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. The staff made us feel welcome all the time. Food and drinks are amazing. Our butlers Oreyn and Ricardo were excellent. They treat you like royalty. The shows and entertainment was different every night. All I can say is that my husband and I , we could' te peak a better place than Sandals Royal Plantation. We highly recommend this resort.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Grand palladium

The resort was beautiful we stayed in 2519 and they were having problems with sewer the smell was very intense inside and out if you walked by outside you could smell the stink was not enjoyable was very disappointing over all stay was good would not want to ever go through that again my son got married it was beautiful though

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Wonderful Vacation

We really enjoyed our vacation at Bahai Principe Runaway Bay. The food is excellent, resort is super clean and staff exceptionally friendly. Thanks Deandra and Clark for making our dining experience 5 star.

Sunscape Splash: Wonderful Resort

This place was very clean. The staff were extremely friendly, very clean rooms.Air conditioning worked extremely well in the room. Television has lots of channels to choose from. The food that was offered in the dinning area was good with plenty of choices. The public restrooms were well stocked. Very happy with this resort and staff.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: wedding party

My husband and I had a marvelous week at Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton. We were there for our daughters' wedding. Service was excellent, staff so friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. Rooms were beautiful and cleaned daily. Outside staff kept the resort looking nice.The beaches were amazing especially Sunset Cove. Lots of beach chairs and shade available. I am unable to walk far and loved the constantly running shuttles . So important. Lots of beach toys to try. Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Beautiful, Modern Resort

Upon arriving at the hotel, just stepping off the bus, we were greeted with a warm, fresh, towel to clean our hands.This was a lovely touch after a long day of travel. Reception staff were very professional, efficient and friendly, highlighting the main features of the hotel. Hotel lobby is amazing! 24 hour coffee bar was excellent. Rooms are exactly as shown on the web site (beautiful, modern, clean). We had an awesome ocean view, nice balcony. Food was very good; we tried a couple of the rest [... read more]aurants but liked the variety of the buffet restaurant for dinner. We stayed for 10 nights and could easily have stayed for a few more days. The only minor complaint is that there was loud music blaring until the wee hours of the morning. I think it was coming from a neighbouring hotel so really not within their control. Also, there were lots of fresh beach towels available all day long - I read a complaint about this when I was booking so it seems this issue has been resolved.

SeaGarden Beach Resort: Very Good Resort

We just returned from our trip to Jamaica and our 4 day stay at the Sea Garden Beach Resort. The resort is clean and well kept. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Our room was large and modern and the cleaning staff did a good job maintaining it each day. The beach isn't huge and is located across the street from the resort but it is private, clean and great. The food was very good at the buffet restaurant and the beach grill. However, the menu didn't vary much each day and would repeat. I [... read more] would recommend this place for couples that want a quiet place to get away. If you have kids from ages 6 and up, you would need to go out on trips to keep them from not being bored. Trips out to events are safe currently if you use an agency or a recommended driver by the Sea Garden staff. We used Ron's (Ox) as our driver and he took us to the Luminous Lagoon, waited and returned us for a reasonable price, less than the agency wanted.

Sandals Dunn's River: Very nice resort spotless ❤️

Food was good, rooms were nice. Resort size was just right for us not too large. Plenty to do, wished I had booked longer then just 7 days. Friendly staff. Loved the Bob Marley cocktail. Nightly entertainment was great. Had a great dinner on the pier watching the sunset.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Beautiful resort

Enjoyed the resort. The food was great there was lots to do. Only issue was we got a leak above our bathroom sink. It got fixed but no one cleaned up the water then the next night it leaked again we misded2 reservations each night we had the leaks. The second time when we came back to our room it was left in shambles. Ceiling tiles in the tub water everywhere we had to call front desk just to be informed we had to move rooms so we missed going out that night too

Riu Montego Bay: Second visit as good as the first

This is a great family resort. It has been 8 years since our last visit and there are some expected signs of wear (dated rooms, tipsy/worn chairs at lunch/steak restaurant). The good far outweigh the dated. In comparison to other resorts and countries I've been to, Riu Montego Bay has the best staff, most beautiful pool area, great entertainment and variety, and by far the best food. Riu Montego Bay: Great Resort

The hotel location and facilities were as good as any we have been to - the entertainment and the skill of the entertainers was unreal. Their dancing and good nature was very enjoyable. We enjoyed the trips organized off the resort that were well run and the chance to see the culture and the amazing beauty of Jamaica. We would love to return to there at some point for another vacation. The location was a bonus with little travel to the airport etc.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Amazing hotel.

Great place for your money would stay again needs to upgrade the rooms but over all good. Had no problem eating staff very friendly . Entertainment was awesome. Grounds clean and beautifully.would recommend this place

Couples Negril: Couples Negril I’m Back Again

I never wanted to go to the same place twice. Far too much to see and too many places to experience and choose from, until I went to Couples Negril. This small size resort with closeness to all amenities, beautiful grounds and beach, excellent service, great food, top shelf liquor and amazing entertainment makes this resort, by far, the only resort I've returned to (and I've been to 50+ resorts) .... it ticks all the right boxes.

Jewel Paradise Cove: Excellent Resort

We have stayed at many different resorts in Jamaica and this one will recommend to all of our friends. The rooms are a decent size, well maintained, and very clean. The food was very good especially at the Jade Samurai restaurant. The pools and beaches were excellent with plenty of seating. The staff is amazing and are probably some of the best we have ever met in the past 11 years. The only improvements would be having 1 more a la carte restaurant and more seating at the Sunset Bar. Riu Palace Jamaica: Great quiet resort

Just arrived from an 8 day stay, great hotel, good food and extremely clean environment. Will keep this simple: Pros: very clean resort, good size rooms, good selection of food at the buffet, evening's restaurant were fantastic, lots of chairs at the pool and beach, fast WiFi throughout the resort, beautiful resort Negatives: evening entertainment was awful, no aquatic activities at this resort, you must go to the other Riu for these activities where the equipment was old, for whatever reas [... read more]on this all-inclusive 5 star resort will charge you $2 for a game of pool (how ridicule). In conclusion, this is a quiet beautiful resort offering quality food and service; I would not recommend this resort for singles or couples looking to party.

Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters: Great resort. Perfect for families!

This resort was amazing. From the staff, to the service, food, grounds and entertainment, they had it all. This resort is perfect for families with kids of all ages - tons of things for the children to do. Only downfall, the rooms are a bit small. Definitely recommend!

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Very Big Resort

Everything was very nice about this resort except for the following: 1.shuttle service was very poor. 2. I was told that there would be distilled water for my CPAP machine on the resort to buy but there wasn’t and the staff was not very helpful in helping me try to get some off the resort, which was very disappointing!
